Sounds like my kind of gym!Pmsl, your probably closer with that than what most people think which is something like planet fitness or equivalent.
It’s like an upmarket CrossFit box really. 4,500 square foot (418 m2). It’s a gym for people who want to lift properly but without the need to ‘do CrossFit’ or be in an old school style bodybuilding gym. We do quite a bit of oly lifting and power lifting. All the classes are hiit based. Very few cardio machines (literally one treadmill, one bike, one stepper and one x trainer for warm up or liss stuff). Loads of bars and places to squat, dead and bench. All the standard strength machines.
It’s a hobby more than anything, doesn’t make me money sadly (I have a full time job as well) but it does give me somewhere to train how I want when I want lol
Sounds like my kind of gym!
Hey, I go for results and gym selfies. LolHonestly you (and most of the AM guys/girls) are the people we cater for. People who base programs around core lifts, who aren’t afraid to push boundaries, people who come in and get it done.
If people want a nice background for their gym selfies they don’t come to us, if they want results they do lol

Sounds like a great gym. Where most “box” type places get it wrong is avoiding all machines. You put a few select pieces in like a pulldown/cable station, ghr, legpress in and some common dbs and you make a way stronger argument for folks to leave a commercial place.
Making me smile as that plus a seated shoulder press, cross over and hack squat is what we have. I do want to add an incline leg press as well but your absolutely right in just focusing on select pieces.
The extra bars (football, safety squat, axle) also help provide a different stimulus.

Day 28
So end of 4 weeks.
Absolutely get why people saying pinning test is best. It’s a much more subtle feeling than orals imo, almost like a deep underlying feeling of well being. With what I have on and generally pushing hard in the gym I should be on my ass - and instead I just feel solid.
Weight up 24lbs (fluctuating a bit between 22 and 25lbs up) but confident lots is water. Determined to push on and add more muscle now though. Would like to get another 10-15lbs on.
Eating 3,600 Cals a day, 350+g protein. Will be upping that again tomorrow and then again the week after.
Currently running Adex at 0.5 e2d which seems to be working ok, definitely not gaining any more water, no other estro sides.
Trained arms and abs today - great pump. Actually feel like I’m gaining size on my arms finally (I struggle with this so much).
Really looking forward to seeing where the next 11 weeks take me.
Have a good weekend guys
Eating meat is a chore? If my wife makes a meal that doesnt have meat in it i tell her thats not a meal... Thats a snackWill you lay out what an average normal day of eating looks like for that 3600 cal and 350g pro?
I realized I basically hate eating protein. I love a good cheeseburger and wings and such when I feel like it, but eating meat multiple times a day has always been a chore to me. I get half my protein from dairy (whey, casein, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt).
Definitely a meat eater. Infact the wife is making homemade sliders right now.Eating meat is a chore? If my wife makes a meal that doesnt have meat in it i tell her thats not a meal... Thats a snack

Yeah she makes them maybe once a month. We dont get sliders often, but we do eat alot of meat. You clearly have never added up the time you spend eating each day lol. Or the amount of time chewing when you weren’t hungry to start.
That’s a treat. Maybe one meal/day can be like that, but I don’t get to eat sliders for the base of my diet![]()
Nope never have but i dont see how thats relevant lol i just love meat and feel like there should be some every mealYou clearly have never added up the time you spend eating each day lol. Or the amount of time chewing when you weren’t hungry to start.

You can’t have any pudding if you don’t eat your meat.

If i dont get atleast 40 to 50 grams of protein from some kind of meat in every meal there is something wrong its not a meal wo meat !!!!!Definitely a meat eater. Infact the wife is making homemade sliders right now.
Ok ik ur not suposed to eat pre cooked bagged stuff.....but tyson cooked chicken breast comes in breast pieces strips chunks or shreaded and its moist tastes good and man in a pinch its prety healthy and tasty.Invalid Link RemovedTry eating pre-cooked lean cheap steak multiple times a day and tell me you don’t spend more calories chewing than you are ingesting lol. Not all meat is exciting. Chicken breast especially, so damn dry even when it’s just barely grilled. I gotta lube it in half a bottle of sauce to get it down in a timely fashion without resorting to chasing bites with water.
It’s okay for you to love meat brother. I’m no vegetarian; I’m just in it for the gainz!
Mass is skyrocketing! You are going to smash many PRs this cycle I feel.

Ah man! when do you start the Winny? Oral or IM? I am psyched to give Tren and Winny a shot together. I guess it will be with Test+EQ base.Cheers bro, I know that a plateau will hit at some point but I’ve got so long left it’s really exciting me. Plus the winny is possibly the strongest compound I’m running and obviously not even close to starting it yet lol.

going great so far keep pushing
I’ve still got 5 weeks before starting 6 weeks of winny......it’s oral but im looks great. In theory it should really help with the aesthetics from a water perspective.
I really like the idea of finishing a cycle next year with winny on a test and npp run....
Hope you like PIP.
Lol, in that case I may change that plan - it’s way off next year anyway......
I can't vouch for oil base but in water it sucks. It's a fibre that is suspended not dissolved.....and I think I'm looking forward to next year as much as you.
i love oil based winny
