Yes it can be alot of fun if you know how to dial in your dosages
. I'm not even suffering from night sweats or bp issues
 
Glad I've prepared for a 24 week prep. My stomach isn't trimming as fast as usual. Went to a family party and had some comments on my conditioning. Arms and chest are popping which is good. But looks like I may have to up cardio a little sooner

I wouldn't just jump to increasing cardio at this point in the game. If you aren't where you want to be, are still recovering well, and do not want to lower calories yet then I would increase training volume, or shorten rest periods a tiny bit. You can add volume easily by just doing some carries and sled pushing or pulling in intervals. That way the extra energy you are expending is being used to build more muscle rather than simply to create a deficit.
 
Good day today added 10lbs to my flat bench since last week added 30lbs 15lbs each side to my hammerstrength incline. Just got done boxing.
A few changes.

I have stopped dbol and t3. So Alpha 20 is only oral for now when I finish that off I will give my liver a break for 6-8 weeks.
 
Ugh tweaked my knee a little on leg presses this morning. The one with the busted meniscus. Still got a pretty good workout in just higher reps low wait. Tonights boxing was a killer sweated through my wife b and my hoody. People are asking when I'm coming back to the ground but it's hard to fit in besides weights I'm usually concentrating on getting my hands back. Well any questions just ask
 
I switched to 300mg of cyp a week. Still same doses on tren and EQ dropped a couple of pounds looking tighter
 
Well it looks like I only have about 1.5 weeks left of EQ and tren eth. When ended I will be switching to dienolone ace. Dosage will be 75mg to 100mg ed still deciding. I will be running that for approximately 6 to 8 weeks. Making and order soon just deciding on which way I want to go putting on more muscle or cutting the weight down.

I would be lowering eq fron current dosage to accommodate introduction of deca so both would be run at a modest dose. I find quite a nice synergy between the 2.

Will still be working on diet more getting it dialed in. As said before even though I have 22weeks left. I still feel behind I know it's in my head. I might bring my prep coach in at 12 weeks out instead of 8. Optimally I'd like to be "ready" at 2 weeks out. So really have like 20 weeks.

Please feel free to ask questions about anything or leave comments. It motivates me to log more if I feel like I'm helping someone. I'm versed in cycles for physique aa well as performance based.
 
Got in approx 45min of fasted hiit at the boxing gym this.morning Then drove to the gym forgot it was black Friday no parking at all have to do back tomorrow I guess or maybe later tonight.
 
Cycle planning is difficult when your trying to peak for an event. I've been going over different scenarios all day for my next part 22 weeks is a long time to plan for. I feel like I should be deeper into my cut alot of it is in my head I know
The next part of my cycle should be pretty sick. I know we don't get big cycles too much on this board. So I hope your enjoying seeing one
 
Hello all: well looks like we are coming up to the end of the first 4 weeks of the blast and this log just isn't getting any traffic. I mean I'm the only one posting I have gotten a comment from anyone in 4 days it seems silly to run a log if people aren't interested. Thanks to all who were following. I mean if I get like 10 people asking me to log further than I will keep going
 
MrKleen73 do you think it would be more beneficial to increase volume through more sets or higher reps

Hey it has been the holidays no one has been on. I am just now back on. Don't sweat it. If focusing on strength then more sets with lower reps, if on hypertrophy, then mix the reps up. A good hypertrophy program will get you hitting heavy, moderate, and then pure pump and blood flow work in the same block. Whether that be all in one day or over the course of the week or training split. One easy to recover way to add volume is cell swelling, feeder, or BFR sets at the end of the workout.
 
Got up hit the boxing gym at 6:00am for 40 min of fasted cardio.

Then went and got a short but productive work out in adding 10lbs to my flat bench and 20lbs to decline hammer strength felt nice and strong.

It will be broken into 2 4 week cycles
1st 4 weeks will be test tren e tren ace mast prop msten dbol EQ Adex.

Next 4 weeks
Dienolone ace anadrol test mast eth mast prop arimidex and ralox

I been on cycle consisting of
Test cup 200mg weekly
Tren e 400mg weekly
Eq 600mg weekly
Used an anavar kickstart
Arimidex 1mg ed

You running eq for 4 weeks ? Mast E for 4 weeks ? IMO you have to many stuff in short period, and switching from one to another in short period would not bring any good. IMO you overcomplicated your cycle. I would run something like test p/tren a/mast p for 8 weeks and maybe add anavar whole length of your cycle. Anyway good luck with your cycle, but really to many compounds in one cycle, keep it simple and you will get better results trust me.

No I ran eq for like 14 weeks. The mast is prop and eth prop 1st 4 weeks. Alot of compounds overlap.
