Have been in a rut for like a week now. Flu like symptoms, minus puking, and fever. Workouts have suffered, and I dont know how to just not hit the gym, unless I feel so horrid I have to lie down. I cant even nap, whether sick or healthy. Why hit the gym when feeling down? Stimulate protein synthesis. Hoping these body aches, lethargy, and headaches leave soon.
That sucks!
I know when I puke my abs look pretty good afterwards! (always try to find something positive)! lol

I am at 4 weeks of Vector today. I'm happy to say that I have slightly more than 4 weeks worth of caps in the bottle than less than 4 weeks worth.

Things I havent noticed on Vector that others have.
No increased hunger.
No increased sex drive.
Crazy dreams stopped after a few days of taking.
Weight has not budged much through this month. (Could be because I had gained a lot of weight the previous few months). Sitting at a plateau that I'm sure will be broken.

My injuries that had hindered my bench and bicep work seems to be better, providing me better bicep workouts and future chest workouts; getting back under the bench. Not sure how much Vector has to do with this. Endurance and strength was great while working back today, I could have done some more exercises, but felt my lats were sufficiently trained.

My hope for the next 4 weeks.
Increased lean mass
Someone that can actually take my measurements properly
Increased strength/endurance.

Weight at 172. Disapointing to see the scale downward. Look a little leaner IMO, but I would rather be leaner and weigh the same, or more. Maybe feeling shotty last week, plus stress took some toll on my body.

Being sick aside. I have to add an extra meal just to maintain weight / recomp with Vector.

176 this morning.
175 yesterday afternoon.

Appears when I was at 172 last week, it was with depleted water/glycogen. A gain of up to 4lbs in a few days would not be fat or muscle. So if I weighed 172, with depleted water, and a leaner waist, not too upset, especially after the past couple weeks have been difficult with not feeling too well, and with holiday work schedule really pushing my body.

Breakfast this morning was over a cup of vanilla greek yogurt. About 12oz whole milk. 3 eggs cooked in the fat of 3 slices of bacon. I ate the bacon as well. Last night was a birthday dinner for in law. Ate at Joellas Hot Chicken, which was okay. 3 large fried tenders, dipped in a honey sauce, parm garlic fries, with coleslaw. Drink was sugar cane soda. Large bowl of ice cream afterward. Ate a ketogenic meal for lunch after 2pm. Body is in ketosis. Being able to consume carbohydrates when I need/want, and be able to quickly switch to burning fat. Goes against what many were taught, and believe.

Chest today. Focused mainly on flat bench, as that has been the best chest builder for me since I have started lifting. Pyramided up in weight. Controlled reps. No chest bounce. Did 4 sets of upper chest DB press, and 3 sets of cable flies. BB upper chest press aches shoulders too much. Was a good lift!

Nothing to do with Vector, but decided to smoke a Boston Butt today for some pulled pork!

As for a Vector update:

No noticeable appetite increase.
No noticeable libido increase
Endurance in the gym is great
Recovery seems normal.
Weight this morning in just my briefs, before breakfast, after the restroom, was 172.8. Don't usually get to weigh in those pristine circumstances as I don't have a scale in my apartment. I dont seem to be responding too crazy to Vector, which isn't too surprising to me. Have always been a hard gainer, and don't respond to very many supplements too well, save Cissus, creatine mono, cod liver oil.

If you are not gaining weight, are you planning on raising your calories? I found that I needed to add an extra meal just to maintain let alone gain.

If anything, I would add calories to one, or all of my three meals. I limit myself to eating only 3 meals a day, no snacking, or in between meals to limit BS fluctuations, and limit release of insulin. Since may I have gone from around 150 to 172.8 with not too much fat gain. I may be at a stall. Well, I am at a stall. I would think that over 3000 calories a day would be sufficient for my LBM.

Let me just give a quick shout out to Cod Liver Oil, I use the one in the bottle from Vitamin Shoppe. I had taken it for a few months, then had a period of a couple months where I didnt take it because of work schedule, didnt want to drive to vitamin shoppe after work, or day off. So I ended up picking up a bottle last week. Since taking it for about a week, I know it has increased my testosterone. My libido, and spontaneous morning erections (TMI) have increases just with the change of adding cod liver oil back into my diet. I feel better overall, and have more energy. I really recommend everyone use a good fresh Cod liver oil source, if you dont already; at least the non gear users.

How much and when do u like to dose?
I dose 1ml upon waking, and 1ml before bed. Good for joints too. 30 dollars at vitamin shoppe for 90 servings. For price and quality point, think it's the best one I've found.

It is the Vitamin Shoppe brand. Can get it directly from their store, or order online. Just make sure you get cod liver oil in the bottle rather than the caps. Refrigerate after opening.

I've taken it, and been off of it, and I know I feel better on it. Just make sure to get one that doesnt have anything added to. So.e add extra D and A, and that's a no no because it is synthetic.

Happy to include liver tablets into my list of staples. Nitrogen balance should be more positive promoting more protein synthesis, which puts me in a higher anabolic state naturally. Also has a ton of various nutrients :).

For those who wonder why I am not upping calories weekly.

One does not need to do that if they are consuming sufficient calories already. What builds muscle is ripping your muscle fibers, combined with a positive nitrogen balance; an anabolic combination for protein synthesis.

I personally am storing more fat than I have in the past. That means I have a ton of reserve calories stored in me if I were to not meet a calory requirement for the day. I am very slowly losing fat while maintaining weight/slight increase of weight over time. This means I am consuming enough calories to build muscle, and I know I am consuming enough protein to build muscle. I eat 3 meals a day, and get about 1g of protein per lb of body weight split between 3 meals. Having a large protein content per meal means greater protein synthesis.

To sum up, I do not need to consume 4000, or more calories to get extra muscle. I would get extra fat.

So Elizabeth Grace was born Thursday 8:26am 10lb 4oz, 22 inches. Boy were my legs, triceps, and biceps so sore yesterday from the previous workouts, lack of sleep, and storm system that moved in. Thankfully, not as sore today, but still have DOMS none the less. Perfect for growth.

Pretty good. Smooth. Water broke at like 4:45, and baby was out at 8:26. That was the easy part. Other child, toddler wants more attention now that baby is here, so a lot of work, but it's worth it. Time goes by fast.

Finally getting around to give my opinion on this product. Forgive the lack of measurements I am supposed to have copied. The individual who first did my measurements, the gym owner, has not been at the gym the same time I have been, and when I do see him, he is always running out. I will still try to get final measurements, and post here.

Weight after finishing Vector: Between 170 and 175. Depends on how much glycogen stored. So weight overall did not really improve much.

BF% waist line decreased over time, meaning BF dropped while maintaining weight. I did stop DAA, due to increased prolactin I was experiencing, and increased prolactin means fat gain. So I cannot attribute the fat loss entirely to Vector

Gym endurance: Endurance in the gym was slightly improved. I could go with a greater intensity longer, but not substantially greater than not being on Vector.

Appetite: some said Vector improved their appetite. I did not have an improved appetite on Vector.

Muscle fullness: there was a slight increase of muscle fullness throughout the day.

Strength gains: not training for strength at the moment, so I cannot say one way or another.

Some claimed deep REM: First few days I had vivid dreams, and deeper sleep. That stopped after the first few days.

Overall, for the price of Vector, it is not worth to supplement with, or as a staple, especially with someone that has my budget. I am not saying the company behind it is inflating the price of the product; maybe it is expensive for the ingredients. That said, I would not purchase again, as the cost to me did not outweigh the benefits of the product. More food, more creatine, more cod liver oil, more liver tablets would personally suit me better in my goals of hypertrophy.

based on what I can see in the photos. your frames genetic peak limit is probably 178 pounds lean. so gaining mass is going to be very difficult you will get diminished returns as you get closer to peak. Assuming myostatin inhibitors work you may benefit. I too am 5,10 similar frame My goal is to be at your weight and stay that weight nothing more. 170 lean muscle is fantastic at 5,10

Good overall honest review. I think Vector treats some differently than others depending on age, length of run, starting point, diet, workouts etc.. So the magnitude of benefits will vary.

After using Vector again since then, with a less than optimal diet, my lifts have been going up, and have retained lean mass on days I could not get enough protein.
