Who would like a melatonin free version and of soamatozine

Melatonin is cheap and can be added later with a person's specific tolerance to gain any benefits or if one consumes another supplement with melatonin in it at night to aid in sleep, this would be a better option.

Some are less tolerant to doses of 300 mg and up.
 
Yes, I use melatonin but at 0.3mg a night and works great for me anything over 1mg and I’m drowsy all day trying to play catch up
 
Melatonin should never be added into any mix/combo because of how different everyone's tolerance is. I only take .3mg for effectiveness and many others take even less. 3mg has me like a zombie the next day and if you read up, it is found to be far too much for many.
 
Yeah I swear by 0.3, same thing I’d be in zombie mode all day the next day with 3mg

I've taken 40mgs in the past for weeks just fine. Realize that is stupid so no longer do that. 15-20mgs is my sweet spot? Idk maybe I'll try a lower dose.

Haha , that’s sounds terrible. All I’ve used is 1mg but yeah , I agree, f*ck that ****. I’ve heard rich piana made some crazy stuff. One guy at my gym said he was up like 24 hours after taking 5% pre workout - 5150
 
I ran somatozone for four months last year. Loved it, but waking up was like I had been at the local coke bar for a week straight and finally crashed for two hours only to be woken up by an alarm urging me to go to work. Everyday. Lose the melatonin. I got3 bottles an honestly don't want to even run them. No disrespect to Mike Arnold he's the ****. Can someone tag that nigga.
