I have achieved My 100Lbs LifeTime Weight Loss Goal!!!
Picture on the Left 2016 and Body weight 268LBS. Picture on the Right this morning body weight 167LBS! It was very intense and interesting.
This was Accomplished with My BluePrint and with The Great Help from RXSsupplement Radiate,with all 3 Versions!! Now My next Journey will be packing on 35Lbs to 50lbs of Massive Lean Muscles! Keep Plugging Away!!

If you were to lose 12lbs in 12days I can guarantee you have lost considerable amount of muscle because you were already lean. But, I don’t think that’s the case here unless you took a 12lbs **** in the morning. So, what’s the deal?

Are you going by your Body type and other people experience or my body type and experience?
I am just going by what’s humanly possible and what’s not and what your picture said.
My cardio session is more than you guys do in a month. Trust me, the process and numbers or true ..
Probably. But that doesn’t explain the 12lbs drop and you still looking the same in pictures. Just trying to understand.
That’s my dump weight everyday..
Some things people can’t understand such as, how did the Egyptian’s build the pyramids of Egypt.
Correction, it wasn’t 12lbs in 12 days. I weigh myself in the morning time. So the next day I weighed less than 180. I don’t post everything about myself like some of you guys do.
Look guys, the best way to corroborate the said loss of weight is to hop on the scale and take a picture of the weigh-in. Boom, problem solved!
That way, the burden of proof matches the pictures.
I’am not that guy to prove nothing to no one. You can Believe it, or not.

I carry a lot of water weight and after a really intensive workout ?️*
, my weight can fluctuate down by as much as eight pounds. Working out in a sauna hoodie would probably put me down 12 pounds in two hours of high intensity exercise...and cause my almost 62 year old heart to stop!

The other thing I’ve learned is that the body does amazing things with weight loss that defies conventional wisdom. Hormonal differences, MPS differences, fat metabolism differences can vary greatly. My plateau was 13-14% body weight. Two weeks of 800 calories per day and the body fat didn’t budge. And the truth is that everyone is different.

Does your son participate in track and field? Or cross country? That’s a good qualifying time for *some* events, so if he’s not he should consider it.
