Hi guys,
I'm at my eighth week of calorie deficit, I'm not taking any particular supplement, only vitamin d3, eaa and creatine.
Now I would like to buy something that helps me "eliminate" the "stubborn" fat around the navel, and a little at the hips.
I will continue with the deficit, without exaggerating, with a good "shift" between carbo and fat.
What product do you recommend? Something that "moves" the fat from the adipocytes, to then be used as a source of energy.
Thank you
Hi guys

BLR is having a big sale. You could get some Vector and Follidron 2.0, and those would make the cut easier by helping you keep muscle, and burn fat easier.

Yohimbine HCL
Start at 2.5mg and work your way up to .02mg/kg
Use it in a fasted state (upon waking) because its best effects are when insulin is not present. It is the best bang for your buck if you tolerate it, if not you could try an Alpha-Y variety that would eliminate the side effects. (Cold Sweats, Shivers, Increased HR)

Like Solution said. Y-HCL and add caffeine to that if needed. Simple and very effective. You really may not need anything else.

Hi guys
For stubborn fat, yohimbine is one of the best single ingredients on the market.

SNS Yohimbine 2.5 is dirt cheap and can be stacked with SNS caffeine for both synergy and additional energy.

To add to the grains of paradise comment - SNS just re-released a new and (greatly) improved Lean Edge that contains GoP as well as a myriad of other (all non stim) ingredients at clinical dosages. This would be the perfect pairing with C/Y for a stim/non combo!

Adding 7-Keto-DHEA to my current stack (Anabol 5 + Thermvol7) seems to have helped. Along with plenty of cardio.

SNS just dropped Lean Edge and it looks amazing. Great thing is that it is stim free and can always add a stim like Y or alpha y if you wanted.

New SNS Lean Edge will suit your needs perfectly. No other non stim fat burner on the market even close. Also don’t forget about cortisol. Cortisol will be on a steady incline throughout your cut so keep that at bay with SNS Reduce XT

or SNS KSM-66 for early on in the cut to help with both cortisol (milder than reduce xt) but also test boost and body comp!

Well!
No, I won't add any kind of cardio,
If I do, I will do simple cardio liss, only to reach my 10,000 steps a day.
"Grains of Paradise"? I don't know what it is, I'll have to read up.
I might prefer rauwolscine, since it doesn't have the "side effects" of Y.Hcl.
Ok, I buy the "pure" brand, since I would find it at a good price.

Lean Edge is interesting! I could buy it.
But tell me something, wouldn't it be too much to combine "reduce xt"? Given that Lean Edge also supports cortisol control?
Thanks for your help!

SNS has alpha y as well if you prefer vs normal y/hcl

Lean edge could certainly be stacked with reduce xt, but i would probably only use 1-2 caps of reduce vs the full 3. you can always dial the dose back to 1 if you feel the need as well. The cortisol control in lean edge is not so dramatic that it will "crash" your levels.

Letrone would be a good addition. The deeper one gets into a cut, sometimes hormones can get out of whack. Letrone would help with that, increase T3 and T4 to increase metabolism, and is a powerful AI to reduce estrogen, to help get that dry look during a cut.

+1 for Lean Edge. Could add your own stims to it.

Good call that if you add Reduce XT, you probably wouldn’t need 3 caps a day

Lean Edge!

Why does it contain 1000mg of CLA?

Ok the question may not make sense, but I have always read that the CLA does not really serve any purpose, especially for the phases of weight loss ...

I know the seriousness of the brand,
But someone else, as soon as he read the contents of CLA, I think he would have immediately discarded the choice.

I say what I think, but I would like to be curious to try it.

CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid):

Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is a naturally occurring essential fatty acid that is included in a lot of popular weight loss products. While human studies have shown modest weight loss benefits with CLA supplementation, unfortunately some companies have promoted CLA as being a miracle ingredient that led to some false expectations that no ingredient could live up to.

Lean Edge includes CLA as a nice addition to its formula but does not express any of the outlandish claims made by some companies about CLA and does not agree with companies making those types of claims. Instead, Lean Edge includes CLA as additional ingredient on top of its already comprehensive stellar formula for extra potential fat loss benefits.

What I just read doesn't make sense ... ... ...... ... ...

It’s one of those ingredients that probably has a small benefit, but was overhyped so the pendulum swung hard the other way with people saying it was useless.

It’s not something I’d probably go out of my way looking for, but rounds out the formula aiding it for just a little more benefit.

That product contains:
S 3,5-Diiodo-L-Thyronine
Has anyone used this stand-alone?
I'm not sure if i've seen anyone use just S 3,5-Diiodo-L-Thyronine alone but I know it's used in many products on the market.

Direct quote from the owner of SNS in the lean edge thread:

While the debate about CLA continues to go on on the forums and places like that, CLA is a very popular ingredient and has been for over 10 years. We obviously can't fit 3 grams in a product because of space constraints but we can provide a good dosage for people that are interested in seeing it in their fat loss product; and CLA is in most of the best selling fat loss products on the market. If you don't like it and choose to ignore it, the formula is great without it.

My personal opinion on CLA is that many people miss one of the main reasons that there are discrepancies with some studies showing positive results and some not and that's the same reason that people disagree on its effectiveness for them personally and that's simply that its an ingredient that works well for some people and not as well for others.

Not sure what part doesn’t make sense?

To help clarify:

CLA has some studies showing positive results.
CLA has some studies showing it doesn’t work as well as some of the positive studies.
CLA is very popular in the overall market.
CLA works well for some people.
CLA doesn’t work as well for others.

CLA was dramatically overhyped by some companies and nothing could live up to some of the ridiculous claims made about it.

CLA is included in Lean Edge for the people that do like it and bc there is some good data but SNS acknowledges that some companies claims are ridiculous and doesn’t overhype it.

Regardless, even if you don’t like CLA, there are over a dozen other active ingredients at fully transparent dosages.

I didn’t quote the full post asking but Lean Edge would stack great with Reduce XT. You would just likely want to go w 2 caps Reduce XT per day instead of 3.

Hi sns8778,
Don't get me wrong for my answer.
Ok, CLA can work, as it can't work, the thing is subjective.
On your site, the one I mentioned, does not explain what "could" serve (therefore make sense) for weight loss, the aforementioned CLA.
That's all.
It will also be the wrong translation (I use Google as a translator, I understand little English ... I know, the thing is serious :D ), so I received the text, as if to say, "the cla works or doesn't it work? We ve we offer 1000mg and bye bye ". But we are always the, what function could it have? What role?
Anyway, thanks friend for clarifying ;)

The Lean Edge wrote up is so long that for the well known ingredients we provide a brief overview on those ingredients vs going into great detail. CLA is so well known that we didn’t want to add more length to the write up & plus we didn’t want to seem biased in the explaining it. I hope that makes sense.

The Lean Edge write up is 6 typed pages as is haha

Alpha Yohimbine is a type of Yohimbine that works really well that can be taken by some people that don’t respond well to regular Yohimbine.

For example, regular Yohimbine makes me feel clammy, shaky, and anxious; almost flu like symptoms. Alpha Yohimbine gives me a great feel good energy.

In general, Predator and Powermyself sell many of the products but neither is going to sell Yohimbine or Alpha Yohimbine since they aren't allowed there. However, if I'm not mistaken, Strong Supplement Shop here in the US will ship them to you. A lot of people on here have bought from them very successfully and inexpensively it seems.

I second the vote for strong... everyone ordering from overseas has pretty much said they ship cheap and no customs fees/issues regardless of the product

Hi guys

I bought the Yohimbine HCL (Core Labs).

From today my feeding protocol is oriented towards IF 16/8.

3 workouts a week, no cardio, at least for the moment, even if I could add cardio liss to get 10K daily steps.

So, let's go to us, 5mg immediately taken as a first time, obviously in the morning, a fast (after 4 hours I will have the first meal of the day), is it too much? 5mg needed too many as first time?

Thank you!

I'm on IF 16/8 for the past 5 and a half weeks, first thing in the morning I take 6mg Yohimbine with a cup of green tea along with another fat burner (which is about to finish & will continue with the Y+GT).

I train at 06:00 and start eating at 12:00 noon.

Only once a day? 5mg? Stop?
It's your personal dose, won't it increase?

I train in the early afternoon, should I take a second dose? (Preworkout).

I used to take a second dose in the afternoon (total per day 10mg, 4x 2.5mg Primaforce Yhcl) and it worked very well, it really made a difference for me compared to once per day 5mg.

Now I'm using MAN Sports Yhcl which is 3mg per cap so 6mg per day (corrected my earlier post).

Personally speaking I would do 12mg ED but for purely financial reasons I stay at 2 caps, at the moment.
