The muffins. Hell ya. My wife just made cookies with homemade buttercream frosting. I could probably work some cake pop into it and have that for the icing on the muffins. Good look!

I have bought every insider release for select. I don't know if that is considered executive LOL
Hell ya my dude. You are always taking advantage of our insiders for sure! Love the video reviews you post as well. Extremely thorough and the detail is amazing. :)

Can't deny the A+ customer support and options we offer! Thank you kindly for the support and feedback my good sir. We appreciate you!

I don’t think they do but it’d Be great. Import tax is a killer on these deals.
yeah, its not only the import tax...
with the trade war with EU from last couple of years has made me get 0% of orders delivered..
i was lucky to still get some gels/lotions.. but with the recent declarations, is going to be even worst.

anyways Fingers Crossed!

Mint Chocolate Cookie
New PES Select Flavor
Dropping 10 AM Eastern
Wow. Pretty disappointing. Thought they would have learnt from feedback from the 90% of people who aren't huge fans of mint....Even those who love mint I assume would be indifferent about it being included as part of a new flavor. Really just marginalizes those who detest it in anything let alone protein which is a significant portion of the public. Why did the white choc have to have mint as well? Would prefer choc cookie alone I can add mint if I bloody want it! Sorry for the rant but I buy alot of PES! Have to wait for the next one.

Got the but tub but it’ll last a while. But could’ve picked a new flavor. I’m pretty sure we all expected something new

Because it’s not for you lot it’s for the Instagram people

So they can take pictures of it in a jar with crushed Girl Scout cookies on top 🤦🏻‍♂️

this is far and away the least commentary I've ever seen for an insider...

I used to hate mint chocolate, however my wife loves it so I've grown used to it.

I was hoping for white chocolate macadamia cookie or pumpkin cupcake or cheesecake though.
I love thin mint cookies but i like the texture a lot so im on the fence on this one... could be good though but anyhting mint is always just an "occasional" thing to me as its too much for daily

Was looking for a new flavor so this was a bit of a letdown. Still got one to try out.

I am the same way. I am really hoping for a slight mint and more cookie so I wont get burnt out on it fast. I have a couple weeks of vanilla left that I can do every other day. I only eat it in cold oats, so I am anxious to see how it is.

This. Choc mint gross. Bought in just about every select insider but this is a strong pass

I'm not buying any Select until Blueberry Muffin comes out. It's a matter of personal honor, now.

Also, I'm allergic to chocolate and y'all seem intent to put it in as many flavor offerings as is humanly possible.

I am the same way with mint flavoring. I usually rotate it in and don't use it daily. But I smash thin mints whenever I see them so who knows. :)

Man I'm all for the blueberry muffin but don't recall you being allergic to chocolate. That's insane!

May I ask how PES came to selecting mint chocolate as the next permanent flavour?

I know we are a small minority of customers when it comes to buying from companies on here, but the reaction is something to go by

I can understand as a Christmas special flavour, does seem like a niche flavour for all year round.

Got my chocolate mint today and tried it. Pleasantly surprised as the mint is not overpowering, which is what I was hoping for. You can taste chocolate and cookie with a nice mint tone. Very happy about this

Chocolate Mint Cookie – PEScience is replicating thin mint Girl Scout cookies in protein powder form. PEScience took a lesser emphasis on the mint and larger attention to chocolate. The chocolate provides a smooth, creamy, and dense flavor that compliments the mint, as you would expect in a chocolate mint cookie. The mint is not overpowering, but present. If you have had White Chocolate Mint you know the mint is the backend of the flavor. For those who love Thin Mint Cookies or chocolate mint, in general, this will be a top tier flavor. For those (like myself) who don’t have a preference for mint, this will be a flavor you can throw into the rotation from time and time again.

My Ranking of Select Flavors:

  1. Vanilla
  2. White Chocolate Mint
  3. Amazing Cake Pop
  4. Chocolate Mint Cookie
  5. SnickerDoodle
  6. Peanut Butter Cookie
  7. Frosted Chocolate Cupcake
  8. Strawberry Cheesecake
  9. Peanut Butter Cup
  10. Cookies & Cream

For those who have had PES Select, they know it mixes with ease. Even as a blend the protein powder has no problems or leaves any clumps in your shaker bottle. I prefer thicker protein shakes or creating protein pudding by mixing whey and water to form sludge. I found Strawberry Cheesecake, Vanilla, and White Chocolate Mint are far thicker than the rest of the flavors on the Select line. Overall you should not have a problem mixing Select in a protein shake, making protein recipes, or as protein pudding.

Formula

1-1,5g Fat

2-4g Carb

24g Protein

PES Select is a very macro-friendly protein powder. With the price point, it makes it easy to fit in on a daily basis compared to others who may exceed 150-180 kcals per serving. The blend of protein included in Select combine to form a thicker protein powder. You get a mix of Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC) and Milk Protein Isolate (MPI). PES is so confident in their product you can test your own tub and label right on their website by viewing “Your MySelect Test Results”

I'm sure I've mentioned it before, probably around the release of FCC or maybe CPBC. I can usually tolerate small amounts (by tolerate, I mean have nothing worse than significant GI distress), but anything too rich makes my throat close up and I start coughing up disgusting phlegm.

I've never tried to go beyond the disgusting phlegm stage, though, so I don't really know what happens if I try to eat any significant amount at one time.

I honestly am just assuming as I can't speak for our R&D team precisely. But I'm assuming us only having a season mint/choco flavor on the market currently could have played a part in it. I also know a lot of feedback across all social media is considered. With us constantly testing a variety of possible new flavors at all times this one may have been perfected to our liking prior to any other being considered as well. I'm sure there will be varying responses to this being the new flavor drop and that's expected. Ben may be able to clear up a bit further the full process of how we go about each release as he has covered in the past before.

Feel free to ask any questions and if we don't satisfy our website lists a link where you can submit any concerns or issues as well. I know we have a top notch team who is very responsive for customer support. :)

Just tried the Chocolate Mint Cookie
4oz Fairlife 1%
4oz water

I'm actually really happy with this flavor. Like The Solution said the mint is not overpowering the Chocolate Cookie.

The aftertaste is legit Thin Mint!

I'm quite excited to try it out. I do hope their next flavour moves away from a chocolate base, but if they're good I'll continue to buy :)

Good deal my brother jiigzz. There's been some damn good recommendations for flavors floating around and I would be keen to trying something we put out that isn't centered on chocolate as well. But as I mentioned this one had me warm and fuzzy inside for sure. :)

Loved the video review my brother. The throwback athletix shirt was the cherry on top. Definitely happy to hear the chocolate is more of a smooth milk chocolate and that it is 75 percent choco to 25 percent mint. That should please a lot of people and make it from being a powder I can't drink too often because of the overpowering mint that gets you burned out. Thanks for the review brother Bob.

Me too. I love thin mints!

Man I don’t blame PES for lack of presence around here at times, seems like none of you guys are ever pleased. Should have made it a Snickers flavor because you guys need a Snickers.

I don’t care for mint flavors but they did a peppermint, obviously had lots of fans, and felt a mint flavor could be a good permanent fixture so a thin mint flavor just seems a better “year round” mint flavor.

Honestly chocolate mint was one of the most common back in the day before lots of all the crazy flavors so I’ve just always assumed that chocolate mint is an overall popular seller in general. 🤷‍♂️

I’m with Jim tho I’m boycotting until I get my blueberry! 😤

snickers you say?

I somehow missed this originally but got a good kick out of it now. 🤣 I just picture the commercials now.

That actually may be a good seller there. :)

Tried the new mint cookie last night... the smell of the tub is awesome, just like a box of thin mints; unfortunately I thought there was still way too much mint for my liking. The chocolate flavor is mild/light and the cookie aspect was completely missing for me. I didn’t dislike it for sure but it’s not even close to in par with an actual thin mint cookie in terms of going back for more. Overall I liked it but it’s going to be an “in small doses” kind as I sorta expected. Worth trying but not worth buying multiple tubs for me.

Last few hours to grab chocolate mint cookie at the insider price. Don't miss out on our introductory low price!

Looking forward to hearing some more feedback folks. Get me pumped as I wait for mine to arrive! :)

I wonder if crumbling up some actual girl guide cookies into the tub would remedy this?
