I've ran var 100mg ed for 6 months. Not saying its safe or not. Just saying I have lol. Pretty stupid but I was on a lot of support supps and HGH at the time

Nah of course you can and youll be fine but it sure will hit cholesterol regardless.

Superdrol and winny are relatively mild for women cause of the androgenic ratio but winny is far more androgenic

Good base to start from. Lean enough you’ll be able to see the changes. Delts will definitely cap from the drugs, provided you are training them at all. Legs are no secret - you have to put the volume in on them with movements that let you feel the muscles you’re targeting and let you work hard. You basically just have to suffer a little.

So you’re eating about 1,450 calories, correct? If hunger is an issue, make sure you’re getting enough water, eating veggies often, and make your food less processed whenever possible. A chicken breast takes longer to eat than pulled chicken, and a baked potato much more effort than same amount of carbs from rice, for example. Try to avoid calorie-dense foods like cheese or liquid calories, and try to get fibers in.

That’s why you’re hungry. Excellent setup to be able to keep eating again every 2.5 hours; not so great if hunger needs to be controlled.

LOL She literally just said her hunger was a 9/10. If you’re getting appetite suppression while cutting on 10mg var, your liver has a serious problem!!!

Okay okay, take it easy.

That post about her hunger is before the cycle fyi.
But I do agree that at 10mg's var you most probably wont have appetite suppression heh. But it most probably also wont increase the appetite. ymmv though

On a caloric deficit you are hungry, period. Can't be avoided. You get less hungry in time as ghrelin levels drop down. What you can do, is not eat high GI foods like white rice, that spike your blood sugar levels and when they drop, you get extra carb cravings. That's all. For some it's easier to eat low carb and high protein, bc low carb keeps ghrelin down. Either way, everybody needs to find what suits them the best and at what specific stage of cutting. It's easier the more bf you have and you may start low carb the lower you bf gets or might even start carb cycling, etc. I personally don't need anything special. Just a consistent cal deficit will do. But it is easier with lower carbs I must say...

Stimulants help with appetite suppression. Like yohimbe for example.

recommended foods? I don’t really think my carb intake it low I might drop it down and add a protein shake in there but my old trainer always told me you don’t need to cut carbs in order to cut you need to be a in a deficit as well as a lot of protein and carbs to fuel you

Pretty much this. Potatoes with skin on, especially sweet potatoes, oats, brown rice, quinoa, peas, beans could all be some options based on your preferences and how you digest them (I love beans but can’t eat too many lol). If you have fruit, try to go for things like oranges or apples - 4-5g fiber for 80-110 calories.

Egg whites scrambled is more filling than drinking them. They’re actually good with oats and berries scrambled in and Walden Farms sugar-free syrups on them!

I agree with Hyde. When I was cutting I ate lean meat, multiple entire heads of broccoli and cauliflower, berries, scrambled egg whites, and was still hungry constantly. If I was eating things like rice and peanut butter I'd probably blow through half a week's calorie allowance in twenty minutes.

You can not fell not hungry if you are in caloric deficit. Period. You can only help by not having spikes.

Peanut butter would actually fulfill you more then rice. Fat helps a lot with felling satiated.

Guys may not care to hear but just wondering, did you start at any particular point in your monthly cycle? Wondered it that was possibly influencing the water retention any? Also, how much water do you typically drink in a day?

I’m all in for you posting your training as well! Always nice to see the whole picture!

Whoa, interesting time to pick to start a cycle. Do you have access to a gym and food? I always lost weight/muscle during AT, so I learned to plan accordingly and bulk immediately afterward.

Update today again I feel it’s a little too early but have a little bit of muscle aches which are noticeable no other sides. I’m taking my fish oils 2x daily now because of this hopefully the aches will go away soon. Aches are in my hip and left shoulder not bad but noticeable also haven’t hit those muscle groups yet this week.

It’s difficult - especially in the beginning - to know how often to log, right? I’m going to start a primo run in the next few weeks and will probably do the same.

No, not at all! No such thing as too many updates! The more details and interaction the better! I just had a crazy week and didn’t have a lot of time to reply! You’ll get more interaction as you post more too!

Update: haven’t had aches starting to take my fish oils and multi vitamin 2x daily and it helped a lot. Don’t feel an increase of strength or really too much change in my body. I’m going to going to stay at 10 mg this week and by the end of the week if nothing changes I’m going to move to 15mg.
Mood: 7 can feel my attitude change quicker (might be because girl probs are comin)
Hunger: 2 made a change to eat every 3 hours which has helped
Workouts: 7 muscle groups hit 2x a week with one rest day. Lifting heavy first part of the week and a rep focus on the 2nd time. Been feeling good so far as normal.
Macros haven’t changed and I’m switching from rice to sweet potatoes.
I took a body fat test today and probably not the best idea because I had my cheat meal and my rest day yesterday with a little bit of drinks. But I’m at 19% weighing 119. Will be taking another in about 1 or 2 weeks.
Will continue to update. Any questions just ask!

Don’t up the dose. Var takes time to show the results - you gotta be patient! Low and slow for a lady, since the doses must stay so low you can really run longer cycles very safe, and that’s where the progress is made.

Update: I feel as if I was leaning out better not on the var but maybe it’s all the water weight. I have a kidney infection currently which should pass within a few days still on my plan going to start carb cycling and change things up a bit workouts have been good and I feel more vascular maybe it’s the spoonful of pink Himalayan salt before the workout maybe it’s the var. I haven’t had an extreme strength increase but I’m able to push through my workouts better. Still taking all my vitamins and everything pics soon to come. I would’ve posted this weekend pics but I’ve been so extremely bloated I’m going to give it a few days. Still running 5mg in the am 5mg pm.

Need some help: MACROS these are my current for my cut.
Meals consist of basically Protein- chicken/turkey/Eggwhites Veggies-green beans/bell peppers Carbs- sweet potatoes/rice/steel cut oats

Haven’t been to gym in 3 days due to my kidney infection I can barely move not like I can take a day off because ya know military. I’m still taking my supplements and on my cycle but I feel as if I’m not making the dry and lean progress I’ve wanted too. I have a few weeks left on my cycle and I’m getting frustrated and disappointed. Any tips?? I do cardio for about 20 mins either sprints or elliptical. My lifts first part of week are heavy w low reps / second are lighter w more reps. I get in about 2 gal of water a day. Bodyfat percentage is 17% wanting to get down to 12-14% before my cut ends

You’re going to hate me but I’d either drop carbs a bit or increase cardio or both. Also possible to add in a fat burner - maybe ECA stack or clen?

My thoughts exactly. I would stick to EC or ECY if tolerated well.

Clen is a commitment to heart wear and tear. Just my opinion of course, but it’s not needed at this time.

Macros 149c 149p 55f this week
I’m hitting hard this week definitely going to get some cardio in there my kidney infection is gone after one hard week and I feel good. Body fat percentage went down by 1.9% within that time. I’m going to start 15mg of var starting tomorrow. So far no sides at all. I realized the things originally I thought were sides were because my fats were too low and it fucked with my body. But we’re back still suck at flexing lol will update Friday/Saturday.
One thing I have seen is my boobs went down a whole cup so that’s sad but hopefully they come back🤠

Cant post to much in your position (imo). And from the looks of it those pics are showing a difference. Better cuts and more pop. You may not think so but its always harder to tell yourself than someone who doesnt look at ya every day/ isnt you. Best of luck and keep posting! Amd keep up the fish oil the whole way thru. I use liquid omega 3s (and more of them) during orals to help things out and it made a difference (found out just by chance but noticed less fatigue/better hunger= happier liver). Best of luck and kill it!!!

And I forget which supplement it is but one of the so called test boosters for men that really is just good for libido usually will help women go up a cup size give or take bc of its path hormonally. I can email an old buddy that explained it to me a couple years back if you want. I feel like it may have been tribulus or something similar.
Also, 5mg of pregnenolone can do wonders for the brain and may elevate your estro (and test) just a touch to bring them back a tad. A botfle is cheap af if you just google for 5min. Just get the lowest does u can. And I'll see if i cant find that email. If not message me if u want me to holler at him and ask again.

Regardless, looking good and real men dont care about boobies, just butt! Take care n keep killin it!

Boobs are always first to go even for naturals, nevermind your lowering estrogen from the var - they ain’t coming back as long as you stay this lean, sad to say. It’s just how it is.

Tribulus is what I was thinking as well when you said that (ALWAYS stirs up my gyno immediately), and pregnenolone could certainly be a great option. However, adding that estrogen back in will result in a less defined look - may not be the best option for the cutting OP is undertaking, but certainly a good recomp option.

I would consider adding 5mg of Rad140 before I would add more Var (which is way more likely to cause androgenic sides). My wife has been getting shredded on the combo atm, and no matter how much Rad we add she isn’t noticing any increase in sides (sexual or otherwise). Rad also increases bone density, a big plus considering lowered estrogen from Var promotes osteoporosis.
