Pmsl, your probably closer with that than what most people think which is something like planet fitness or equivalent.

It’s like an upmarket CrossFit box really. 4,500 square foot (418 m2). It’s a gym for people who want to lift properly but without the need to ‘do CrossFit’ or be in an old school style bodybuilding gym. We do quite a bit of oly lifting and power lifting. All the classes are hiit based. Very few cardio machines (literally one treadmill, one bike, one stepper and one x trainer for warm up or liss stuff). Loads of bars and places to squat, dead and bench. All the standard strength machines.

It’s a hobby more than anything, doesn’t make me money sadly (I have a full time job as well) but it does give me somewhere to train how I want when I want lol

Sounds like my kind of gym!

Honestly you (and most of the AM guys/girls) are the people we cater for. People who base programs around core lifts, who aren’t afraid to push boundaries, people who come in and get it done.

If people want a nice background for their gym selfies they don’t come to us, if they want results they do lol

Hey, I go for results and gym selfies. Lol

Bull****, you said gym, not leisure center.

Sounds like a great gym. Where most “box” type places get it wrong is avoiding all machines. You put a few select pieces in like a pulldown/cable station, ghr, legpress in and some common dbs and you make a way stronger argument for folks to leave a commercial place.

Making me smile as that plus a seated shoulder press, cross over and hack squat is what we have. I do want to add an incline leg press as well but your absolutely right in just focusing on select pieces.

The extra bars (football, safety squat, axle) also help provide a different stimulus.

Yeah that’s all you could really need. Everything else comes down to different bars or implements if there’s a demand for them.

For example, if you wanna train the farmers walk you will need a pair of handles, but if you want to work your upper lats...just change the angle you’re rowing from. You don’t need a separate plate-loaded chrome machine just for that.

A calf raise machine is winner imo also.

Day 23

Took things a little easier today. Didn’t run this morning (took a decent walk instead) and kept training to an hour.

Probably the thing I’m enjoying most about this cycle is not feeling like it’s so short I have to be hitting every day with everything I’ve got, often at the expense of recovery.

Generally feeling pretty good, the test is doing it’s thing as a base and still literally no sides. I’m pretty horny as well which is never a bad thing.

Noticed an increase in vascularity over the last two days so guessing that’s probably the dien.

I do feel strong now, hit volume on chest and back today (supersets with 10+ reps on everything). Was increasing weights on everything.

Day 24

Man I love this sh1t haha

Felt good today, libido is through the roof, like I used to be late 20’s and very early 30’s. Feel mentally sharp as well which is nice.

Again no sides, if it weren’t for the ridiculous weight gain and strength going up I’d question how legit my gear was. Expected at least a little lethargy or something. I guess the water retention is a side but it generally doesn’t bother me. Hoping the Adex just keeps a lid on it and maybe pulls a little off but I’ll take my time monitoring that to dial it in.

So weight was up again, currently sitting at 224 which is like 23lbs up from start. I know that at least 15lbs of that is water so I’m going to keep pushing calories and the scale and rely on that water dropping and me shredding up when we get to the winny (I have some clen on hand in case I’ve misjudged it as I’m determined to look in the best shape I can by the end).

Training was gooood today. Highlight was a top set of 5 dead’s at 396. Moved the weight well. Just a few weeks back I was making 380 for 5 look beyond maximal, today was obviously tough but real decent reps and clearly had more in the tank.

Hit a bunch of reps for some volume on legs, got a great pump on, looking as vascular as I ever have on my legs as well.

Have to say that less than 4 weeks in I have huge hopes for this run, way I feel at the moment I’m looking for some big numbers by the end.

Day 25 - rest day

Day 26

Stabbing day, feeling pretty proficient with this now. Little spot of blood after withdrawing, seems to happen more with the longer pin but feels like a much better jab if that makes sense, like I’m really getting into the muscle.

Continue to feel good, it’s a very smooth ride. My previous oral cycles were good but I knew that 8 weeks was probably the most I could push it for. With this it feels like a smoother ride and I can easily see it running for another 11 weeks.

Training was awesome today.

Back squat 308 for a set of 3, no belt and no where near maximal. Haven’t felt that good with that weight on my back before.

Bench was a top set of 3 at 220. Again so easy, did it paused.

Although I could lift more I’m sticking to my program and and focusing on moving the weight quicker/better/paused etc - the program just keeps overloading every week so I’m hoping keeping some in reserve will allow me to keep increasing even when the cycle plateus a bit.

Absolutely loving this right now

Day 27

And things continuing in a great vein. Weight still up around 22lbs but starting to look a touch leaner than I was a week ago (still like a water buffalo but it’s moving in the right direction).

As an aside has anyone else used hydrazine pwo? Amazing stuff, cleanest and most focused response to any pwo ever.

But anyway, 45 min sprint session this morning was decent and then smashed out some deads, stopped at a double 440lbs but moved the weight so much better than last week.

Faded a bit this evening but it’s been a long week so to expected.

Just eating like a champ and trying to stretch a bit.

Finish the week strong guys

Day 28

So end of 4 weeks.

Absolutely get why people saying pinning test is best. It’s a much more subtle feeling than orals imo, almost like a deep underlying feeling of well being. With what I have on and generally pushing hard in the gym I should be on my ass - and instead I just feel solid.

Weight up 24lbs (fluctuating a bit between 22 and 25lbs up) but confident lots is water. Determined to push on and add more muscle now though. Would like to get another 10-15lbs on.

Eating 3,600 Cals a day, 350+g protein. Will be upping that again tomorrow and then again the week after.

Currently running Adex at 0.5 e2d which seems to be working ok, definitely not gaining any more water, no other estro sides.

Trained arms and abs today - great pump. Actually feel like I’m gaining size on my arms finally (I struggle with this so much).

Really looking forward to seeing where the next 11 weeks take me.

Have a good weekend guys

You're gaining weight fast, I like the high protein diet cause I think it'll help keep the cycle more clean when gaining so much weight.

Well my weekend sucks, its raining and its windy but more importantly you're having a great cycle haha.. Keep grinding

Will you lay out what an average normal day of eating looks like for that 3600 cal and 350g pro?

I realized I basically hate eating protein. I love a good cheeseburger and wings and such when I feel like it, but eating meat multiple times a day has always been a chore to me. I get half my protein from dairy (whey, casein, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt).

Eating meat is a chore? If my wife makes a meal that doesnt have meat in it i tell her thats not a meal... Thats a snack

I’m pretty similar most days, evenimg meals change a bit and if I’m away with work I have to adapt but normal day (like today) would be

Protein oats after fasted run

2 egg + 6 egg white omelette with mushroom, peppers and asparagus. Plus a piece of salmon/venison/chicken/tuna steak

Train - normally eat dried fruit during training and a protein bar after

300g prawns, 25g chorizo, large bag stir fry veg

4 chicken sausages, some bacon, in a Pitta with salad

Some fruit with 500g Greek yoghurt

A protein bar/snack/shake if I want something sweet

Yesterday I had a chilli with sweet potato instead of the prawns. Once a week I’ll have a steak.

I also season some chicken and just cook it off, keep it in the fridge and just much a breast if I feel peckish anytime.

I track everything so obviously adjust portion sizes to hit calorie target.

You clearly have never added up the time you spend eating each day lol. Or the amount of time chewing when you weren’t hungry to start.

Definitely a meat eater. Infact the wife is making homemade sliders right now.

That’s a treat. Maybe one meal/day can be like that, but I don’t get to eat sliders for the base of my diet

Yeah she makes them maybe once a month. We dont get sliders often, but we do eat alot of meat.

Nope never have but i dont see how thats relevant lol i just love meat and feel like there should be some every meal

Yeah I love meat as well bro. It’s not the time eating that does me, it’s the time cooking lol.

I like a lot of variety and if I’m not away from home I like fresh cooked but does mean spending hours a day in the kitchen sometimes

Try eating pre-cooked lean cheap steak multiple times a day and tell me you don’t spend more calories chewing than you are ingesting lol. Not all meat is exciting. Chicken breast especially, so damn dry even when it’s just barely grilled. I gotta lube it in half a bottle of sauce to get it down in a timely fashion without resorting to chasing bites with water.

It’s okay for you to love meat brother. I’m no vegetarian; I’m just in it for the gainz!

Ok ik ur not suposed to eat pre cooked bagged stuff.....but tyson cooked chicken breast comes in breast pieces strips chunks or shreaded and its moist tastes good and man in a pinch its prety healthy and tasty.Invalid Link Removed

But i usualy cook 5 pounds of gb and 4 cups of rice all at once and put it in gallon ziplock baggs and scoop out of it for my meals so i dont have to cook a lot.

Day 29

So start of week 5. Pre cycle this was the point in my head where I wanted to be really pushing new boundaries in size and strength. Normally stuff like that doesn’t pan out as I expect but this kinda has.

Weight up again this morning, up at 227 now.

Squatted 308 for 5 with no belt today.....I’ve lifted that weight in the past but never as well as I am now.

Benched 220 for 5 paused reps.

If I wanted to push the weight to maximal lifts I’d be setting prs but I’m sticking the program over the long term to see where we get to.

Calories up to 3,800 today

All good, really good

Mass is skyrocketing! You are going to smash many PRs this cycle I feel.

Cheers bro, I know that a plateau will hit at some point but I’ve got so long left it’s really exciting me. Plus the winny is possibly the strongest compound I’m running and obviously not even close to starting it yet lol.

Ah man! when do you start the Winny? Oral or IM? I am psyched to give Tren and Winny a shot together. I guess it will be with Test+EQ base.

I’ve still got 5 weeks before starting 6 weeks of winny......it’s oral but im looks great. In theory it should really help with the aesthetics from a water perspective.

I really like the idea of finishing a cycle next year with winny on a test and npp run....

Lol, in that case I may change that plan - it’s way off next year anyway......

I can't vouch for oil base but in water it sucks. It's a fibre that is suspended not dissolved.....and I think I'm looking forward to next year as much as you.
