AG’s Geozine Cycle Log

In terms of bodyweight, I’ve been up to 201.5-203.5lbs before, but I was carrying a lot more water and bodyfat. So I’m basically the biggest and strongest that I’ve been right now. We’ll have to wait and see how much I can maintain after the cycle; my guess is that I’ll drop a few lbs but maintain most of the strength.

I don't feel that strength is that hard to keep actually as long as you keep lifting these numbers. Muscle loss is also mostly a loss of water and added fat rather than actual muscle Tissue. You can look like **** after a cycle and still have about the same amount of Muscles. I've found that eating the same amount of calories or even eat more during pct as many people claim to be the best way, I personally feel that without testosteron and other types of gear you'll end up adding fat regardless if you keep weight or lose. My approach that works for me is to actually eat maintenance (less then on cycle) remove most of the carbs and go high fat diet.

Think about it.. You can't ever look like you do on cycle because the fullness will go away. If you add say 20 lbs and looks jacked you'll probably just added 7 pounds of actual muscle but the steroids makes it look like it's all muscle. My questions to make it simple is why try to keep these 20lbs? When cortisol hits it'll just look like bloat and fat. Don't be afraid of losing weight, make the weight you lost turn in to 6 pack abs instead.

The one thing I got used to on cycle was I'd weigh myself once a week and as the #'s went up it was hard not to get addicted to wanting to increase weight every week. After about week 5-6, I tapered off around same weight, and then my mentality changed to focus less on the #'s and more on how I felt, intensity of workouts, etc.

Absolutely but it's important to know that it's not keepable. If you try to keep the weight you'll most likely end up adding fat.

180lbs to 190 and keeping 185 while being shredded is better than 190 being bloated
 
Does your caloric intake change off cycle? For example I was around 4k, now I'm struggling to hit more than 2800, though my strength has remained the same. I've focused more on high protein smaller meals vs. high fat high protein. You got me rethinking my strategy. Maybe I should do only high fat high protein diet with increase in calories?
 
Day 32: Weighed 196lbs this morning and trained chest/tris/delts. Workout was pretty today, and I managed to bang out a pr of 315 for 3 reps on the flat bench.

Nice pr bro.

When you say pretty workout I’m picturing you benching in a dress lol
 
Day 33: Weighed 197lbs this morning and trained back/bis/traps. Workout today was great. My pumps were good, vascularity was great, etc.
 
Does your caloric intake change off cycle? For example I was around 4k, now I'm struggling to hit more than 2800, though my strength has remained the same. I eat high protein high fat and almost only omega 3s. I don't count calories and I stay lean year round and around the same weight. I think some people are extremely carb sensitive and has easier to gain fat.

My point is that there's no point in (keeping the same weight) after cycle cause there's no way that you added 100%muscle and since steroids makes your body look full during cycle it will obviously come off after. Even when people lose weight cause they're not on steroids they'll add fat.

The cortisol will hit like a truck and It took me years to figure out how to control it perfectly.

Cycle = bulk carbs fat whatever

Pct = high fat high protein and somewhat around my calorie intake to keep weight.

I'm not worried if I lose weight cause I won't lose muscle and I will get even leaner than before the cycle.

I eat a high protein high fat diet as well. Off cycle
 
Mainly omega 3 meaning mostly fish/salmon? Cause I was thinking like carnivore diet, mainly steak, avocados, nuts...

Nah I eat all that but my diet mainly consists of olive oil, almond butter, eggs, fish oil to get the fats. Thing with this diet is that I can get away with a lot more.
 
Day 35: Weighed 200lbs this morning and trained legs. Strength on squats today felt pretty good. Today was the last day of the cycle. I might continue to update the log for another week or so to see if I can hit any new prs to add to my before and after stats.
 
That’s actually what Josh Bryant has many of his athletes do - he has them drop a bunch of drugs the week of a power meet. I assume to control blood pressure & pumps/cramps, and so they recover faster between attempts. I am always just as strong first week of PCT as end of cycle still.
 
Any blueprint that you could point me towards to learn more specifics of diet? I'm really intrigued.

Sorry for some reason I can't see notifications lately after some update.. I eat around 100gr of carbs, sometimes twice as much spread out during the day and mainly before working out. I eat some sort of omega 3 each meal, like a tablespoon of almond butter. When you go high carb diet its recommended to think teaspoon but since you want to get calories mainly from fats you shouldn't be scared eating it. Eggs, olive oil, almond butter, avocado, fish oil or salmon and just keep protein high. Try get a food 20-30gr of protein per meal.

Make sure you have somewhat an idea of your calorie maintenance. I don't measure my food but go by eye and still I can't add fat to my body especially with light cardio. I'm extremely satisfied with this since my goal isn't to add that much size and If I wanted to I'd just up the calories.
 
Man. Can't wait to run a Geozine cycle. Congrats on the new prs. I hit a few on the mid rows this week, my shoulders are blowing up...

Ehh, probably not. I liked msten, tbol, and epistane all better tbh. Not to mention that I like trying out new compounds once in a while. I still have a bottle of pyrosten to run in the future.

Well one good thing about this compound is I don’t recall you reporting a single side effect? (Of course I am sure you at least probably had high blood pressure and weren’t aware of it since you didn’t measure it).
 
Do you feel your body adjusts to cycle compounds like DMZ, if that is the only compound run. Vs. introducing new compounds that your body hasn't adapted to, since they'd be new? The compound was good, don’t get me wrong haha; I’m just saying that I prefer other compounds to it. Everyone is different though. Some people will tell you that dmz is their favorite.

I doubt that your body builds tolerances to specific androgens. But as you get bigger and stronger, the compounds will likely have less “explosive” results if that makes sense.
