Whisky’s test e, tbol, liquidien and winny cycle log

Day 14 - end of week 2

Feeling decent at the moment. Haven’t had any sides at all on this run so far. Feel like I’m recovering a little bit quicker as well now, made a positive decision to not push it today though, want to focus on recovery more than I normally do this cycle.

Training was arms and abs

5x10 varying grip ez bar curls (5s eccentric)

4x10 incline dB curls (my favourite bicep exercise)
S/s with standing hammers to failure

3 x Prone concentration curl drop set

5x12 Swivel bar tri push downs (tip off t nation I used today, to twist the hand at the bottom of the movement so your knuckles point to the floor, really felt that, nice variation from the rope)

4x8 close grip bench - used a axle bar just for variety

2x30 tri pull overs

5x12 cable crunches
2 mins side plank each side

Session did what I wanted without taking anything out of me for tomorrow.

Time to try and get 8 hours sleep, get that average up lol
 
Day 15

Well now, starting to heat up a bit I feel. This has been the first day I’d say I’ve felt ‘on’. Had patches up to now but I felt great today.

It was also a day of firsts

- first sub q (hcg) that’s bled a bit (I’ve been jabbing cjc dac sub q for months)

- first test jab with a longer pin, 1 1/4 23g. Not gonna lie, made me a touch nervous but touched it to the right spot on my skin, closed my eyes and planted that sucker. Sure this in my head but it felt like a better jab, nice and deep. Was smooth af, no pip at all etc

- first day of the liquidien. Rubbed onto clavicle. Felt a little tingle in my face (bit like beta alanine) along with a warmth where I applied it. Again this would have been a mental thing but it made me pumped to train.

Best training session of the cycle. Top set of back squat 5 reps at 300. Much happier with how I moved the weight and starting to get confident that within a couple of weeks my squat will be back up to where I was at the end of my last run.

Then added 10lbs to the best 2 rep on incline bench I managed the week before so happy that’s going the right way.

High hopes for the week ahead.

Pretty easy day, was busy with work anyway so a run this morning (I run most mornings - it’s getting hard with the extra 20lbs of water lol).

Chest and back hyperthropy this afternoon. Pull ups and dips, pre fatigue prone rows and machine bench, lat pull downs and press ups. All supersets. All 12-20 reps (went to failure every set pretty much).

Then smashed arms - 120 reps on bis, 120 on tris. Didn’t have long so was just banging it out. Felt decent though.

Does anyone else like looking through lists of injectables available? I’m already looking at what I might run next year lol. Fcuking love the juice. Soooo many options though, it’s almost not fair that it takes so long to try them all haha

You finally moved from training to “trenning”

Glad it’s going well. And there’s so much variety because if you do this for life you’re gonna want some options - don’t be in a rush!

I have never ran a aas cycle...legit ph's in the past but never aas-just the trt I am prescribed...too old to mess now but 10 years ago you would be tempting me!!!

I stopped lifting for a few years and even then I was still checking out eroids and planning out cycles haha I just love how creative you can get. I like being the test lab rat. Haha just have to wait a few more months and can finally put my research back to practical use!

Yep I know there’s many years but I never realised just how many options there were.....different esters, mixes, injectable and oral versions of the same compound. So much fun to be had lol

I won’t run it until I’m really going to push for a big total. When I used Tvar it was awesome, but man you have to keep your perspective on that stuff or you can ruin your personal life. The worst part is you won’t even care - you will be a calloused dinosaur, ready to f*ck or fight at the drop of a hat, & you’ll love it.

Being around the gym since I was 17. Been very tempting. Had drug test in college or I would have probably used them. All my workout partners in the past always bitched about the sides but they left me behind in strength!
 
Day 17

And the fun is starting for sure.

Tight on time so straight to the nuts and bolts of it. Top set on deadlifts 5 reps at 385. I struggled like made at 380 last week with the final rep just horrible, this week no dramas, had more in the tank easy.

I’m just sticking with the pre set overloads in the madcow program on Tuesday deadlift, mainly to make sure I’m recovering but also as I have a second deadlift day with a 2 rep max each Friday.

I’m starting to feel stronger daily now.

Very enjoyable thus far I must say.
 
She srarted on Compaxion, and then another doctor put her on Avanex...But, now she is taking Gilenya. When they did her MRI they found that she has had it for a very long time, and she never knew it. Not paying attention to the symptoms. Her's is relapsing remitting. She does stay cool, and from the research I have done, weightlifting is one of the best things for MS patients to do. But, yes they do need to stay cool. Hence why we sill live in Michigan rather than my hometown in South Louisiana.
Also she takes no stims(except 2 cups of coffee), just some BCAA's as a pre-workout as per her nerologist. She goes through her for any and all supplements that she thinks about taking.
Please tell me she is taking NAC!!!! it's results with MS is amazing!
 
Good job dude, liquiden is a bit annoying having to smear it all over your body but I felt it did help with recomp.

Cheers bro, I quite like smearing the oily substance over my body haha. I know what you mean it’s a bit of a pain but generally no great drama.
 
Day 18 - rest day, nothing happening

Day 19

So weighed this morning, I’m up 22lbs lol. Soooo much water, abs have gone but look leaner elsewhere. I don’t mind carrying water at this stage, I might increase the adex a touch (to 0.5 e2.5d) to just try and manage it as I’m assuming it has to be high e but generally no other signs.

And no sides either, feel good, not sleeping as much as normal but that’s down to a busy work life and relocating my gym. Doesn’t seem to be affecting me though.

Trained today, strength is absolutely flying back up now. Hit a triple back squat at 302.5 with no belt and no grind. Couple of weeks back and 290 felt maximal for 3. It’s still of my best but I probably had 325 for 3 in me today (sticking with my program).

The tbol will be the main part of that but the liquidien should also start to contribute around now so the next few weeks could be fun.

Bench and bent over rows the same - added weight and moved it better than last week.

Love it when a cycle gets going and really like the fact that being on for so much longer gives such a great chance to push well past previous limits.....

Lol, yeah it’s not exactly what I wanted as I know it isn’t muscle, but I’m also sure it’s not fat so when I stop the mk cjc and start winny I’m hoping it flushes off to reveal the sort of body that makes knickers drop like a bar of soap in prison showers

Yeah but it’s exactly the same as when I ran Td treat, I retain a crazy amount of water (but no other estro sides)......with the trest I probably didn’t push on as much as I should have done because mentally you think your getting fat, not making that mistake this time......

Strength still going up so definitely can’t complain. Would like to drop some of the bloat but will play that slowly with the adex.

Has to be said though. A bad day on test is still a good day lol

This happens to me every time. I try and hold it in but then run the risk of ****ting my pants.
 
My gf today after loading a 200lb Stone over a 50” bar for a minute: “Idk if I want to pass out or **** my pants more right now”

End of week 3 and slept better last night - felt better for it today.

Water is still there but seems to not be getting worse which is a result.

Training was arms and abs (everyone’s favourite session haha). Did a 30 min sprint session this morning as well.

Sets x reps
5x10 switch grip bb curl (5 wide, 5 normal)
4x12 incline dB curl s/s standing hammers to failure (same weight)
3x8 drop set single arm prone concentration curl

All the above had a set of 10 standing cable crunches inbetween each set.

5x15 swivel bar knuckle down push downs
4x8 close grip bench
2x30 cable pull overs

All the above with a set of 15 palloff press each side inbetween.

Real nice pump after that

I text my sets to myself while in the gym. So if tight on time. You always have it saved in a text message to yourself.

So jab day today. Had my first little bleeder, no squirting or anything, just a few drops of blood. No big deal, was a bit surprised if got this far without one.

Did have a chuckle to myself at the gym though. I’d left my liquidien in my bag there, I’d run out of Tbol at home (and the rest was at the gym) and my test plus hcg is always there. So I walked in and spent the first 20 mins swallowing stuff, rubbing stuff on my body, jabbing in my belly and jabbing in my ass. Pretty much every way to take sh1t was covered lol

Good training session though.

Back squat, 5 reps at 302.5 with no belt was pretty easy. Probably the best I’ve felt at that sort of weight so really encouraged to be at this stage with 3 months still to go.

Set of 5 reps at 215 on bench again felt easier than normal. That’s starting to get up to round my best for 5 (previously 225).

Added 10lbs to my best 2 rep max incline bench as well.

Training is starting to be really enjoyable.

I even thought I could see a little drop in the water today but I’ll keep an eye on that. Dosing Adex at 0.5 e2.5d currently so hoping that will help just bring it down a bit.

People walking in all the time, like:

Me: Slin pin in my upper left chest: "Hello, how is it going?"
First person: "Good, what are you doing?"
Me: "Vitamins." Getting pin out of my chest, ramming it into my left biceps.
Second person walking in: "Hello.".....

I must have looked like an over tolerant junkie, pinning me everywhere in front of the mirror, LOL.

Pmsl, I was the only one in there so I didn’t have people watching me which was better but still made me laugh. Also meant I could line it all up on the gym floor rather than using the toilets.

The second time I chuckled to myself was in the middle of a rep on an incline bench cluster and for some reason that gif of dull needle kid (@dementedcowboy and Swimfan had been commenting on that post and I’d read it just before the set) came into my head. Literally started laughing out loud and came very close to having to bail.....
