Day 22: Weighed 199lbs this morning and trained chest/tris/delts. Worked up to a set of 275x8 on flat bench and 325x1, but unfortunately my spotter did touch the bar slightly on both sets, so I’ll have to try again Thursday for a truly raw lift. I did hit another pr on incline dumbbells of 120lbs for 4 reps.
 
Day 23: Weighed 198.5lbs this morning and trained back/bis/traps. Had a good workout, but nothing really out of the ordinary.

3 weeks in and up a consistent 10lbish. This week you should really see it shining. For the next 10 days or so the dmz should be doing its thing.

Hopefully man. I was wanting to hit around 205lbs this cycle and get my bench up to 365. The 365 isn’t looking like it will happen this cycle though :(

DMZ is decent for strength but it's not the greatest compound. I think you can hit the 205 though for sure. Keep eating like you have been because the gains are coming. You should be just hitting The Sweet Spot right now. Hit it hard the rest of the cycle I think you could end up around 208-210
 
no offence and this isnt directed at you per se.... but i see alot of guys overshooting their expectations. Is it really realistic to hit 365? if so awesome good for you bro, but if your trying to hit it from say 315... well thats a bit of a stretch nam sayin?

maybe if you eat a bunch of halotestin prior to your max out~

I figured that it was a longshot, but a possibility. I like aiming high though haha.

Yep, first time guys squat 405 they’re looking to 500...even if 455 comes pretty quick, rarely does 500 happen even in the same year of consistent injury-free training.

The farther you get, the steeper the climb gets.

I’ll probably aim for some more prs on chest tomorrow if my chest isn’t still sore; if not, then I’ll try and attempt them on Friday.

You're a beast.. I like the legpress more than squats actually, sometimes I do legpress and 100 squats just so I don't have to do the most boring and arguably the heaviest exercise in the gym. It's like running a marathon and lifting at the same time.. Na you did the right thing to stay away from that.

I actually have been enjoying squats lately, so the back pain is just annoying. It’s also preventing me from doing bent over barbell rows, which was my favorite rowing movement.

I have high expectations as well when running a cycle, sometimes the results feel like they can't come fast enough, just keep in mind this is a marathon not a sprint, you'll hit your goals, just keep grinding.

My problem and I'm sure others can attest to this, when the gains don't come fast enough, you push harder, to the point of where you almost burn your muscles out, if that makes any sense? I actually took a week off completely from lifting after my 8 week sarm cycle, and now my motivation is as great as ever, I broke PR's on my bench and mid rows today actually, although I have lost about 3 lbs, as I'm trying to cut off cycle and for that I'm running 7-Keto with a natty test boost, tamoxifen. Can't wait to run Geozine cycle in January, if I can make the progress you've made, it will be worth it.
 
Day 25: Weighed 198.5lbs this morning and trained chest/tris/delts. Hit 2 all time prs today, which is always good haha. Hit 335x1 on bench. Also hit 275x8 after 315x1 twice and 335x1 once.
 
Day 26: Weighed 198.5lbs this morning and trained back/bis/traps. Workout was pretty good, but nothing too crazy to report back on. Shoulder pain was making a lot of my movements today a pain in the ass though.
 
Bench in 5 days something easy, like 245 for 3 doubles, then on the last day or day after cycle, go for 340-350 based on feel. Your nervous system was primed by those big singles. If you decay training fatigue (waiting 9-10 days between max benches) while keeping technique sharp (hence the ~70% work in 4-5 days) you will be set up for probably at least 3% max power increase.

345-350 could really be on the table if you eat & sleep for it and have the mind for it.

Well this is your 4 or 5 cycle correct and your running it solo up 11 lbs at 4 weeks in. Id say that's pretty good and potent. You hit 2hund big boy status.

Also w dmz you have to remember its dry so a lot of your weight is either glycogen or actual muscle. Not a lot of water w this stuff.
 
im just wondering what you expected in terms of results.. you do understand, that everytime you cycle you get less and less from each one right? stacking and dosing combats some of these issues to a degree but in the real world 10lbs in 4 weeks is fuking nuts. i have only ever 1 time put on more than that and it was with designers long gone while on a dirty bulk that made me fat as sh17..

even the first time i pinned high doses of test i never got 10 lbs in 4 weeks.. more like 10 pounds in 2months.. it not just the drugs either.. your body has limits too.. you might not be that guy who can put on 20 lbs every cycle.. you might need to resort to a full battery of illicit drug use, like GH/igf/insulin/dn*
to reach those llimits. conversly, you may never reach those limits due to rl issues keeping your from progress...

your injured too so in reality your not even training at full capacity.. think about it..man id be stoked if i was you.

I still like people mentioned feel that 11lbs is good. I wouldn't expect much more muscle from one cycle now. I can gain 20 or even 30 pounds but be sure I'll end up fat.
 
I just wish your blood pressure cuff fit so we can find out the reading since it is known to elevate blood pressure.

You should expect your blood pressure to be elevated on most anabolics. To stay exactly the same when taking exogenous substances is more the exception than the rule. Everything is angled towards reduction and mitigation, but if you are worried about your bp rising some on DMZ, don’t take it - the odds are against you.

AG almost definitely has higher bp than off cycle, and probably does feel fine - that’s why it’s called “the silent killer”.
 
Day 28: Weighed 199lbs this morning and trained legs. Went a bit lighter today and mainly went for a pump. Legs are definitely filled out a bit more, which is good because they’re definitely a weak-point. My vascularity in the legs is still pretty good, with visible veins going throughout my shins, quads, etc. This is a good thing because it goes to show that the 11.5lbs that I’ve gained so far is relatively lean.
 
Day 29: Weighed 198lbs this morning and trained chest/tris. My workout today sucked ass lol. Shoulders were awful today and resulted in me only being able to do a few sets of bench before leaving.

Lol, AG man, you also said you were underwhelmed by tbol for strength when your bench went from 225 for 10 to 225 for 23 lol......your doing awesome on this run brother

Day 30: Weighed 198lbs this morning and trained back/bis/traps/tris. Lift was pretty good today. Pump in my bis was better than normal today as well.
 
Day 31: Weighed 198lbs this morning and trained legs. Nothing really special to note about todays workout. Tomorrow is a push day, so I’ll probably aim for some prs to see where my strength is at now.

Honestly, probably not; I prefer tbol or msten to it personally. I have a bottle of Pyrosten from Vicious as well, so I definitely look forward to giving that a go in the future. As far as Vicious goes as a company, I definitely like them; products are legit, representatives are helpful, shipping is quick, prices are good, labels are cool, etc.
 
What about stacking DMZ with Msten? I have a bottle with both compounds stacked together, I believe its dosed at 22.5 for the DMZ and 12.5 for the msten, taken twice daily. Just curious if you feel DMZ and Msten are better run solo.

from a health conscious standpoint, i think it would be better to only run one at a time but people stack methyls all the time, so its a risk vs reward issue thats a personal choice.

i will say (about your product) its kinda like just taking DMZ at 60 mgs.. they are very similar and i think if people were running their DMZ higher dosed youd probabaly never tell the difference between that and your product.

Just curious what is the biggest you've been in terms of size and weight? Are you able to maintain most of muscle gained on a DMZ cycle? Nice job on breaking a new P.R. Congrats.

In terms of bodyweight, I’ve been up to 201.5-203.5lbs before, but I was carrying a lot more water and bodyfat. So I’m basically the biggest and strongest that I’ve been right now. We’ll have to wait and see how much I can maintain after the cycle; my guess is that I’ll drop a few lbs but maintain most of the strength.
