Bro noooooooo this is going too far, wth...and only 32oz at that, that’s cute. Should get you through warmups at least.

I have been using the same 89oz Simply Orange container for probably 6 months, at least 4x a week. I can drop it completely full and it doesn’t break or dent, it never leaks, it has a wide mouth and rinses easily. And I got to drink all of the orange juice it came with, for like $5. It even has a big sturdy handle.

Whatever happened to recycling???

Same. I am curious how the plastic jug is formulated?

I ALMOST can't believe they had the audacity to make all those claims about a friggin plastic bottle... but then i realized who it was and understand. just wow.

No ETA, they are doing the voting (hence my post), and after they decide what the winner is. It should come out after that, but when that is... uncertain until the brand provides more details.

Yeah, it’d be interesting to see how it does in isolation at 50mg. I haven’t seen single S7 products yet

out of curiosity I got the alpha lion s7 and tried it solo at 50mg then at 100mg with a caffeine tab pre workout and didn't notice much of anything. Tried adding it to multiple pre's (Ghost Legend mainly) and didn't notice anything extra out of the normal for those respective products. Maybe I am an outlier but in comparison with Vaso6, the first time I took SNS vaso6 I could tell the difference almost immediately. Tested the s7 similarly to how I tested the vaso6 (1 cap then 2 standalone, then added to pre's).

I don’t think you’re an outlier regarding the little-to-no response to S7.

I’ve used it solo and haven’t noticed much and I’ve heard the same from several others who tried it solo.

That is good to know, so far I haven't seen much talk from others on the forum about it yet. Glad I am not the only who thought it was underwhelming for what it is promoted to be.

😂😂😂

I’m busy but if no one posts anything up I’ll throw some research here tonight.

Being cheap shouldn’t mean not to include it, especially due to the benefits it gives. If anything that means maybe it should be tossed in certain situations more since there isn’t a reason not to...

improved performance in muscle strength and endurance, endurance exercise tests, jumping and sport-specific actions. However, the improvement in performance was associated with taurine dosage.

Human endurance performance can be improved by orally ingesting a single dose of taurine in varying amounts (1-6 g).

taurine is an essential neutraceutical with diverse cytoprotective and therapeutic actions.

Taurine plays an important role as a basic factor for maintaining cellular integrity in the heart, muscle, retina, and throughout the CNS.

which taurine provides cytoprotection, osmoregulation, neuromodulation, and the myriad of important functions it serves in humans and animals.

The potential health benefits of taurine in cardiovascular disease are rapidly emerging.
Thus, this action of taurine could be an important mechanism for providing benefits to the cardiovascular system

The fundamental role of taurine in the immune system is related to its antioxidant properties. Taurine protects tissues from oxidative stress associated with the pathology of various inflammatory diseases

ur results suggest that 2 weeks of oral taurine supplementation increases the taurine levels and has anti-atherogenic and anti-inflammatory effects prior to and following incremental exercise

Taurine significantly enhanced the physical function and significantly reduced the cardiovascular function parameters following exercise.

Semi-related: BCAA’s + Taurine have research supporting reduced DOMS also. Really Taurine should be a part of every BCAA/EAA formula

Tbh I think taurine belongs in damn near everything haha. One of the main reasons I still prefer monster zero over most of these new energy drinks on the market.

Excellent I feel better now.. Nutrabio sells 100percent pure Taurine, the taste is very bad lemon like, very hard to mask.. maybe this reason not to much added to other products.. intresting to see how all taste

I constantly drink bcaa/eaa drinks throughout the day. Two to three 700ml drinks. I always add a scoop of 2.5gms primaforce taurine. Used to do it to help with cramps and backpumps when I ran cycles. Liked the effects so much it's now a staple on cycle or off.

Most just add it to some flavored pre/intra workout.

Seems it got covered, but ya performance, pumps, endurance, cognitive, hydration, etc. Taurine probably isn’t the most effective at any of these individually, but covers so many areas, is super cheap, and doesn’t require crazy dosing so I prefer to always have some.

As far as the new Performax product it does look interesting. For those whose were looking for a Vaso6 + s7 combo to try it may be worth a shot. That’s such a hefty dose of Glycerol though.

As far as vasomax goes.. I was expecting a little bit more.

I think the older versions looked better

Still a great profile though

Ya I’ll be honest kind of the same feel for me. This is what the third or fourth revision?

Don’t get me wrong it looks better than a lot of things, the different AlphaGPC is interesting from a clumping standpoint, I appreciate companies trying to stay on top of things, but it’s kind of just a minor update (drop Norvaline, add s7, up Glycerol). Also dropped to 20 servings from 25.

And at the moment people are skeptical over s7 doing anything at all...

Stacking it with hypermax though will cover all bases in terms of pumps though

Yeah I noticed 25-20 serving change.. but that’s the norm now sadly

Im really happy that you are starting to realise and be educated on supps, now I can see you making some decent choices instead rushing to buy new underdosed stuff.. proud of you man :))

I’m not buying anything

Just going off labels

You are still the skeptical master

This. I get Allmax bulk taurine. The flavorless truly has no flavor IMO. I normally just add it to an order when I start to get low.

I use this also !!

Taurine is the bomb. Anything that helps keep me hydrated through a long sweaty training session is a priority to me, especially something so cheap and multifaceted. Hydration equals extra performance & injury prevention!

Between Green Mag, Green Might, White Warped and Glycergrow I get 7g pre/intraworkout

Ok guys, the new Antaeus Labs Hydra Head X has arrived at my doorstep. Here’s your new ingredient profile:
