Will DIM work well for prostate health(BPH)?

I was using Nettle Root, but feel I need something more powerful. I have had BPH on and off for a while now and each time I take Nettle Root, it seems to go away, but it takes way too long. As far as askign the doctor, I don't want to take any medicine that lowers T levels and since I have shitty insurance which is Medicare, Medicare usually only provides the cheapest and most limited of choices with medicine. So, my best bet is probably OTC stuff, as usual. I know Cialis is good for prostate, but I don't think they'll approve that for me and I know Cialis increases BP and my BP is already on the high side from having to take two different allergy medicines.
