He's probably googling it now. It's irrelevant anyway because I've used sarms, pro hormones and most importantly natural test boosters :O, you can totally tell too because I'm a 6 foot tall guy who weighs 190lbs and looks normal and fairly slim.

As long as I say I'm natural it's okay though right? That's the criteria he uses.
 
I would assume that’s the criteria he uses, in fact John Cena is natural because he said so on YouTube. I’ve asked what his criteria is several times and he won’t answer though so it’s anybody’s guess.
 
I for one am proud of ironhands. He learned a new skill. And, if it’s on you tube it has to be true. No one would lie on there.
