Unanswered WTF is causing gyno symptoms?**Updated with Blood Work**

Results:

Estradiol ml
Testosterone 284ng/dl
TSH 3.7 uIU/ml
1) Did they give a specific e2 number?

2) did they test prolactin?

2) are you on TRT?

Total test is a little low.

I would consider purchasing your own labs. You can find them online relatively cheap.

Most GP are hesistant to order more comprehensive hormonal panels

Prolactin can cause puff nipples, so this is a big one

Sounds good.

I've heard of gyno coming bqck after surgery but you shouldn't need that.. I didn't notice youvtakungvanyvestrigen blocker, why would you do that. 10 mgs of noveldex you wouldn't have thi problem. Noveldex would be useless at this point the estrogen already attached. Noveldex need to be started same day or few days before.
If this doesn't work you don't have many other options but I've never seen it not work.
Letrozolole 2'5 mgs per cc is so strong forget it. Get a bottle and take like. 5mg a day your gyno should be gone in a week. But hop right on noveldex

More test results:

Prolactin 8 ng/ml
LH 5.8 mIU/mL
FSH 4.5 mIU/mL

Again nothing really out of whack, however I've been taking Nolvadex for approximately 3 weeks I and started taking Inhibit-P, 3 days prior to the test.
Will report back when the rest of the results come in.

SHBG:
37.8 nmol/L

Everything looks OK, granted I've been on Nolvadex.

I think the M-Test just triggered the symptoms and everything is normalizing now.

Today was my best day so far with only minor tingling.

The plan now is to taper off the Nolva and possibly add in low dose exemastane to prevent rebound?

Any dosage recommendations for the taper?
