Going all in for my second cycle and wanted to throw up a log to kick this off.

Here's some info on me:

26 y/o male
6'0, 195lbs

Cycle plan:
DMZ - 45/45/45/45/45/45
Olympus Labs Dermatrest - 50/100/100/100/100/100 (50mg the first week to gauge sides)
**Trest dose will be split 50/50, both applied post shower traps/shoulders.

On Cycle:
CEL Cycle Assist - 4 caps/2x a day every day
CEL Tudca - 500mg every day
SNS Inhibit-P - 2 caps every day
Prami - on hand if needed
Exem - on hand if needed

PCT:
Nolva - 20/20/10/10
M-Test - 3 caps 2x/day for a month (maybe more)
Sustain Alpha - 4-5 pumps a day for a month

Goal(s): Main goal is to gain size and strength. Running DMZ solo in my log above blew my strength up and I kept most of it. I also gained a good bit of size on DMZ but lost some of it likely because it was just glycogen/water. My side goal/hope is that some fat falls off too - who doesn't want that?!

Training will be 2 compound lifts per session + isolation movements, 4-5 times a week. Most likely no cardio lol. Shin pumps on DMZ are straight deadly.

Diet will likely change a bit throughout in regards to carbs, but I'm planning to start with 1.25g protein/lb, 1.25g carbs/lb, .5g fat/lb, so about 250g protein, 244g carbs, 100g fat (~2900 calories).

Hoping to have some fun with this one. The plan is to start the cycle 1/12/19! As always, I'm open to any critiques/ideas/etc. :)

Bloods scheduled for Wednesday, 1/9. I'll post results when I receive them, likely on 1/10.

I started Cycle Assist on 1/5 to start preloading hawthorne berry. It seems some people prefer this, some don't care, but I did this last cycle and just continuing the trend. Since the cycle will be 6-7 weeks max, this will still leave me with the perfect amount of Cycle Assist for the actual cycle.

Really interested in seeing my panel. Hoping PCT went well a few months ago. I feel 100% compared to when I first started PCT, but we'll see what the results say.

This is my first panel taken since post-PCT of my previous cycle.

Below is my pre-cycle bloods from July '18.

I'm no pro at this, but comparatively, my current bloods, to me, look pretty good. PCT ended at the beginning of October '18. All I really see is that test is down a bit and E is up a bit, RBC is up a smidge. I don't think that's too much cause for concern, but I do find it interesting.

Glad to have you along for the ride!

Updated my original post with some info:

- Added link to my blood work post to make it easier to find.
- Changed starting macros. Took out some carbs from my initial diet plan, going from 1.5g/lb to 1.25g/lb to start. This will be a slower start so I don't blow up full of water off the bat. Let's take it slow and do small weekly increments.
- Updated my weight. Weighed in at 195lbs today. I'll weigh in Saturday morning prior to first DMZ/trest dose for 100% accuracy.
- Noted that Prami is on hand "just in case".

Just hope the lethargy doesn’t hit you too hard. I had to pound carbs on DMZ just to function, and it was still rough.

Oh trust me.. I'm expecting it unfortunately. Man the DMZ lethargy is tough. I'd sit at work yawn after yawn during my last DMZ cycle around maybe the 4th-5th week. Rough stuff, but fortunately caffeine just lets me squeak by lol.

Oh trust me.. I'm expecting it unfortunately. Man the DMZ lethargy is tough. I'd sit at work yawn after yawn during my last DMZ cycle around maybe the 4th-5th week. Rough stuff, but fortunately caffeine just lets me squeak by lol.
This time, you may feel good on cycle, just you wait. Trest is awesome! Drink a lot of water, it flashes toxins out, helps the liver with the DMZ -curbs the "ill feeling".

Well the cycle officially kicked off on 1/12 as planned! All goodies are on hand, so I gave it a go.

Just like my last cycle, I started on a Saturday to get the stuff in my system for training on Monday. I've learned my body is most happy with a 4-day split, so weekends are off for me unless I have a bad day during the week.

Unfortunately I came to find out my bottle of DermaTrest was quite lower than it was supposed to be, see below:

50ml out of 60ml as advertised. Oh well. I'm trying to source more right now so the trest part of this cycle isn't ruined. I think I'll find some!

As stated, I wanted to start off trest lightly at 50mg ed for a week to gauge effects - none noted after two days in. Did my first dose, post-shower, on my forearms and found it really easy to use with a not so terrible smell - just a bit chemically. It rubbed into my forearms, got tacky, and dried all within maybe 5 minutes if I had to guess. Interestingly, a new pimple formed on my forearm the next day lol. I never get them there, so coincidence? Maybe.

First training was this morning and went fantastic. I don't want to blame the gear yet, but the pump was insane and strength was top notch. It may have simply been the extra food intake from the weekend since I also bumped my calories to where I planned.

All in all, the excitement is real. I'm already reminiscing from the last time I ran DMZ and felt unstoppable in the gym. Can't wait for more!!

I would apply on traps and shoulders first, then chest. More receptors as in forearms.
And yes. Trest has an immediate effect on training, like aggression and confidence. That's why the oral trest is used right before workout.

Will do that with today's dose then. I like that plan. I mostly did forearms for the ease, but if I can get any tiny advantage, being more receptors, with another application spot, I'm down!

Another workout in and I felt fantastic again. The gym aggression is already coming in, and I'm also feeling nearly fatigue-less. Sooo good so far. :D

Also, two trest notes:
- Ez pz to apply to chest/shoulders with rubber gloves. Thanks for the suggestion, hairygrandpa!
- JUST realized the person I bought it from advertised it as a 120ml bottle with 50mg/ml. This is only a 60ml bottle that I got 50ml out of. Le sigh. Oh well.

Can't wait to up the trest dose! That's when I'll start taking inhibit-p daily and maybe start exem e3d.

The hunger is REAL today. Dang.. Literally nothing is fulfilling me today while staying within my current diet plan. My stomach literally has had that empty pit feeling almost all day since post workout.

Very likely upping intake next week, maybe sooner lol.

Small update:

Was going to weigh in tomorrow, but will weigh in Saturday or Sunday morning while empty instead. I have people left and right taking me out to eat for dinner the next two days lol. Sister is graduating tonight, fiance's mom wants to take us out tomorrow. Time for gains I guess!!

Anyway, feeling decent today for leg day. These days are a little hit or miss for me. I typically start with front squats and they burn me out pretty good. I'm going to try for a ghetto safety squat bar squat session next week using wrist straps - maybe then my lungs can keep up without me choking myself out!

Otherwise, feeling good and can't wait to up the trest dose to 100mg ed. I may or may not be seeing body comp changes already.. We'll see. I'll take a good look over the weekend. Post shower look in the mirror shows some nice fullness coming in up top though. :D

Update:

Good amount of stuff to post here for you guys. :D

1/19 officially marked 1 week on cycle. On this day, I also started dosing trest at 100mg ed. I have also began eating 1.5g carbs vs the 1.25g I was eating last week.

Weigh in this morning on an empty stomach:

As you can see, I managed to blow up. I have a feeling this number is slightly inflated as my waist is also inflated at the moment (34 3/4" compared to the usual 33 3/4"), but man that's a huge gain in a week lol. I was also hungry ALL week and still gained almost 9lbs. Remember this was also only a small bump in calories compared to what I was eating pre-cycle. I'm shocked to say the least. I'll weigh in again tomorrow and Wednesday to see if the weight levels out at all.

Anyway, I've also begun using Inhibit-P to try and keep prolactin under control with the bump in trest dosage. Taking one cap twice a day with meals as instructed. Speaking of SNS, I'm also using their GlycoPhase at 2 caps twice a day with my higher carb meals. Between GlycoPhase and DMZ's carb shuttling abilities, my hunger has been insane. Like literally I feel like death when these two work in tandem and have to eat immediately. I dose GP and DMZ about an hour before training, with my pre-workout meal, and by the time I'm done training, I'm running for food. I wish I was exaggerating.

In terms of strength, not a huge load to report yet. I'm feeling stronger and gym aggression is great, just no astronomical gains yet, which is to be expected after only a week. I think my last DMZ cycle I had noticeable strength gains around week 3-4. The pump is amazing, I do know that much. The weights are feeling lighter, so we'll see if that continues.

In terms of aesthetics - I do feel like I'm starting to see some changes already. I'm looking fuller without looking fluffier yet. Traps are nice, side delts are a touch rounder, upper body is a bit wider, and arms are maybe a touch more vascular.

Overall things are going great. At times I'm feeling a little lethargic, but who knows what exactly is causing that at the moment. Could be androgenic lethargy, could not be. I'm tired often whether on or off cycle lol.

Feel free to ask any questions! I'm sure I'm missing some details that people might want to know.

Small Update:

Weighed in at 201.2 this morning, forgot to measure waist.

Not trying to obsess over weight because I'm just not, but I am trying to ensure I keep this as honest as possible. I'm shocked that I was up 8.4lbs yesterday after about a week of DMZ+Trest, but, as I mentioned, I had a feeling I was a little inflated yesterday. Judging by my bathroom breaks yesterday and my weight this morning, I'd say that was pretty true lol.

I'm assuming 200-201 is pretty accurate, so about 7-7.5lbs up in 11 days, which is pretty significant. I really wasn't expecting that with how conservative I set my initial macros.

Today is a rest day before legs tomorrow.

Something to note - I do have a blood pressure monitor cuff coming tomorrow. I have a little tightness in my upper left pec as well as a little pulsing in that area so I'd like to check and monitor BP. My chest was literally visibly twitching every so often on Sunday, but that was also after a heavy-ish chest session on Saturday. I'm not sure if it's just a little pec strain or BP issues. Will keep everyone updated there. I have no pain in my chest, no obvious shortness of breath, etc. It's just a little twitch in my pec right now that's still occurring after a few days.

BP goes up a notch.I only take aspirin and maybe cialis to combat it. Cialis, besides regulating BP, it gives you a hell of a pump in the gym, try it.
The weight gain is either: enhanced glycogen retention -or bloat from estrogen -or both. Curb the enthusiasm, no new sudden muscle growth. :) A conservative dose of AI is recommended.

Yeah I will try some aspirin if I see a bad reading tomorrow when I try the monitor. I don't have cialis on hand, but maybe not a bad idea to have some for BP regulation and..other lol.

But yeah, I'm assuming it's both glycogen and elevated estrogen. I'm just shocked because I've already gained nearly as much weight as I did after ~7 weeks on DMZ alone in a bigger surplus. The trest is surely doing something! I know it's not muscle yet, but the incoming strength gains are what I'm excited for. :)

Small Update:

Not quite cycle related, but today was a small accomplishment for me.

I tried my ghetto "safety squat bar" squats today using wrist straps. For the first time since around June 2018, I was able to squat with the bar on my back!! This felt reaaaaally good - actually possibly even more feeling in my quads than what I remember from back squats of the past. I worked up to 245 for a single. Bear in mind, my 1RM was around 305 back in June with sleeves and belt, so I was really happy with this. This 245 single was no belt, no sleeves, and I had done a good amount before this + felt like I had more in the tank.

Can't wait to do these more! Wish my gym had a real SSB, but my straps will do.

Slightly cycle related - hunger is getting insane but I'm hanging in there trying to keep macros consistent. Vascularity also seems to be a little more prominent without a pump.

Update:

So I have an interesting update for everyone..

Warning, may be some "too much information" for some, but I imagine most here don't care lol.

Last Friday, 1/25, I woke up around 3:30am with severe stomach cramping. My stomach felt like it was twisting, I was slightly clammy feeling, heart was racing, but no vomit. Some diarrhea yet I've had worse. I was assuming this was the "stomach bug" as my fiance had it just a week prior (vomit + diarrhea), but nothing was really coming out. In fact, it was the opposite. I felt "clogged" with a twisting feeling stomach, no energy, no appetite, just crap feeling. Anything I was eating or drinking was immediately stuffing me. Couldn't even finish a small can of soup. Laid off all Trest/DMZ doses, just took support stuff.

The next day, 1/26, I'm feeling a good bit better - good enough to get back to the gym at least. Appetite is still very suppressed, but the gym session was somehow still good even though I had MAYBE 600 calories the day before and 300 before the gym. Stomach is feeling a little twisty still, heart is still having random fast beating moments.

Yesterday, 1/27, I'm feeling mostly better. Much more energy, a little more appetite, but what I eat is still immediately stuffing me for hours, no matter how much I eat. I felt little to no stomach issues, little to no fast beating heart. Reading my blood pressure in the morning, no breakfast (or maybe it was just after breakfast?), I was around 12x/8x, so "prehypertension" according to a quick Google.

This morning, 1/28, I wake up with more twisting stomach feeling and a pretty fast heart rate. What gives!! Gym session was great besides my stomach feeling queezy. Strength felt awesome on bench (much higher than it has been lately) for example. Post gym poop was the normal amount (a lot lol) + bad diarrhea. This was the biggest and really the only actual poop I've had since 1/25. VERY unlike me to not poop daily, but very like me to go after the gym. As of writing this post, I feel pretty much fine. Maybe a little faster heart rate than I'd expect, but stomach feels okay.

I'm pretty sure no doctors are in this thread, but I'm wondering what I'm feeling. Is it hormone related? Simply a "bug" I have going on? One thing to note: I haven't used any Exem yet. I've only been using Inhibit-P. Could I be full of estrogen? Maybe I'm turning into a girl on birth control lol? I'm thinking i'll start Exem today at 12.5 and another 12.5 dose in 3 days.

Will report back, peeps. I'm shocked by my strength and vascularity at the gym today though considering my nutrition has been junk. Good things are coming once I get over this..

This didn't happen on my first DMZ cycle (Vicious Labs DMZ), but I also wasn't stacking DMZ with trest of course.

With that said, I did bring the trest dose back down to 50mg ed while I get a handle on these symptoms because Friday sucked.

Try taking it with some milk or yogurt. From my experience, it curbs somewhat the stomach upset.

Quick Update:

I seem to be back to my normal self. That was a weird weekend of pain and inability to properly eat. I'll try ensuring I have a fuller stomach or at least some milk ready to go when I take the DMZ now. It may be related, may not be, but since knocking the DermaTrest dose back down to 50mg ed, the sides have slowly subsided as well. Either I got over whatever was getting me, or maybe..maybe 100mg of DermaTrest + 45mg DMZ ed was too much for me.

Strength at the gym today was huge. The weights are clear as day getting light for me like I remember from my last DMZ solo cycle. Bench strength felt almost infinite yesterday, and deadlift and overhead press strength felt fantastic today as well. Around a year ago, I was able to hit a 135lb overhead press for barely a single. Today I did two strict sets of 150lb doubles and a strict 165 single (not max, felt easier than anticipated lol). I'm gunning it for my small goal of a 185lb single at overhead press! I could've done more today but saved some in the tank for deadlifts.

I feel like I'm still seeing physical body changes too. I feel like I'm kind of starting to look massive (for me), especially in my entire upper body. My shoulder to shoulder width looks increased, chest is bigger, arms get a bigger pump in the gym, fl-abs are still in place, traps are prominent, side delts pop a bit more. Loving this cycle so far!!

Going up much slower now compared to week 1 thankfully.

I'm really feeling on top of my game at the gym. Weights are feeling lighter, the mind-muscle connection is better than usual, and compound lifts feel fantastic.

Yesterday I went back to my "ghetto" wrist strap safety squat bar method and put in some work. Working sets were 3x3 @ 225lbs. Since I'm still getting back into squatting with a bar on my back, I wanted to shoot for some singles to get a good feel as to where the weight is with this. I proceeded to hit 255lbs for a single, 275lbs for a single, and 295lbs for a single, all fairly easily too. The 295lb single is where the weight finally felt heavy, but this is only 10lbs off of my all time max which was done with sleeves and a belt. Yesterday I wore nothing besides my clothes lol. Very excited to see where my squats are headed. :D

Today is my isolation/accessory day + bench. I consider bench my weakest lift (245lbs 1RM at the end of last cycle), so I try to incorporate two bench days a week. One day with heavier weight, small rep ranges (2-3 reps) and one day of lighter, higher rep ranges (5-8 reps). Today my working sets were 3x5 (3 sets, 5 reps) at 185 but I also had my feet up to eliminate leg drive because I love the stabilization this forces and truly feel like it carries over nicely to real bench. After that, the preworkout took over and I went for heavier singles lol. I hit 205lbs and 220lbs for a single, both REALLY easy..oddly easy. Everything is moving great and I'm loving it!

Aesthetically, i'll sum this up.. I got out of the shower yesterday, and maybe the lighting was good but my fiance was like "why do you look so toned all the sudden?" hahahah I just told her it's magic. Simply magic.

I think things are shaping along nicely. I was super natty in 2017. Didn't use DMZ until July or so of 2018. I think me now vs 9/2018 is a bit leaner/fuller looking in the right places. I may be biased against myself, but trying to look at myself critically. I know i'm no aesthetic god, but I'm happy with my progress. :)

Actually no, but thanks for asking. That lasted a few days only, progressively getting better, so I'm guessing/assuming it was a muscle strain of sort after some chest movements the day prior.

The worst was the stomach pain I was in a week ago, which may or may not have been related to me bumping the trest dose to 100mg ed. Man that was painful. If you didn't see my post on that, basically I was left immobilized for a day, heart racing with obvious beating, couldn't eat, drink, poop, nothing. Got a little better over the next 2-3 days, and feel 100% now. Weird stuff. May be hormone related, may have been a stomach bug. Who knows lol.

Late to the party as usual, but your 2nd cycle looks good so far. I like how HGP was like "thank god someone who runs lab work" I think a lot of us do, but yeah there's still a lot of guys on here who run blood work too infrequently or think because they ran a compound and bloods were fine in the past... it will just stay that way and they "know their body" lol - which is important but blood work is more and will catch stuff long before you feel / notice an issue.

I knew there was someone I've been meaning to tag into here! Glad to have you for the party, PFlow.

I'm more than happy to spend the ~$50 or so on labs, especially after not seeing my "condition" after PCT from my first cycle. I *felt* completely back to normal, labs show that too, but I couldn't not spend the money. Trest alongside DMZ is definitely a whole new ballgame compared to DMZ alone.

With that said, i'll post an update below!

Small Update:

Not a ton to report here, but I do have a few thoughts. I'm assuming I'm still floating around 205lbs. I'll weigh in on Wednesday.

Bench is going up weekly. I haven't shot for a 1RM yet, but volume wise I'm going up 5-10lbs every week for sets 3 with 3-5 rep ranges. I've always considered bench the weakest of the big three lifts. My 1RM at the end of last cycle was 245. It was a clean 245, but I was also hovering around 210lbs at the time so it wasn't much over 1x body weight. Today I did 3x3 195lbs, all "competition style", not touch & go reps. Really easy, really clean, felt like I could've done sets of 3 all day if I wanted/had the time to.

Since I felt like coming close to a 1RM, I bumped it up to 220lbs, killed it for a single. For a finisher, I went up to 230lbs, and hit it really easy touch and go. If I had a spotter and or more confidence, I would've tried comp style, but i'll take this for now. Considering I did a ton of volume prior, I was really happy with how 230 moved. It's also the heaviest I've benched in about 6 months. :)

Appearance notes - I look almost unrecognizable at this point when I see myself in the mirror. The fullness in the gym is just INSANE. Today I looked like I was ready to explode! Everything is just shaping up nicely overall. I'm no behemoth, but me now vs typical me, I am my biggest right now.

A note on mentality - my fiance seems to think I'm angrier more often. I do notice I can flare up pretty easy nowadays and she told me she likes pointing it out lol. I'd say aggression is up a bit if I'm being honest with myself.

Not much else to say at the moment. I'm tempted to bump the trest dose up again, but we'll see..

Strength continuing to feel amazing.

Overhead press was flying today. 150 3x3 (145 3x3 last week) then worked up to 170 for a "test" single after already being taxed. Killed it with just a little extra effort. Hardly any extra but I don't want to talk it up like it was super easy. My 1RM is 175 from back in maybe September-ish(?).. Working my way up!!

I seriously get insanely pumped at the gym now. My arms feel like they're about to pop, veins are basically doubled in amount or at least in prominence. I think everything is really kicking in at this point. ;)

Oh yeah, and current macros as of this week after bumping them up:

235-240g protein
330-340g carb
100-105g fat

I feel sooo good at these macros now. A little bloated by the end of the day yesterday for my first day, but definitely more satisfied. I'm also starting to break away from my strict macros when i'm hungry and just eat a little as needed. I want to put on size, might as well fuel the fire when I feel the need!

Wow.. Okay..

+3lbs in 5 days. Sure it's likely a ton of water/glycogen, but wow. This marks an increase of about 14lbs in about 3 1/2 weeks and almost a weight PR haha. My heaviest during last cycle was 212lbs but that lasted all of a day or two. I really don't feel like I'm eating like a cow either. I definitely ate WAY more during my last cycle.

Got some great sleep recovery last night. I love being able to sleep in on Wednesdays.. Such solid recovery. I feel pretty good considering I felt obliterated after overhead press alone yesterday.

Good amount of stuff to post here for you guys. :D

1/19 officially marked 1 week on cycle. On this day, I also started dosing trest at 100mg ed. I have also began eating 1.5g carbs vs the 1.25g I was eating last week.

Weigh in this morning on an empty stomach:

As you can see, I managed to blow up. I have a feeling this number is slightly inflated as my waist is also inflated at the moment (34 3/4" compared to the usual 33 3/4"), but man that's a huge gain in a week lol. I was also hungry ALL week and still gained almost 9lbs. Remember this was also only a small bump in calories compared to what I was eating pre-cycle. I'm shocked to say the least. I'll weigh in again tomorrow and Wednesday to see if the weight levels out at all.

Anyway, I've also begun using Inhibit-P to try and keep prolactin under control with the bump in trest dosage. Taking one cap twice a day with meals as instructed. Speaking of SNS, I'm also using their GlycoPhase at 2 caps twice a day with my higher carb meals. Between GlycoPhase and DMZ's carb shuttling abilities, my hunger has been insane. Like literally I feel like death when these two work in tandem and have to eat immediately. I dose GP and DMZ about an hour before training, with my pre-workout meal, and by the time I'm done training, I'm running for food. I wish I was exaggerating.

In terms of strength, not a huge load to report yet. I'm feeling stronger and gym aggression is great, just no astronomical gains yet, which is to be expected after only a week. I think my last DMZ cycle I had noticeable strength gains around week 3-4. The pump is amazing, I do know that much. The weights are feeling lighter, so we'll see if that continues.

In terms of aesthetics - I do feel like I'm starting to see some changes already. I'm looking fuller without looking fluffier yet. Traps are nice, side delts are a touch rounder, upper body is a bit wider, and arms are maybe a touch more vascular.

Overall things are going great. At times I'm feeling a little lethargic, but who knows what exactly is causing that at the moment. Could be androgenic lethargy, could not be. I'm tired often whether on or off cycle lol.

I'm really starting to feel it now (mid-week 3), but possibly as early as mid-week 2. It's hard to judge of course, but as of today, I feel like I look better at 207lbs (now) compared to 193lbs (start of cycle) + strength is skyrocketing.

Small Update:

Leg day felt fantastic today. Huge focus on squats since I've been having fun actually being able to back squat again with my ghetto safety squat bar method.

I worked up to 245 for 2x2 (225 3x3 last week). Both sets were very easy and I was purposely preserving strength. Next set was 275 for a single, 295 for a single, then back down to 275 for a pause single, 225 for a pause single, all in sleeves. I'm purposely hovering around my previous back squat max from back in June '18 which was 305 with sleeves and belt. Next week I'm going for the elusive 315 in sleeves only. I have huge confidence in my squats right now and 315 has been my goal for a long time. Unfortunately I was thrown off track from that last year when my shoulder mobility disappeared and never came back. It may not seem like a huge goal, but I've really only been serious lifting for a little over 2, maybe 3, years now (close to 10 years total on and off). Time to nail this PR finally!!

Otherwise, just eating, sleeping, recovering. I feel great right now!

Another Small Update:

Throwing another update out here because I'm feeling primo today. Had a great last workout of the week today focusing on some isolation movements with "feet up" bench being the primary movement of the day. Again, I really think this bench form is aiding my real bench as I feel it's really forcing me to stabilize the bar like crazy, both with this form and regular form. With that said, I worked my way up to 220 and got it for 2 which is a PR. I would've went for another because I definitely had it, but my one foot was starting to slip and I didn't want to die lol.

Otherwise, not a whole lot more to note. Everything just went well today and I'm feeling stronger than ever. Can't wait for recovery this weekend and to kill more weight next week!!

A couple side notes too:
- Lethargy is not getting me really. Honestly I've actually been fine not having an energy drink (usually Bang or C4 carbonated) after work like I usually need to. This is odd to me, but I'll take it.

- My mood seems to be pretty chipper lately. Not sure what this is either, but last week I think I was angry every day or at least easily angered.

- Haven't had any negative sides still except for that episode a week or two ago, which again, may or may not have been related to bumping up trest to 100mg ed.

- My trest supply is running low.. Hoping a user on the forum comes through. He has two bottles lined up for me, just waiting to hear back.

- Haven't used an on-cycle SERM (didn't really plan to) or AI yet. Nips are 100% fine. This may be because 1) Inhibit-P is doing the trick, 2) trest dose really isn't that high so there shouldn't be high E or P sides anyway.

Anyone please feel free to ask questions! I don't want to sit here and boast all day about lifts.. Not that they're a ton to be proud of, but I'm outlifting myself which is what matters most. :)

Update:

Unofficial Weigh In: 210.2lbs

Decided to weigh in this morning to see where I was at since I wanted to kill some bench today. I'll call it "unofficial" because I typically weigh in on Wednesdays to let weekend bloat dissipate because I usually eat a little extra on the weekends.

With that said, bench was killed indeed. Again, not huge weights, but huge for me.

Bench 1RM reminder = 245lbs at my same weight.

Today I worked up to a single at 215 for top warm up set and went straight to 235 that absolutely FLEW. It went waaaay faster than last week. I didn't want to overshoot, so I proceeded to attempt 240 for a single and that went up very nicely. I probably had more in me, but I wanted to do higher rep sets to burn out. I dropped down to 225 and did 2 sets of 3. The funny thing is, anything more than a single at 225 is a PR lol. Sooo yeah, strength is flying for me.

Not a whole lot else to report besides one "side effect" i'm feeling more and more each day. The calf and shin pumps are getting intense. To put it into perspective, I get a shin pump while simply driving, holding my foot on the throttle too long LOL. Back pump is also clearly there. Otherwise I'm feeling 110%. I'd say this cycle is going way better than DMZ solo with the trest very likely to blame.

I'll report back with more tomorrow probably. :)

Glad to hear it is going well for you. You are putting on some decent weight there man! And yoou feel good which is a bonus. How is the libido?
