PCT without cycle to boost test?

Good evening,

All natural right now as you'd imagine from the results, but edited just to clarify. Haven't cycled in 6 years.

Age 32
Weight 240
Height 6 foot 1

Ok,

Free test range was quoted as (50 to 250), I don't know the unit, I think it's NL. My result was 111.

Total T range was (175 to 800). My result was 509.

Though the option for TrT is on the table, I feel it's not low enough to need it.

Could I run a serm PCT with clomid for 4 weeks and produce any long standing benefit?

Trying to manipulate physiological levels of Testosterone, when in range is largely pointless en-devour FYI.

So a 4 week serm pct would be wasting money it seems.

To enhance natural levels, would it be smartest to cut weight and run an AI?

With your level of T and freeT you don't need TRT (in response to your other thread) neither any PCT like protocol in place of TRT.

Thanks, the feedback is valued because the everyday person isn’t like a member of this forum. I wanted to make sure my levels were decent. Because the docs give u a range of like: Alive to Dead. “Well you’re alive so your levels are good.”

I did a short 11-ketotestosterone last year and did clomid 25mg/day with 100mg 6-bromo afterwards, just for the sake of it.
I actually felt better on the clomid and 6 bromo than i did on 11-kt.
However, I will not do that again as I dont think serms are good for our bodies, also it is pointless as other members pointed ouy, those increases in testosterone, while useful if you want to feel better and have higher libido, are way to small to have any noticeable impact on mass and strength.

The above is getting into some philosophical stuff. I started a thread recently to discuss the use of sarms while on TRT, asking if there was a need to cycle sarms since i didn't have to worry about shut down. The thread kinda derailed as some thought i wasn't deserving of TRT. Nevermind my total T was 34 (no typo, 34), free T was 9, but my blood work was after a couple sarms cycles, separated by a month or two, neither followed by a PCT. Estradiol was low, HGH was low, DHT was low.

Now i can tell you i felt pretty crappy long before the sarms (just turned 41) which is the whole reason i was looking for a boost from sarms, and didn't really feel worse after the sarms which suggests to me my levels didn't change much from sarms suppression. But lets say i wasn't low before, lets say i was at 500 before and only the sarms shut me down. My doc put me on a very high dose, 300mg of T cyp per week, and im less than a week in and feel way better already.

If my bloods show im healthy on that dose and im ok with it, why should anybody else object? Even though i didn't get bloods done ever in my life till after the sarms, some people here assumed i didn't "need" TRT, that i should have done a pct after sarms and then continue on feeling like poo.

Point is, it's as much about how you feel as it what the numbers say because not everybody reacts the same to hormones. And most importantly, it's your choice. I get it if you are in sports or something and it would be cheating to manipulate your hormones and you want to stay ethical, but if it's just you living life and doing it for you, who can judge you?

Even if you feel ok, what's wrong with enhancing yourself? So your levels are 509, if you want it to be 1200 and you can legally do it, so be it. I was experimenting with sarms, which is the legal way to use them (research purposes). I then went to a doc for TRT, legally. If a doctor thinks you are too high at 509 and samrs shut you down and then you got a TRT deal, so be it.

Nobody should be judging you. As long as you are ok with your health and feel like you want, you are good to go.
