Rad/yk log

Would anyone recommend going to 30mg rad and 15mg yk? It would cut the cycle short by like 2 weeks but it’s just a thought

Yeah watch the BP on rad, I was up around 180/90 and I'm 26. I was also taking 10mg a day but had been on for 12 weeks. Just keep an eye on it!

Is there a way to lower it while staying on it? I’ve heard you can take a supplement for it or donate blood regularly

Yeah I've heard donating blood, coq10, lots of water, baby aspirin. It comes down pretty quick after getting off. Within a week I was in the 140/80 range and 3weeks I was back to 120/70

Is it anything to like seriously worry about or can I get away with it for 10-12 weeks? While drinking like a gallon and a half a day of water, eating plenty of grains, and baby aspirin?

I thinks it's highly variable based on how the compound interacts with your body, I'm also predisposed to high BP though it's normally good. I would just get a way to measure it and keep track of it every few days, the spike was gradual for me, It didn't happen overnight. Ill run the rad again ill just take those support supps and keep a better eye on my BP.

Oh gotcha that makes sense thanks for the help amigo

Since I have time I’ll do update 6:

I’m still feeling good and still recomping more each day which is pretty cool to see. Today at school I was walking up a bunch of stairs and I got a decent calf pump which was something I didn’t think would Happen but hey I’ll take it! I guess it’s all starting to kick in now I’m just bummed because I’m getting sick so my workouts will be kinda trash for a little but I’ll start going hard again Tuesday.

Yk also raises BP. Some people can have high BP and not even feel any difference while others get a shyt ton of symptoms. I happen to get a lot of symptoms from it most the time. If it gets to high it can be dangerous so make sure you check it here and there.

I’m not necessarily concerned about feeling not so great I’m more concerned about dying

I can’t tell you whether high BP will kill you. But it can cause heart attack and stroke. That’s the reality of the matter. My boss has such high BP (210/170). The doctor can’t believe he hasn’t died yet. So I guess it’s a matter of how high it gets and for how long it is that high. Just keep your dosage reasonable and monitor how it affects your BP.

Lastly, I think you will care about feeling bad. Depending on how bad you feel, it can trick your mind into think your about to face imminent death. My heart would race and my chest would feel tight when I was on yk. That’s when I was just sitting down. It didn’t happen constantly but here and there that would happen and it was scary. So pay attention to symptoms like that.

Oh yeah man I know that’s not something to mess with I was just talking about not worrying about headaches lol

Update 7: I had the craziest appetite today and felt like I had more energy than usual again. I’m really digging how I’m feeling right now I’m just not looking forward to the sides you all are talking about.

The last few days I’ve been having some dull stomach pains. Could this be form the methylation from the yk? If it is should I just drop it completely or lower the dose? I’ve been doing 15mg a day for about a week now.

I was on 15 mg rad for the past 2 weeks and just not feeling anything (also taking 15mg mk677). I upped dosage to 30mg for both yesterday, it’s in capsule form so I can’t necessarily tinker with dosing it’s either 1 or 2 caps. Been dealing with annoying lower back pain for the past few days so I haven’t been able to crush it in the gym as hard as I want, soon as my back pain goes away I wanna see if this stuff can make me beast out in the gym. But for the most part I am NOT seeing or feeling any difference. I don’t think 15mg does anything for me.

I’m definitely feeling something I just don’t know what the stomach/back pain is from. It started when I did dead’s on Tuesday and I thought it would go away by now but it hasn’t. It’s kinda a bloating/cramping feeling but I can try going off the yk and bumping up the nac for a little to see if that helps at all.

I’d keep going if the stomach pain insnt super painful. If it’s really hurting and annoying you constantly then drop it.

I think 30mg rad was the best dose. I got little something out of 20mg but I bumped to 30mg and that was the sweet spot. Towards the end of my 8 weeks cycle I decided to buy another couple of bottles and make it 12 weeks. Towards the end of the 12 weeks I was debating on buying more and just never stopping. No bleeding, no lethargy, just insane pumps and tight af all day. If any sides occur, you can always drop it back down but there's no point in taking something with potential for negative side effects if you aren't getting any benefits from it.

That last sentence is exactly why i upped the dosage. God knows what the long term side effects of taking it is, but if I’m gonna do it I might as well see a positive change in my body. Otherwise I’m just wasting caps and thus basically wasting money not seeing anything happen.

I've heard of people feeling that on RAD. Someone I know thought they had a pulled muscle in their back or maybe a kidney stone. He went to the doc and everything checked out. So not sure what causes it but it went away within a few days of stopping. Just another possibility

I just had chipotle with triple rice and double wrapped so that was like 100+ carbs and I feel way better now so that must have been the issue

Ahh my bad, I thought you were using MK also.
Good to see you seem to have it sorted. FWIW YK seemed to burn through carbs really well.

Yeah I think what I’m gonna start doing is doing my normal amount of carbs and then every 3 days I’ll just load on carbs to keep the cramping from happening

UDCA is prescription only stuff for helping the liver. Bind it to taurine, you get TUDCA, which does the same thing but can be sold as a supplement. Good stuff.

Ya TUDCA is legit with science to back it up. It can save a liver on a methylated run.

So it’s good in general to take , like probiotics I’m guessing ?

Alright dudes so the stomach pain I mentioned before still persists and this morning it was so bad I had to go to the ER. At the ER, they obviously did blood work to see what was wrong. They found that my liver enzymes were a tad bit high, and I had myoglobin in my urine, which they said is caused by muscle breakdown. Of course they didn’t actually give me the results they just said the liver enzymes were high and that I should stop the use of sarms. He only said they were very slightly elevated, so my question for you guys is; should I keep going just up the liver supports? Or drop the yk?

Could be the YK, but who knows
could even be the Rad. If you decide to continue I would buy a bottle of Cell Cycle Assist and some TUDCA for liver support.

I’ve been taking nac 1g a day every day for the whole cycle but yeah I was thinking about getting a few full cycle supprt supps and Tudca

Personally, at this point I would stop. I think this is a good general rule - if you’re cycle makes you go to the ER then stop the cycle.

I tend to agree and because OP is running 2 compounds at once both at the same time there is no way of telling which Sarm was giving the problem. OP, out of curiosity, who are these Sarms manufactured by?
