Unanswered BEST SUPPLEMENTS . . . . . . FREE-TESTOSTERONE

Low T scares me more than using test. If I die from using test, at least my quality of life will be good vs feeling like crap all the time and wasting away to nothing.
Not to mention the Higher risk of *stroke* *heart attack* and many other issues. Also, estrogen needs to be controled for safety of the prostate. It is not dht, but *Estro* that increases risks of bad stuff with the prostate.

And for a soft estro control while also helping test- dunno if you're already on it or not but get some zinc gluconate or take a Moderate dosage of calcium-d-glucarate (estro only). Didn't see an answer to this so hope it helps. Nice thread, lets keep it going. And in about 3mo when i habe bloods on the latest batch I will post if its still around. Laters y'all

are you going to post what is in your supplement and actually produce it with labels I know you been working it on it for awhile

I’ve actually heard this also. I think what I read said that hormones can be unbound from SHBG after entering a cell. I forget now. Do you have links to research showing this? Pretty interesting subject.

i do not, verry sorry my friend. last year i pay for phone consult (just to pick brain) with dr. crisler (rip my friend) and it come up in discussion. i think there is video podcast on youtube by a guy named jay something, and he do roundtables with all big name dr's and it brought up there a lot. i warn that the jay guy a little bit of a salesman for his stuff, and i not agree with a lot, but the dr. info is good - so watch with salt grain, lol!

i not understand reccos for c-d-g and it put in supplements. *all* sex hormones are glucuronidated - from examine below:

Furthermore, all steroid hormones in the body (testosterone, estrogen, Invalid Link Removed, etc.) are also glucuronidated. If using an oral dose that reduces the toxin, these hormones will also all be reduced for a short time.

luckily, massive doses required if work at all, (100mg/kg minimum, near maximal effects at 200mg/kg) - so supp doses usually minuscule, lol.

No worries! Thank you for sharing. If I find where I read that, I can let you know. Maybe we can learn together!

maybe i miss in long thread - did you actually get bloodwork to see levels? heck, even now would be useful - unless very lucky man, at 50, you be low. since supps only good for 100, 200 if gods smiling, spend the ~$70 and go get female hormone panel (or better but that cheapest). how much you spend in month? free test (shbg) more and more not being worried about in trt medical community due to shbg being able to dock at androgen receptor - check usual suspects: dr's kominiarek, nichols, rousier, etc...

lol at guy that say "bloods not matter, how feel?" hahaha - i'm mid 50's and when went on trt felt like beast - lean, strong... test was like 280 hahahaha. yeah, no need for bloodwork...

You guys have been a good influence on me, seriously, I appreciate it!

Up until I posted this thread few weeks back, never gave bloodwork much thought, but now, damn straight, definetly getting my blood-tested this summer . . . . . BEFORE/AFTER

cheers,
mykey

Later this week, tossing 'AVENA SATIVA' into the mix . . . . .

cheers,
mykey

'Avena Sativa' Rocks!

Starting taking it about a week ago, it's CrazY how my body's responding to it!

Example . . . . . . speeding-up 'Recovery'

Yesturday I worked (short-shift), walked outdoors for about 4 hours under the hot blazing sun (low-impact cardio), pounded down 6 beers, 1 bottle of Vodka, crashed (coma) for about 8-10 hours, bounced out of bed bright and early this morning, and . . . . . . I'm a 50 yr dude

I'll report back with blood-work results later this summer . . . . . .

cheers,
mykey
