Since you were super lame and boring in my 'spend my money' thread, I'll be super specific so you can't recommend food and fish oil, lol.

Seems like I should waste my money on epi, before trying sarms. So, please pick an option in the pole.

If you’re insisting on running something skip the sarms and do some 1 andro or epistane for your first cycle. Don’t forget the CEL cycle assist and TUDCA though. SERM is a MUST post cycle and I like to add some SNS Bulbine and CEL m test. Gets me feeling good again in about 3 weeks

Ignoring my poal, the illustrious members have given me the choice of prohormones or cooter flap.

You can get a gram of mk677 for about 50 bucks. That will give you close to 2 months of more IGF and increased GH output. Or you could get xgels, proven to increase lean mass gains over placebo.

Weird. These are the options.

I was looking at somatozine, or whatever MA labs product is called.

You will get the real deal if you go through MA. Wes15 gets you 15 percent off I believe, and MK677 or XGels will yield better results than you poll; which I couldn't see because I use mobile.

Xgels, poison if you have never used it. It’s one of not the only real natural agent that can is effective although it’s not a super change.

LOL there is always one who needs to pull the food comment, all the while we are in a supplement forum...

And there are always guys who think taking an herbal supplement will lead to muscle growth... food is the chief anabolic. Always. Bodybuilding is basically a game of fork and knife, but somehow guys on here have the wrong expectations and are looking for a magic unicorn... give me a natural anabolic that will help me build muscle and won’t shut me down and have no side effects and will help me burn fat and build muscle.... lmfao yea right. The most effective natty anabolics increase your consumption of ... wait for it.... FOOD!

Food is first.
However he has some fun money. If his macros are already on point with the amount of groceries he buys, xgels, which is omega6 fatty acid (also food lol), will yield good hypertrophy results.

To be clear mk677 will work better than almost any of the other supplements that will be listed because it is not a supplement, it is a drug

That is a great product if you are looking at taking mk677. Already has all the somotostatin inhibitors built in and will definitely increase hunger. Watch your BG and BP if you decide to run it

Haha, i like massmax out of those listed. Personally whenever i have a bit of extra coin to spend i pick up protein and pre workouts.

Maybe the app since I’m on the phone. I don’t know. I still haven’t jumped on either epi or lax. I am very skeptical about them both. Hopefully they work but I want to see more good reviews/evidence.

Since it’s brought up MK-677 I’ve tried. Good recovery, less nagging issues(was powerlifting). Nothing crazy but I think it was worth it.

I'm just not convinced xgels will be the best choice for my workouts. For example, last night I did 8 sets of 50 swings followed by 15 push-ups with almost no rest, or sometimes I'll do 300+ one handed swings straight, or 25-30 emom. It's high intensity, high volume, with little rest, and I know I'm sore today. I'm not sure being more sore is what I'm looking for haha.

Your right. Xgels and kettlebell work doesnt sound like they go together.

I couldn't see it due to using mobile app lol. But I had seen he previously thought about using MK.

Everyone uses the app unless they’re at work. I didn’t see it.
I wish there was a way to choose the sarms choices and make the option explode and then disappear.
However if cutting was the goal he could throw S4 in with Epi,
Sarms would be an awesome alternative if they didn’t cause suppression and dirty labs.
Epi will barely put your ldl/hdl and liver enzymes out of range and will stomp most sarms results

Steroids tho...

Sexy, sexy steroids...

Think about it. Steroids are so good, that we are willing to compromise our health to a degree for them.

They are so sexy I get chills and goosebumps when I talk about them.
When they show up in the mail, I pee a little from the excitement.

I’m getting aroused just thinking about it.

op: if not opposed to using drugs, you have to be crazy to spend money on unicorn powder...

i read it 100 times by now probly, lol - link us to non-jacob wilson studies that show strength/hypertrophy gains - full text, no abstracts. willoughby study best one. but hey, if you believe wilsons stuff, cool...not me :)

p.s. ara not in poll, wasn't referring to that.

I think there is a possibility that the poll results are a bit screwed.

Some people may have read the question quickly and voted for the product that they consider to be a waste of money...

Invalid Link Removed non wilson study

that's not a study - that's synopsis of 3 different studies by Llewyellin. And the one that most applicable not doing dexa after long time weight lifting - they do "lets look at cells" thing - ok. *must read whole thing*!

Two prior human trials have tested the effects of long-term ARA supplementation on resistance-training-mediated muscle hypertrophy and performance in resistance-trained men (Invalid Link Removed, Invalid Link Removed). ARA supplementation increased muscle power output in both studies, but conflicting results were found for muscle mass (Invalid Link Removed, Invalid Link Removed). Whereas Roberts et al. (Invalid Link Removed) showed a similar increase in lean mass with resistance training regardless of ARA supplementation, De Souza et al. (Invalid Link Removed) observed muscle hypertrophy only in those participants consuming the ARA supplement. The results of the current study are not directly comparable with long-term changes in training-induced muscle hypertrophy. However, MPS (Invalid Link Removed), anabolic signaling (Invalid Link Removed, Invalid Link Removed), and ribosome biogenesis (Invalid Link Removed) have all been found to be positively correlated with resistance-training-induced muscle hypertrophy. Therefore, although acute MPS and anabolic signaling were not influenced by ARA supplementation, short-term differences in ribosome biogenesis and possibly satellite cell activity may support greater muscle hypertrophy in men participating in resistance training with regular ARA supplementation.

still iffy, lol!

Nope. I voted MassMax because its the best natural anabolic I have tried to date.
