Straight forward. 3,100 or so Ed is my bulking calories right now. Gained like 6-7 lbs just in water since I changed my routine up and doubled my carb intake but my shoulders and chest still look nice and grainy when flexed, just hardly able to see my abs which is expected. Just didn’t know due to nutrient partitioning if I should be eating even more or just hang out where I’m at.
