I read, X-gel from SNS contain only 10% ARA, X-Factor from Molecular Nutrition - 40%.
I purchase ARA from local brand, but effectivness - equal zero.
I found AGGRESSIVE LABZ - DR.PAIN - price 28$ on bottle - and 90 caplets with 400 mg ARA each.
Good deal?

ARA is sold in either 10% or 40% purity like you mentioned. The powdered version is 10%, while the oil/liquid version is 40%. Their label lists it as 40% from what I can see.

I trust Molecular Nutrition for ARA they were the first and it's studied.

Dr Pain does look like a great deal and seemingly more potent though. But if you already tried one with no results I would go gold.

SNS Xgels and MN xfactor both are 40%

If going MN make sure it’s not advanced .. all other products of ara are garbage and doesn’t provide the full dosage that these 2 original provides.

2 bottles of Dr. Pain is 24g of ARA.

1 bottle of SNS is 18.75g

So if you can get 2 bottles of Dr. Pain for 50 or less, than it would be worth it.

Also it doesn’t list the percentage .. if u do go that route make sure it’s 40% 40% Standardization Yielding 160mg per cap

Xgels yields at 250mg

And it’s 2 for $70

MN and Xgels are the same ARA percentage. It's from the same licence holder

Does ARA increase hair loss or dht? I remember reading a couple of years ago that it does, but since then I can't find much to suggest that other than possible complications with inflammation?

Others have said the same! Not all raws are created equal!!
They get them from the same raw supplier (same exact patented version). Other than that xgels are cheaper, so xgels take the cake.

Anyone tried Inflame by Alchemy Labs? got 750mg AA, 750mg Agmatine Sulfate, 100mg L-Norvaline, 45mg arimistane per 3 caps, might be worth running 3-4 caps for 6-8 weeks... all though might get a bit expensive

Probably a low percent ARA. Spliced by Enhanced Formulation is similar to that, but dosed higher, and has epicatechin and glycerol.

Xgels is the way to go .. remember if a product doesn’t list the percentage and it’s as 40% you have to do a calculation

For ex that spliced would be only 460mg

It’s available as an oil which is 40% yield as you said, but there’s also a powder available which is a 10% yield. If you get it in a capsule, it’s most likely 10%. Softgels are the way to get 40%.
