AG’s Geozine Cycle Log

Day 9: Weighed 194lbs this morning and trained back/bis/traps. My workout was average, with nothing really to note in regards to changes. I might shoot for a rep pr on 225 for bench Thursday to see where my reps are for that.

Larry Wheels just hit 225 for 70 reps. No pressure...

Larry is a monster lmao. My goal is 30-35 reps by the end of this cycle. I don’t know why, but I can rep 225 like it’s nothing. I was hitting it for 23 last cycle, but I could only put 315 up for 2 and 275 up for 7.

Last time i did 225 for reps i did 16 i think. Did 315 for 3 the other day. 255 for 12 was what im stoked about. Bench is finally progressing.

Never been a Larry fan but watching him hold and lift 425 and 445 for an OHP was more than enough to motivate me back into it. Im a firm believer that we can get something from everyone.

Speaking of wheres that vid of your BP reps!

You talking about my bp reps? Lol if so. Ive kinda gotten out of the practice of recording unless im going for a pr. Which on this set i wasnt actually. Recording videos takes up too much time. If im going for a 1rm or over 3 plates for reps sometimes ill record it if im not too pressed for time

Day 10: Weighed 192lbs this morning and trained legs. Workout was alright, but I unfortunately had to avoid squatting today due to pain in my lower back. I’m looking forward to benching tomorrow so I can see how many reps I’ll squeeze out of 225.

Day 11: Weighed in at 192.5lbs this morning and trained chest/tris/delts. Hit 225 for a set of 21 reps on the flat bench, which although is an improvement, I was honestly hoping to get a few more reps. The rest of my workout wasn’t the best due to my body being all achy and sore everywhere lol. My bodyweight has been hovering around the same the past few days, so if it doesn’t start increasing soon, I’ll definitely bump the calories up some more. My arms have seemed to increase in size slightly, measuring about 17 inches around without a pump, which equates to be an increase of 1/4 of an inch. No noticeable side effects yet. I will be trying to get more strict with my rep ranges next week, as I’ve just been going more by feel lately.

Keep after it man! Excited to see where you're going to be 30 days in. What dosage protocol are you going for week by week?

Yea man, I was looking back at some of my other cycle logs and noticed that around 15-25 days in that I typically get more noticeable jumps in strength and size, so I’m expecting to blow up within the next week or two haha. My dosage protocol is 30/30/45/45/45, so starting next week Monday, I’ll be bumping up to 45mg.

Day 12: Weighed 193lbs this morning and trained back/bis/traps. My workout was pretty damn good today at first, with my pumps being better than average. I haven’t noticed too much though in regards to strength and size, but I’m expecting that to change within the next week or so.

Dmz i really start to notice the strength and size week 3-4.

Has anyone noticed German Pharma redid their products... No methyl PHs anymore. SARMs and some exotic 11-oxo and 6-oxo stuff are kept too.

New M-Drol = Max LMG (was DMZ 10mg)
New Epistan = Hexadrone (was Epistane 20mg)

Returned my Yk11 to try these. I love me some Hexadrone (Black Stone Labs EpI Smash was more Hexadrone than Epistane), hear good things about Max LMG.

Also subbed for the log.

Somewhere in the 3-4 week range I remember waking up and shoulders felt wide af. That feeling when the androgen receptors are full and they actually grow wider and change shape... I knew then I was growing was about 12-15 lbs up at that point.

Then I was doing curls one day in the gym and one of my boy was like dude your huge look at your arms LOL. I couldnt tell but apparently it was working ;)

Day 13: Weighed in at 194.5lbs this morning and trained legs. Weight moved pretty easily today on squats, but my workout was a bit short due to my schedule today. Definitely excited to aim for some new prs next week.

Day 14: Weighed 196lbs this morning and took a rest day. I’ve also been feeling more filled out today, which is to be expected with the weight gain haha.

Day 15: Weighed 196lbs this morning and trained chest/tris/delts. Today was the first day at 45mg dmz. I worked up to 275 for a set of 7 on flat bench, which I haven’t hit in months. I also hit a pr on incline dumbbells which was a set of 110lbs for 6-8 and a set of 120lbs for 2 reps, which was after hitting flat bench. Also, I did 225 for a few sets of 8 on smith military presses, which is an improvement. Strength and size is definitely climbing up this week.

Day 16: Weighed 195.5lbs this morning and trained back/bis/traps. I got a pretty good pump today and my strength seemed to be increased on pulldowns. 205 for sets of 12 went by like they were nothing.

Day 17: Weighed in at 195lbs this morning and trained legs. I got a pretty good leg workout, although I had to quit squatting after doing only one working set due to back pains again. I did notice though that while I was squatting that the weights definitely felt lighter.

Have you considered not compressing your spine for a bit when you train legs? Maybe sticking to deadlift variations, legpress, extensions, curls, lunges w dbs in hand, GHR?

You can build a lot of legs without putting anything on your back, or even going heavy - volume tends to be the biggest driver for legs for many guys. Lots of lunges will do more for size than heavy 5s on a squat - that’s for power.

^ this!!

I have had a discectomy on my L4 and suffer from 3 other herniation's. my legs are not huge. but if I tried they could easily be on par with golden era guys like Arnold. I don't do a lot because of my back however the stuff I do I do lots of and my legs blow up pretty quick if I really put forth some effort.

Yea I probably do need to take a break from squatting. I was just hoping to bring my squats up a lot this cycle.

With so many variations you can still blast the quads and glutes from different angles and groove the pattern until the back feel a lot better.

I appreciate that, but I speak from experience when I say you have to focus on what you can do, and kick ass at that - if you rehab your back properly, it’s gonna take more time than you’d like. Lots of bracing ab work like side planks and bird dogs, and staying out of inflammatory positions or patterns while the discs calm down is key.

When our old coach re-tore his quad after a 1,000lb yoke carry, he was doing 10x20 lying leg curls with the whole stack every single day. When I asked him why, he said, “If all I can do for my legs right now is curl, best believe I’m gonna be the leg-curlingest mother f’er in this place!”

Day 18: Weighed 195.5lbs this morning and trained chest/tris/delts. I worked up to 315lbs on flat bench for a single, which moved pretty smoothly (I haven’t done that much weight in 3-4 months). 245 for a set of 10 also moved easily today. The rest of my workout wasn’t that good though because my headphones blew out and everything was just aching today lol.

Hey man. Looks like the Geozine is working well for you. I plan on running a cycle in Jan. Just curious do you get the "on cycle" feeling from a DMZ run? I'm newer to this, but that last sarms stack I ran, made me feel like I was "on" and my confidence was crazy high, people at my job could sense it. Now that I'm in PCT< it took about 2 weeks to actually feel normal in my lifting sessions again, and my first week was absolutely terrible with lethargy and mentally I wasn't in the game, the tamoxifen and natty test booster are helping out though, big time. I read a good article on Predator Nutrition about PH cycles and the tips they give are to eat, and train with 2x the amount of volume vs. upping weight, do you agree with this considering protein synthesis is increased on DMZ? How is your caloric intake? I'm thinking like 3500-4k calories on a bulk when I run it.

I’ve never got an “on” feeling from any cycle unfortunately. My caloric intake is about 3800-4100 right now. My maintenance is around 3200ish.

Day 19: Weighed 198lbs this morning and trained back/bis/traps. Had a decent workout today, but I did have to avoid most of the rowing movements today. I have been noticing lately that I am more filled out, especially in my traps and delts.

Nice weight increase!

do all your rowing movements supported.. lay face down into an incline bench to row if you have to!~

That is an awesome weight increase, glad to hear, I have 2 bottles of Geozine and I'm getting super excited about running it. I'm around the same height as you, 6 1, I'd be happy to gain 10-14lbs on a 4 week cycle. Great job man, stay hungry.

you should log it!!

Nope, I would do it right now but my machine that I had broke. Plus, I probably need to get a new one with a bigger cuff for more accurate measurements.

LOL. Dang bro...... So, it's like that now, huh?
:-)
Broke your machine, and now need a bigger armband.

Day 20: Weighed 199.5lbs this morning and trained legs. Size and strength is definitely still climbing up. My arms are now measuring 17.25in without a pump (1/2 and inch gained). Unfortunately my stomach was upset all day, so I’ve been close friends with the toilet all day lmfao. I’ve also decided that starting next week, Saturdays will become rest days and Sundays will become leg days, which will work better with my school schedule.

Your up 12 lbs and its only Day 20. God Damn. Now that is the kind of results, we all should strive for.

Might be a bit lighter tomorrow from all the bombs I’ve been dropping in the toilets today LOL. But yea, progress has been getting better and better lately. I’m hoping to hit a pr on bench Monday.

I’m not trolling here but if you can hit 225 x 20 on the FB then you could easily surpass 315 for 1RM

Those rep max calculators aren’t very accurate if that’s what you’re referring too. If not, then I don’t know what to say haha. Most I’ve gotten 315 for was 2 reps, back when I hit 225x23.

I guess it could happen, but when I was benching 225 for 20 I was hitting 315 for 10..

Everyone’s different however, some can rep high, others low.. 225 x 23 are good numbers though! Keep it up Boss!

Spot on. If someone isn’t used to handling bigger nervous system strains their 1RM will be much lower than someone used to lifting heavier. And those guys won’t be able to rep the same. It’s a conditioning thing.
