Anyone make a strong sleep formula?

I've tried just about everything.
The best thing to do is no stimulants. Vitamin D foods and supplementation only in the morning. 500mg magnesium before bed. Adequate protein throughout the day. Begin sleep schedule around 9pm. After doing that a little while you will you will adjust. Fixing bad sleep patterns is very difficult and painful to experience if you are starting from a place of bad sleep. I know. Also, reducing cortisol if your stress levels are high will help too. KSM66 or Sensoril is a natural route for stress, Invictus is a hormonal route to lower cortisol. If you look up "steel dreams" that is supposed to be the latest best sleep formula.

Best I ever tried - I sleep with a sleep apnea machine and still had just ok sleeps till I added Hypnos. Puts me out and keeps me out the whole night. Plus the vivid dreams is just a bonus

magnesium glycinate works great with a little melotonin for me. Sensoril is also something im trying next. As someone else mentioned getting in the groove of sleep patterns is the best approach. You just have to make a routine of it and stick with it.

I take 500mg sensoril when I wake, and 500 in the evening. It is a nice adaptagan.

Liftmode Sleep Caps are really good if you can tolerate melatonin. The l-thp and oleamide in it are great for knocking you out. It's also really cheap.

edit: I've also really liked Legion Lunar and Genius Brand Sleep Aid but both are more expensive than the Sleep Caps.

I am a fan of C@P but haven't had a lot of success with sleep aids...any chance of getting a sample to try before buying?

btw-I also use sleep machine.

I was actually going to tag you when I just saw this thread but you beat me to it! Sleep apnea is rough, a few guys I know have it and it can really wear you down. My roommate used to sleep sitting up with the tv on. He would sit down at parties and just knock out randomly, people would just hear him heavily snoring. I felt bad for him

Looking at Hypnos. You wouldn't want to take more than 2 or 3 times a week. Phenibut taken every night will give you a tolerance, and then bad withdrawals when halting.

does look like a potent formula!!!

Vigorous exercise helps sleep a lot. Whether intense training or cardio.

A high quality zinc, magnesium complex helps.

Gaba works for me pretty well. Its very possible if I take it every night for a few nights it stops working, at least it seemed that way. Ive been using gaba since 2003 on and off. Its good stuff. L-theanine can help you relax.

Millennium Sports has a sleep product SOMNIDREN-GH ULTRA™ .

Phenibut used to be in Somnidren-Gh and it was taken out. Im glad it was. The dose was low like 250 mgs, I must admit I did take a few times a week and would wake up groggy, but I didnt feel tolerance really.

As everyone mentioned phenibut, most Ive taken it was 1-2 times a week, usually 500 to 100 mgs, usually 1,000, except for that somnidren-gh run for a month and I first used phenibut in 2005. Ive also taken 6 plus months between uses. one to two times a week max. I rarely use it . If you haven't tried it I would recommend getting some. Just be intelligent and use it sparingly.

Damn. I don't do 10h all the time. But when I get less than 9 hours I feel it, 9h+ is perfect.

Why do you only sleep 6? Because of life? Or because you have trouble sleeping?

Just busy schedule and i'm an early riser so some nights I will stay up later and still get up at the same time in the morning.. 6-8 hours is fine for me. If i dip down under 6 then I start to feel it.

Amnes1a is still number one for me, though I have found now that it’s helped me get into a nice sleep pattern* without having to take it.

(*my 18-month old daughter is teething so whilst she normally sleeps for 12 hours a night, she’s been waking up every couple of hours in pain, so that’s out the window the last few nights)

Another vote for Amnes1a, the more I use this the more I really enjoy it.

A few nights a week I will also use a sleep aid with Phenibut in place of Amnes1a, Fade Out is a pretty good one. CT fletchers old company had a good sleep aid too if you can still find it

I get 6 hours a night also and it’s fine for me. If I get any less then I am a wreck the next day though. If I get by chance I get anymore then 8 hours of sleep I feel more tired then usual the next day. I guess 6-7 hours of sleep is my sweet spot.

I sleep 5-6 during the week, and 9-10 on weekends. It sucks, I hate it, but I work 12hr shifts, have a coffee business on the side, have 2 kids, and workout/do judo. Sleep is what gives. Anyone got a winning lottery ticket?

Somnidren is the only sleep supp to actually make me sleepy before going to bed. It's fantastic. Other sleep supps improve sleep but never made me sleepy.

Try 750mg phenibut on empty stomach 2 hours before bed. Really gets me tired.

I'm working to upgrade the Sleephoria formula, looking at so called "Clock Gene" expression (PER1 and 2, etc), ERK phosphorylation, and circadian manipulation (several factors influencing period, amplitude, frequency of brain activity).

It's taking a while, but I've already started experimenting with some success.

This is interesting to hear. Kind of reminds me of some of the people who claim they can sleep just 4 hours a night because they hit REM and deep sleep extremely fast and know exactly somehow how to time their sleep to get there. Does seem like if you can hit all those physiological factors on point less sleep would be needed and you'd hit the same amount of rest and recovery or possibly better.

I'm the same way.. I feel if I sleep too long (+8 hours) then i'm dragging all day long. ha. Plus my mind is always thinking so I like just getting around 6 hours of sleep and extra time to do stuff:)

Pretty sure I'm immune to it.
When I take for sleep, I have to make sure havent eaten in like 4 to 5 hours, and take it an hour before eating. Then a couple hours later I begin to feel it. Helps me stay alspee. Just can't take it every day.

Any idea for launch?
