This was my breakfast this morning, again at the local Italian joint. I had a meatlovers omelet with cheese, home fries and shared the Belgium waffle with my wife.
Feel really good today, after my workout yesterday I literally did nothing for a change. Straight up took a shower and got in the bed and watched tv until around 930.
Today.is a non training day, I'm preparing my food prep now. When this is done, I plan on doing the same for the rest of the day. Maybe play a lil softball with baby girl and then I was thinking about watching SONS of ANARCHY for the rest of the day......

That omelet looks awesome!!

This is the equipment I went to look at this weekend. Some really nice hammer strength machines. I didn't really know what I was gonna walk into. This was at one of my clients basement. I'm more interested in a squat/bench rack with free weights. I made him offers, but he didn't bite. He might call me back. I only offered 200$ a machine (haha). He does have a ton of nice plates. I was able to get him down to 40 cent a lb. Thats 18$ for a 45lb plate etc etc...
I'm gonna get 4 45s, 2 35s, 2 25s, and a few 10 and 5s.

I actually liked the the sour gummy flavor more but they were both good!

New version still being made in 30 servings at $40, but it’s been buy one get one 50% since it debuted the new formula.

I should have stocked up though didn’t realize when it was switching, at one point I was getting it for like $25 a tub.

How about $21.50 a tub for xtend elite :)?
Boom

Stayed tuned fellas, some really really big sales next week. Bogos, free items, 50% off...
I already got the list....it's impressive. ...look above, The Solution just leaked one lil tidbit

Felt good this morning after a 36 hour break from training and heavy heavy resting and relaxation. From time to time my leg workouts aren't as strong as I would like. I don't know if I've ever shared this before but I was in a dam near fatal car accident back in 2001. Easy to remember 8/11, 30 days before 9/11. Besides the head trauma, coma, getting my ears sewn back own, and a dozen fake teeth put in I shattered both tibia and patella. Nothing a few screws and plates couldn't put me back together. Anyways not to dwell on that over and over, maybe 1 out of every 5 leg workouts I'm definitely reminded about the issues. Man I will have some burning, some popping, clicking, and sometimes just flat out weak. It's just from them knee caps down to the ankle. Above that is fine. I've just learned to work around it.

Heads up fellas who take their multi v daily, good sale coming for PES TRU MULTI
buy 1 get 1 50% off. Solid label, Stock up. The Solution should have more details and sales flying this week for spring break

Yes sir, I have contracts. Parking lots and sidewalks. I sub contract it out. I really don't like snow removal. During the day not so bad, but who you gonna call at 1am when things go bad??

You should of came and got rid of the 7 feet of snow we got last year in 48 hours.
It shut down our city of Erie for 3 days

I figured so, most lawn care companies do snow removal also.

Dang that sounds bad! Glad you’re still putting in work even after a crazy accident like that. And I thought I had it bad with a few screws in my ankle and it aches every once in awhile especially in the winter. Ha

Hell of a description!

Here what I had, embellished:

Two king sized slices of meat from a sunbathed, free roaming, happy cow, grilled over charcoal, made from a old tree, who had its roots in rich, fertile nature blessed soil for over 70 years. The juicy meat were sprinkled with exotic condiments, harvested by small children from foreign villages.
Lovely techno tunes from a boombox filled the air, while reddish flames caressed the meat until its perfect finish.
One lonely salad leaf waited patiently to garnish a plate of pure ceramic, made with love by sweaty workers in china.

This 100x’s over! I’ve watched how bad an injury really set my husband back and how hard he has to work to even function! It’s amazing to see/hear stories like yours BOSSMAN where you overcome and push through!

We will call this the "Tiny Linguine"
What we have here is fresh ground turkey burger mixed with a homemade red sauce that has been on low in a crockpot since 630am. Along with some succulent Barilla Linguine noodles. Topps with black pepper. Not a very big serving, got room for dessert! !

That last meal is the devil for me, LOL! Now fighting the urge for pasta, thank you. ;)

Man I try to stay away from it, maybe once a month as I am a slave to Italian food. Hard for me to walk away from the table. So I just make my lil bowl, eat it and go find something else to do. I will eat the whole crock pot if I stay in the kitchen.
Man Im hoping for the best here, last night and tonight I have been moving furniture around for family. I'm the only one with pickups and trailers. I have totally lost range of motion in my left shoulder. Very weird, yes it hurts when I raise it half way then it just goes numb and hollow. Wtf??
Got heat on it right now

Sounds like a pinched nerve to me. Give it some rest, maybe light movements in all directions to loosen it up a little.
Crossing fingers its gone by tomorrow.

See a doctor ASAP
Sometimes when you lift things you do it overtime incorrectly, just like how people lift with bad form over the years, and it catches up to them.
Get it taken care of now before it gets any worse.

My 2 cents.

Keep Us Posted !!!

Hope it goes away soon! If not like the solution said I’d go see a doc.

That stinks!! I agree with getting it checked out! Maybe some ice to help with inflammation! Hope you feel better soon!

I though I had the super deal last week when I got the 2 eaa/bcaa for 9.99$ with free shipping. NOPE!! The Solution beat it last night. FREE!!!!!! Thank you sir

So update today on shoulder issue, yesterday was absolutely horrible. I woke up yesterday and had some struggles. I could only lift my left arm maybe 4 inches away from my side. Some of the day to day things I couldn't accomplish were, I couldn't close the shower curtain (with that arm) had to use my good arm to raise my left arm just to wash and apply deodorant . Hell trying to put on a shirt. Couldn't lift a coffee, catch my drift?
Weird as hell, I could raise my arm about 4 inches away from my body, then I would have to assist it up with other hand. Once I got around the 90 degree area is when the pain started, the hollow and numbness also. Once you got through that and got the arm straight up and down, no pain. Used ibuprofen every 7 hours with ice and heat when I got home. Primary says inflamed bursa /bursitis.
This morning I have 75-85 % range of motion, no pain just stiffness. Obviously no training. Trying to get into orthopedic this evening for mri. Staying positive, probably could have gotten away with legs, core, and light cardio this morning so I'm not dying here.
