I'm outta town so I'm working out at planet fitness today and set off that stupid alarm. I was even trying to be quiet. I got so agrivated, lol. If they had free weights there I would have started slamming deadlifts just to cause a scene.

I go there out of convenience. But when I have time I will go back to my regular gyms

For people like us...BMI doesnt matter, according to my BMI I'm morbidly Obese. Lol

I'm still here, been a lurker lately. So your on TRT now? That fats gonna start melting off. I have before after pictures in the nutrition sub and literally a month after being on I was up in weight and wayyy down in bodyfat. Of course I've been dieting and being strict as well as staying extremely active but TRT has been nothing short of amazing for me. Hope you get the same results!
