Looks like a lot of upper chest here !!
His upper chest almost touching his chin, and yet ironhands posting this photo to emphasize the development of his lower chest...this is a perfect example that either he is a huge troll or 100% delusional 🤦🏻‍♂️

Arnold really lacked a lower chest. Would Ironhands have him do inclines to develop his lower chest?

One of the best chest routines I’ve ever done is forced negative sets seated chest machine with a bunch of fellas- felt great. I believe you don’t see these exercises used too much anymore.

Say yes to a massive, monster chest like Arnold, Franco or Lou Ferrigno, say no to the huge arms and delts/small chest syndrome

So say no to your avatar pic then. Was that before you knew the importance of a big chest?

Personally I think biceps respond better to more frequency and volume because you can’t quite train them as heavy as triceps. Training biceps with low reps is actually a bit dangerous.

Triceps you can train heavy and light so I recommend a mixed approached.

If you want to focus on arm size, I would say training triceps three times a week (Two heavy days where you do tricep dominant pressing exercises and one light day with overhead extensions and pushdowns/skullcrushers) and I would do biceps five times a week with one day where you do heavy close/neutral grip chins. The rest of the biceps work should be 10–15 reps of various curls. Regular curls, reverse curls, hammer curls, incline curls etc. I would aim for only one exercise per workout for 4–5 sets since you are training them frequently. ProvenPeptides.

Of course, if you aren’t focusing on arms, probably just twice a week for each is fine.
