Wanted to do more on Machine Press and Machine Fly but the gym started getting crowded and I had to start waiting on equipment so I had to change to different equipment and to stay within my timeframe. I don't like going over 1hr to 1 1/2. I tend to cool down after that. Specially when its busy

I do need to up my cardio. I always start and then it kinda just wains out. And havent tried the one arm db press yet.

Well this week my team plays the Browns. Hopefully, the defense shows up this week. Cause last years defense definitely was not the defense on the field last week against the Bucs

They are. I love them. I set the bench just like I would be doing an incline DB press, and do the ez-bar tricep extension
 
Just wanted to put it out there. Got my DP Tbol, and Nolva in....So I got my DP Oral Ten, Tbol, Nolva, Adex, and 1 bottle of test-e, still need 3 more, and some caber or maybe I can get away with Inhibit-P for my January Run

Yeah I was planning on something like:

Week 1-2: Oral Tren 250mcg/ Test 500mg split
Week 3-4: Oral Tren 500mcg/ Test 500mg split
Week 5-7: Test 500mg split
Week 8-16: Tbol still looking into best dose/ Test 500mg

My experience with oral tren is nil. Ive run the inj twice and the sides were horrid for me.

The tbol I would start at 50 and slowly ramp up to 80-100 if you can afford it. I know its expensive and 50 is the minimum working dose worth running imo. But as is you have it laid out to run 9 weeks. Honestly id keep it to 6 weeks. You wont see much after 6 imo.

Personally I would start w tbol and finish w the tren.

Thanks I will work, that into the run. And I should have enough Tbol to run it that high. If not I could always pick up another bag
