For example, last night I did 8 sets of 50 swings followed by 15 push-ups with almost no rest, or sometimes I'll do 300+ one handed swings straight, or 25-30 emom. It's high intensity, high volume, with little rest, and I know I'm sore today. I'm not sure being more sore is what I'm looking for haha.
