Had a great holiday weekend, everyone got along at all the different stops and the 3 kids made out like bandits. Had really good food from Thursday up until dinner last night. Was able to work saturday and monday with lawncare to keep the cash flowing. Got in a nice workout sunday and yesterday to keep things tight. Back in the groove today.
Nutrition was decent, could have been better. Definitely pushed the calories to the limit. Was between 3500-4k every day. But man was I strong in the garage this morning.

Snagged this out of the sample drawer this morning. Flavor was orange cream. Tasted very good, although it was a healthy serving. I swear it had to be 2-2.5 servings in this packet. Oh well, mixed her right on up with several vicious shakes and knocked her right on down. Again, tasted good. Flavored creatine

My dinner was so good last. It's really enjoyable to me to be able to cook dinners everyday compared to the spring and summer when I'm putting in 80 hours a week.
Roasted brussel sprouts /french green beans, sweet potato, and whiting fish...so dam good

Cracked open my Cinna Crunch by spartan this morning. Another A+ for The Solution
Just a nice smooth refreshing flavor. Pb cup is still my favorite as of right now, but the Cinna Crunch is a nice lil mix in the rotation
 
I always go for any protein flavor with pb in it. Every cinnamon flavored powder has always been too strong with the cinnamon taste i've noticed.

Gonna do a late morning possible afternoon workout today. Wife took the 3 kids down to condo in Myrtle Beach the day after xmas. We have had the house to ourselves since and kids aren't coming home until the 2nd. She has kept me very busy.....
I don't think she let me go to sleep until 1130 last....I'm sore in different places, but it's a go oooood sore...

She wants a big night tonight, going to the MGM for dinner and gambling. ...
The army will be out tomorrow (unless I hit the jackpot tonight)

Only difference from last 2 months is carbs/fat
Cals and protein are staying the same. Lowering carbs a bit and upping fat. This is being done to try and lower BG Readings a little.
