Hasn't happened to me, not with an oral but what I would do would depend on the compound and the severeness of the illness. Like if the cold is light and I could still train, or know I'm going to be able to train in a day or two, I wouldn't change anything. But for a more serious cold or maybe flue, I would probably discontinue the oral and lower other injectables to a maintenance level. Especially if I was taking something like SD or Tren... Both of which can and do raise metabolic rate, heart rate, might raise body temperature. Imagine having the flue and having extra night sweats from tren lol No thank you... So it all depends on the compounds, dosages and the seriousness of your condition/how bad you feel.
As far as I know, androgens also lower the bodies immune response, so less androgens would probably mean a quicker recovery. But on the other hand, fluctuations in hormone levels can bring unnecessary stress to the body. So again, it depends imo. For a low level cold, it's probably better not to change much if anything.
