Picture on the Left 2016 and Body weight 268LBS. Picture on the Right this morning body weight 167LBS! It was very intense and interesting.

This was Accomplished with My BluePrint and with The Great Help from RXSsupplement Radiate,with all 3 Versions!! Now My next Journey will be packing on 35Lbs to 50lbs of Massive Lean Muscles! Keep Plugging Away!!

Where did you lose all those pounds? I mean, you still look the same. If you were to lose 12lbs in 12days I can guarantee you have lost considerable amount of muscle because you were already lean. But, I don’t think that’s the case here unless you took a 12lbs **** in the morning. So, what’s the deal?

I like to keep that certain look where people will ask Me, how much can you bench press,barbell curl,or Squat. You have guys that are really strong but they don’t look like they exercise. Keep Plugging away!

My cardio session is more than you guys do in a month. Trust me, the process and numbers or true ..

Lmao.. really? So, your body is an unsolved mystery? My question wasn’t illegitimate or hard to answer since you should know your body well enough with the years of training. But, you talk about ancient history here.
 
Correction, it wasn’t 12lbs in 12 days. I weigh myself in the morning time. So the next day I weighed less than 180. I don’t post everything about myself like some of you guys do.
 
Look guys, the best way to corroborate the said loss of weight is to hop on the scale and take a picture of the weigh-in. Boom, problem solved!

That way, the burden of proof matches the pictures.

Guys, guys, guys... BEAST73 is the 8th Wonder of the World, he defies all logic, accomplishes the impossible, and pushes the limits to new heights. There is no other explanation for it, he’s just on another level and it’s truly inspiring to everyone no matter the goal!

I believe the BEAST73! I carry a lot of water weight and after a really intensive workout ?️*♀️with cardio , my weight can fluctuate down by as much as eight pounds. Working out in a sauna hoodie would probably put me down 12 pounds in two hours of high intensity exercise...and cause my almost 62 year old heart to stop!

The other thing I’ve learned is that the body does amazing things with weight loss that defies conventional wisdom. Hormonal differences, MPS differences, fat metabolism differences can vary greatly. My plateau was 13-14% body weight. Two weeks of 800 calories per day and the body fat didn’t budge. And the truth is that everyone is different.

The Beast hit his goal. I’m rejoicing in his success.

Thanks Brother!! I was doing 500- 700 calorie some days, and 24 hour intermittent fasting for 1 or 2 times a week.

If you not doing Cardio,Your A$$ is not in shape,and anybody can move weights! I was Focused with Radiate this morning! I must beat My 1 mile warm up time..

You might be right! But my Son is doing a mile under 6min!

Does your son participate in track and field? Or cross country? That’s a good qualifying time for *some* events, so if he’s not he should consider it.

He did in High school. Now He’s in college,travels with a Jazz and R&B band in the summertime,also he is the lead singer. But he exercises 5 times a week.
