Updating this thread with how things went. I started off running 150mg of LG sciences Epi-Andro everyday dosed 50mg @ morning, preworkout, and afternoon. About two months in, I switched to 100mg dosed all preworkout.
Pros:
- strong mental drive outside of the gym, felt very motivated and driven regarding work and my career in general
- mood boost, more confident
- good vascularity
- good strength gains
- think I noticed body recomp, but this could be credited to diet changes
Cons:
- hair shedding got pretty bad the longer I ran it
- definitely crashed my estrogen, was super fatigued by month 3
I was hoping for similar effects to proviron, in a legal manner. Proviron had much stronger libido effects and weaker mental effects in the gym. Epiandro has pretty zip libido effects but a great CNS boost in the gym. I think if I were to continue running the Epiandro and just dropped my AI from my TRT protocol, I could’ve prolonged the run, but I let the low estrogen symptoms get too bad before I thought to do that so I dropped the Epiandro instead. I will hold on to the Epiandro to use as an AI during my test/dbol blast next summer. In the meantime, I’ve ordered proviron to run somewhere between 50-100mg daily with my TRT. Proviron at 75mg daily didn’t really create too strong an anti-estrogenic effect for me, so I’m not concerned about having the same problem as I did with Epiandro. The only side I noticed from proviron was elevated blood pressure (very noticeable vascularity-wise) but Cialis has made that not an issue. If anyone wants, I will start a new thread about the probably-indefinite proviron run with my TRT.
