I did 10mg on my first day and then I've been doing 20mg/ED ever since. As of now I'm on day 12 and so far 20mg/ED has worked pretty well. My diet and workout routine has been in check and I've been taking my support supplements, and I've had some strength and weight gain. Beginning on day 15, or the start of week 3, I might bump my dose up to 30mg/ED as long as the sides don't become too big of a problem. As far as noticeable physical sides I've experienced: I've had a few lower back pumps, usually after doing deadlifts and squats, and occasionally other times. I've gotten a few pimples since I've been on Superdrol, but I still get a few pimples from time to time anyway, so it might just be a coincidence. I've had some cases of lethargy, usually shortly after my first dose in the morning. Nothing too serious; every once in a while I've taken a short nap but it's not happening every day. Like I said before, I've still got no noticeable testicular atrophy, as well as no lower leg pumps, shin splints, no signs of gyno, or anything else I can think of. I'm not saying my lipid profile isn't completely jacked, or that my cholesterol isn't whacked, but the physical sides have been kept to a manageable minimum. My blood pressure is a little higher than normal. Usually it runs around 120-125/67-70, or somewhere within that range. After my first week it went to 130/67, and I'll be taking it today or tomorrow, and more than likely it'll be even higher. I've been taking hawthorn berries to aid in lowering my BP, and will continue to do so until my BP is back to my normal levels.
