I'm looking to repair a shoulder :)
I've never tried it bro.

Those exercises I linked in your log, especially the one emulating pullovers, are really effective for building back the RC muscles which atrophy and tear as a result of inflammation & compensation from labral tear (mine is posterior sagital tear), but at the end of the day, if your shoulder is structurally compromised you require surgery.

Good Friday

Happy Easter Christians.

I have clearance to squat and deadlift again! Movement is back and hips are staying neutral so physio has ok'd me to start back with the bar, keeping weight below BW and using slow negs to provide hydraulic feedback to the back (this is what tempo work is apparently good for!).

So, first squat & deads sesh for a while:
Squats, worked up to 40kg for 3x8 or 9.
Deads, 80kg 3x5 with the shortest dick I could manage.
Lunges BW with short dick (so much easier!) 3x10 each side
Lunges 10kg db each hand 3x7 each side
Pullups 5x8
Preacher curls 50kg 3x5

5x2min intervals on light punching bag, dusting off my boxing with simple 2 and 3 punch combinations. OMG is this cardio? Feeling the burn.

Still loving the iconogenin. 4 slaps in the morning with my pwo is seriously the best way to start the day.

Here's some porn for you:

Man we both got cleared on the same day! Happy for you because I know the feeling right now. Even the light weights make you grateful.

Ok stats taken today:
Bodyweight is way up, but I'm feeling super puffy and inflamed this morning, so maybe fluid? Anyway that throws out the bf% calculation, however skinfolds are definitely down a little from last measurement. Happy with that.

Saturday 27th April

Finished my log sample yesterday, here is where I am at:
BW 102kg
Skinfolds 12.5 thigh, 26belly, 10 chest which has me at just under 16%by

Observstions during Iconogenin lo
pg:
Dieting is much harder. Also I basically added 2kg instantly after starting.
Massive pumps were noticeable from the start, even when carbs were low, and pumps lasted much longer after higher carb days.
Enhanced sense of wellbeing, and increased desire to workout - impossible to determine if this is a legitimate effect from laxo or psychological.
Increased rate of pooing.
Fluid retention: often felt puffy and seemed to react more to salty food. But this could also be due to pain meds, unsure.

Recommendations:
In my opinion this is generally a fantastic natty supplement, however I wouldn't use it again on a cut without appetite suppressants.

For my next bottle, I will be focusing on following a healthy maintenance diet. I'm just going to enjoy feeling normal for a while and getting back into the swing of squatting and pulling again.

Thank you very much to Iconic Formulations for this opportunity.

Looking swole! I see progress!
I don't know if you followed my fasting log. I looked pretty much the same as you, for a long time and no matter what I tried, I could not get rid of that belly. Even when sucking it in, it would stick out. Spurfy said that it was water (not fat), he called it "bad water", because its very difficult to shed. It seems the metabolism changes after fasting. I now get hot after eating and most importantly: The belly is gone. I believe a short fast, maybe 2-3 days (longer = better), followed by a week of keto is the fix to that. Don't ask me about the mechanism involved, all I did was following spurfy's instructions.

Ok guys, I am going to keep this log open until I finish the second bottle. This wasnt my original plan - which was to log it during a cut - but I just cant restrict my food intake anymore so I have been eating instinctively for the last 2 weeks.

So, this week here is where I am at bodyfat wise:

bodyweight: 106kg
Thigh average: 12mm
Chest average: 12mm
Belly average: 28mm
16.7% body fat

I have been eating around 3500cal/day, keeping over 200g protein, and also controlling for fibre intake by making sure I eat 5 serves of vegies. I feel like fibre becomes quite important when I am eating this much food.
I have been squatting and deadlifting cautiously, and this week I worked up to: 170kg x3 paused, tempo squat and 140kgx3 slow eccentric deadlift. I am feeling great, but definitely experiencing core fatigue from doing this tempo work. My legs have filled out again, such that skinfolding is more difficult today, and my wife even made a comment about my butt and hammies last night.
Today I completed a heavy bench session, and hit a lifetime PR by pressing 150kg (330Ib) for 3 (super stoked with this). This is really significant as I never progress like this without PEDs, although I guess it's also relevant that I am not hitting much volume with saquats and pulls. Nevertheless, I really doubt I could have done this without the laxo. After my first trest run I started iconogenin about 2 weeks into PCT and a similar thing happened, whereby my bench came back up and I actually put on mass.

Will check in again next week.
