So a bit of a back story. I'm 172cm... Historically speaking I've always had a slow metabolism. Always been on the higher end of the scale but still in the healthy range for my height.. about 3 months back I decided to start eating healthy and for the the first 2 months I stayed away from processed foods completely (it's during this period I lost the most weight). And that was great went from 75kg down to 62kg.. In addition I've been exercising primary focus being callisthenics. I've definitely grown in physical ability... My issue is that I'm at a point of where I feel that I might be getting too light now... Not developing muscle at a massive rate that's fine. I don't have any intention of being massive I just want an athletic build so to speak. To give you an example of my basic diet
Morning
50g oats, 2eggs and 2 fruits of my choosing
Mid morning snack
Peanuts, and a fruit
Afternoon
150g fish and 100g rice with some veggies on the side
Pre workout
Fruit smoothie and some form protein snack
Supper
Chicken with potatos.
Evening snacks vary
Air fried popcorn is a common thing for me to be eating so I'll put that on my snacks category.....
So back to my question
Why am I still losing weight. This is a concern for me because I know that there is a point where me losing weight is negatively going to affect my workouts and I don't want that to happen
