1 toilet in the locker room at the local ymca, my workout partner at the time beat me to it. Other bathroom was upstairs by the lobby, I don’t think I’ve ever ran so fast in my life. Put the tub up for trade on the BB supp section the next day haha

Roll it back to 1999, make it a Nokia cell phone, a Sony Discman, supplements purchased through mail order catalog and lifting at the same gym as Art Attwood and you have my sophomore year of high school. Man, you kids make me feel old lol. Those of you older than me, thank you. You make me feel younger lol.

Best ever LIPOKINETIX hands down. 1,3 butanediol was a close second but really that was purely recreational. Prior to getting nutrition down, I was a high school kid after all, protein powder was the best. Once nutrition was down creatine would be my choice.

Since all the good stuff was banned its hard to pick a single product but I used to take this stack which worked great for me.

OG OL Ignit3, PES Shift, SNS Reduce XT.

But I cant't even take that anymore now since they changed ignit3 & Shift has been discontinued :(
 
The best supplement..... I wld say Cialis... Or wait .. wrong answer!! Lmao! I wld say about 10 12 yrs ago when no2 first came out... U could get a massive pump jus lifting ur arms up.. deff not the same now days

I forgot about Size-On. Idk what they put in the original but that was a staple for me as a teen. Man I must have spent 100s probably thousands on supplements when I was younger. If it was in a muscle mag, I probably tried it. Back then(early 2000s) everyone still bought those mags. That was the main advertising area. I bought all those gaspari supps. The sizeon the superpump 250. And all those wayyy overpriced but shiny BSN supps. N.O. Explode, true mass etc.

Best of all for me would be the CytoGainer. I looked forward to evey shake. I think it had creatine too. I drank so many shakes I made myself lactose intolerant lmao. The BSN stuff tasted great. They locked the "hardcore" supps up behind glass. I felt like I was being bad when I looked at those and had the lady come unlock it. Like oh man that stuff HAS to work.

I remember the original gaspari "Halodrol-50" it was actually hdrol!

@Resolve10 damn I forgot all about ultima, probably my fav preworkout ever. Had to dilute it to hell, I remember doing like 24oz diet mtn dew to get it down haha but it worked great.

Edit - as for OG craze, I bought two tubs based on the hype. Tried it twice and felt like **** both times so I traded it. Didn’t find out until later it was spiked. That was another nasty ass tasting product though

Haha the glass case forgot about that! Half the **** was useless but I do remember the halodrol 50

I actually missed a couple of gym visits because I didn't want to be to far from my own toilet after taking sd250. The pumps of it though were fantastic, I've not found anything to match it since.

Size on was the shnizz, don't use supplements as much nowadays but if that came back out I'd have to invest in some.

All those new supps, when first introduced, were laced with something. That's how they made a name for it and got people hooked. They would take it, get insane results, recommend it to there friends, word of mouth etc. Then before you know it the name of the product would sell itself

For leaning up my favorite was Compound 20, the leaning and hardening effects of that were off the chart. For muscle building Prime worked great for me, I was experiencing ridiculous strength gains until I lost my balance doing deadlifts and messed up my back.

In 2017, I would have to say Test1fy and the old SNS Glycophase formula were wonderful to/for me.
Orig1n was outstanding too. I didn't respond to its successor 'K1ng Slayer' at all.
Also, back in the day Bioforge was incredible.

Vector is for a bulk for me. It makes my appetite strong. I took it for 12 weeks in the winter and put on 12lb and only gain 1/2 inch on the waist. Pretty good for an old man.

Folli I take 12 on 8 off pretty much year round. It's the king of recomp to me. At my stage in life I'm trying to keep muscle and not get too fat. The endurance it gives me after a few weeks is awesome in and out of the gym! I can tell when I'm on it and off of it. Gym work and bed work is longer and more intense.

Just kidding...best and most effective I ever took was Xenadrine RFA-1 in early 2000's. Real Ephedra (not the current sticks, twigs and leaves you see these days) have a superior fat burning and appetite suppressing effect on my than ephedrine hcl.

I forgot about Pump Bol. That was incredible!
I used to pay a fortune to order it from the States to Ireland via Ebay. Haven't had a pump like it before or since...
 
OMG,, there are SO many! All from "back in the day" mid-90's on. The combo of Ergopharm's 1.AD / 6.OXO not withstanding, my experience was best with the following (disclaimer: no particular order & all original formulas only):

Phosphagen, Ultimate Orange, Dymetadrine-25, Ripped Fuel, Sportpharma's ACTISYN (BEST protein formula EVER!!), SAN's Launch, Oxyelite Pro, Jack3d, Avant Labs ONE+ & Leptigen ULTRA, VPX's Liquid Clenbuterex, Syntrax's Syntrabol/Isabol, iSatori Amino Phase, BioGro. I'm sure there are many others that I can't recall at the moment.

There days only a SARM combo (Ostarine, Cardarine, Andarine, MK) seems to do the trick, for me at least.
