Fiber and a good amount keeps me satiated

Caffeine on non weight training days

Of course beta alanine, creatine, agmatine.

On weight training days, a pre-workout like ragnorok-elite.

L theanine at the end of the day to relax a bit.

Using a natural test booster would likely help. Something like M-Test or Alphamax would be good to add to a cutting stack to help with strength, recovery, and vascularity

Agreed with this. A good natty t booster like alphamax xt would be a great addition. Other natty supplements like Follidrone 2.0 would be another good one to take while cutting to help maintain strength and increase recovery.

Agree. I would also find a weightlifting program and stick to it for the duration (probably a powerlifting template since they’re more geared towards strength) and have your sleep optimized (6-8hr). Try and control what external factors you can.

Alphamax on cutting guys? Usually it's not used on mass?

Creatine. Adequate protein. Change carb macros to fat macros, that way you will be in ketosis, and better utilize ketones for fuel over the minimal glycogen you will have in muscles during a cut. Also, ketosis is muscle sparing when you drop calories.

I actually just finished a bottle of alphamax I had originally quit out on. The forskolin was a bit too strong along with the ashwagandha so it made me feel like garbage if I took it without at least a 100g carb meal.

M-Test and alphamax can be used either way. Optimizing hormone function in a deficit or surplus is only s good thing.

Always solid advice.

Creatine, Betaine, EAAs (+carbs if that’s your thing) during training, and adequate nutrition on top of these always serve me well and the base of my cutting attack.

People love forskolin on a cut. It also has things that should put you in a better hormonal environment theoretically.

While everyone likes different things and I’m not saying this is entirely wrong, id say that you’d be better off keeping carbs as high as possible (with minimum protein requirements met) especially around training to fuel performance. FWIW carbs are going to help spare muscle and fuel performance...

I keep my staple supps like creatine and protein...but I enjoy some natty anabolics...iconogenin would get my vote, it naturally leans me out anyway but my weight training sessions improve too...that's what i'm personally looking for on a cut

Interesting the mention of creatine on a cut. Definitely works differently with each individual but it might be hard to tell how much you are actually cutting aesthetically and getting the physique you want with the water it potentially holds depending on how you handle it. Just my .02.

Creatine bloat is overblown imo. It draws water intracellularly to work which should make muscles look fuller. I’m not saying no one suffers from issues of bloat just that it’s not making people not look defined (the bloat is usually more associated with a lack of absorption and stomach discomfort).

Considering it’s plethora of benefits and especially considering OP wants strength benefits it’s pretty much the first place to go and should be a no brainer in most peoples endeavors.

Yeah, Forskolin is great stuff but my stomach hates it.
What percentage extract have you used? I bet it was a 95% extract, correct?

Supposedly the 95 percent forskolin is easier on the stomach.
This is the marketing dogma that was created a few years back. The reason, generally, forskolin causes GI distress is because it increases cAMP and the presence of cAMP pulls water into your lumen.

Here is a good summary: http://www.vivo.colostate.edu/hbooks/pathphys/digestion/smallgut/secretion.html

So, the more amp, the more water, the more diarrhea. The more concentrated the forskolin, the more cAMP you should get released.

I was unaware of all this and believed the marketing for a long time until one day I realized that in the early 2000's when I first used forskolin I never had any issues and no one talked about it. Then a decade later it was this big thing and the only time I had any issues was with these higher extracts. Even after realizing this, I assumed my memory just wasn't accurate or I didn't pay attention, or I was younger, etc. Then one day I realized that it makes no sense that a higher extract would cause less GI distress.

sns yohimbine 2.5 (stellar for stubborn bf), caffiene, glycophase (GDA)

some non-stim options would include Lean Edge, alpha yohimbine, or even something like SNS reduce xt to help with cortisol and its negative impact on fat loss

yohimbine needs to be on an empty stomach to work effectively. No bcaas or anything else that spikes insulin. Does it still work when insulin is spiked? I dont know...I might give it a shot. Im onto a cut right now and may add it in. Ive got alpha yohimbine too. Used both of these many times for contest prep...

someone mentioned creatine and beta alanine, yes if yours not using these...

SNS X gels and SNS creatine HCL. Nothing better for maintaining strength while cutting. If you want to stay natty that is. If not go for an epiandro and epistane combo
