•5α-Hydroxy laxogenin is a synthetic derivative of a naturally occurring spirostane-type steroid, laxogenin.

They didn’t post names that I saw but would be interesting to know.

Unfortunately this is the current state of much of the supplement industry. Very few companies to trust and even then it’s a crap shoot .

I know OL used to post labs back in the day with the ph and early products but not sure if they still do. For what it’s worth massacre “feels” like a well dosed laxo product and not a hidden steroid in there. Never had an issue with OL and use them for almost everything (pre, cycle support, old and new ph,etc).

I would put money on that Massacare isn’t a solo laxogenin supplement

the problem is likely at the bulk level- **** purchased from alibaba- repackaged, sold with BS CoAs- the packager may likely never know what is exactly in the end product-nor will the consumer

Yeah, but the companies selling it in a formula/standalone should be running their own quality control checks

WTF, kind of scared now regarding Wada Dopingtests. The stories with the tainted supplements might be true after all.

“Should” being the key word....which is unfortunately a limited practice

Looks like the same issue as ecdy/turk. Maybe it's an effective compound but most people may never get results from it because they have never actually taken an authentic product.

Kinda similar, but 5a Hydroxy Lax doesn’t appear to occur in nature therefore making it DSHEA non-compliant. Just pointing this out for the future legal implications it could have

Yes, or if it’s a contract manufacturer, they could provide the proof to the supplement company, then the supplement company could provide finished product proof

There in relies the problem sorta. Never trust the raw supplier and always get it tested. I know a company who had to reject some ginsing because event though the raw supplier had a coa it came out incorrect .

How does an every day user of supplements go about actually getting something tested if they were interested in doing so?

Anyone actually have experience?

So messed up that this is happening. Laxo products are also labeled “safe for females” or “no pct necessary”. I’m sure the same thing is happening with Epicatechin.

Is there a way to send in your own purchased supplements to get tested? So sketchy that we may have to do this with dietary OTC products
