Resting today and sipping on Radiate this morning before work. Delicious and Focused!

In 2009 I had a serious injury to My Left Arm. The doctors and Specialists told me that I would only have 30-50% of usage in that Arm. I went through a life changing after the injury. Weight gain, Alcohol,Pain medication,bad Relationship,and other crazy things.

One day I decided to bounce back and fight back for My life,because that is not Me,and I was raised better than that. I told The Doctors this is My Arm and you will not tell Me what I can do,and cannot do.. I’am right handed and my left arm is stronger than My right arm now. Lol

You will never hear me complaining about a old injury and I will not let a old injury handicap Me and Stop My Good Healthy Lifestyle..

True Dat. What doesnt kill us only makes us stronger. Injuries can heal, but the true test is to heal the mind after an injury and come back stronger than ever.
 
This is My 2019 Body Goal With My Training Style,eating and recovery plan. I will achieve this or better! This can be achieved easily for me if I choose gear,but I choose the Natty way, and Beast73 way! Eating Twinkies, bagels, and muffins, will not work.

Yep. The one with the blue underwear. I swear I saw it posted by a member as his own. I'm too lazy to crawl through hundreds of pages -but I'm sure.
 
I got some Quality sleep last night.. 11 hours! Yesterday calorie intake 1800. This is the ultimate way to build muscle and lose body fat...

Bent-Over Row

I have been resting for 2 days now,and still building muscle Strength and looking super lean.

No workout today. I have been eating Beans,Rice, veggies,and steak for 4 days now. Today and tomorrow will be no meat.
 
I can understand the appeal of wanting to lose 100lbs but at some point you gotta look at where you're at and how far away it is and see if its a realistic goal or not. You can get there, i have no doubt in that, its just the question of healthy it is to keep going down at some point.

HIIT cardio and Back workout this morning! Last day of eating Beans Rice Veggies and Fruits.Will start back eating meats,tomorrow.

I won't skip coffee ever, sweets easily but coffee here is like tea in England.
 
Chados, IKR! I Love My coffee as well,but I found myself putting to much sweeteners in it. So I’am disciplining myself by not drinking it. When I start back drinking coffee,I will only use Almond or Skim Milk.

The first 3 weeks was hell! Lol! But after that it was easy sailing. I like it black as well with organic honey.
 
No Workout today,and I feel Great this morning!Pork loin red potatoes and veggies today. Weigh-in tomorrow!
 
Morning weight 182 and feeling like a Beast! 14lbs to go before achieving My Lifetime weight loss goal! 268lbs to 168lbs..
