Eating everything I can.

I may pick up one more NPP and run it upwards of 600/week for additional 2 weeks(total 10 weeks)

And I’m throwing a lot of ideas around for end of year final bulk cycle:
Injectable SD or oral Anadrol?
Tren Ace?

Any ideas? I want quality gains so I can go into a cut with as much lean mass as possible, less water.
Leaning toward inj SD and Tren but open to ideas.
 
INJ SD and a fast acting insulin should put the icing on the cake as far as packing on mass. Then maybe cruise for a few weeks and introduce tren and ecay

That’s what I’m thinking. SD is hands down the gnarliest oral out there. It transforms me and puts on dense muscle more rapidly than anything. I’d use it 5x a year if I didn’t feel like absolute shyt on it. Injectable form is almost too good to be true.
 
Never mix tren and anadrol if you’re trying to keep your hematocrit from going into the stroke range. Both compounds are huge for increasing RBC. SD & Tren would be a lot safer from that perspective.

I’ve actually never ran Adrol and won’t even consider EQ for said reason. Good stuff to know brother, thank you..

I’m intrigued by inj SD...... just been looking and it’s certainly harder than anything else to find online though lol. I was think adrol for my next cycle but your making me think twice now

Just depends if you’re trying to mix it with EQ or Tren really. If not it’s probably fine.

Eq I like the sound of but was planning to run that if I decide to run a marathon.

Tren is a few cycles off for me yet. It’s one I think I’d probably try once but maybe after I have 4-5 cycles at least under my belt.

Superdrol does sound like fun and an injectable version I assume addresses some of the sides?

Ya, Mike Arnold has touted it as the best thing ever. Go on Professional Muscle and search injectable SD. It sounds so damn incredible. And no matter what the science says, I’ve used injectable orals and my liver enzymes are always better, and sides are always less pronounced. Even at higher doses

On that note, Matthersby if you take Tren, EQ or Anadrol you should consider taking Nattokinase. fueled Passion turned me on to it when I was taking Tvar. Basically said if you’re gonna blast, or just eat like an American, it’s the smart thing to do for your heart.

Helps keep you safer from clotting. He actually recommends it for almost any cycle as a safety precaution. I like Dr’s Best but there’s other brands on Amazon.

I see it at the grocery. I may need to, luckily my employer is doing a free health screening in a week so I’m going to have some labs done shortly and it’ll help me see where I’m at.

All this walking I am doing coaching is depleting my calories for the day. Trying to eat more but I feel like I am forcing myself to eat cause I still feel the previous meal. Any tips for digestion??

Apple cider vinegar 2-3X a day....you'll digest and poop like a champ :)

While we are on we like to feel "full force" 100% of the time. Surely all that moving has something to do with it. Gotta downshift a LITTLE here and there! Get some rest brotha!

Been meaning to try this. This has been brutally hard for me to get the necessary food down. Plus Kratom constipation slows it all down. Don’t even get me started on the nausea too.

Seriously probably the best thing I've done for my bodybuilding. Allows me to eat more food more frequently. Stomach clears out much faster. I dont walk around uncomfortable half the day because I've been piling food down my gullet. Plus I can eat a lot of dirty / greasy foods I haven't been able to in years without any worry. And the quality bowel movements was an unexpected benefit as well lol.

Also I picked up some real cheap fiber caps from Sam's club and that makes a world of difference. I can tell if I miss a day of either deal.

Does ACV interfere with supplement absorption? Let’s say things like multis, creatine, pro hormones, oral anabolics?

From what I've read just the opposite. By creating favorable conditions in the stomach and making the entire digestive system more efficient it actually helps. Your body will be better at absorbing nutrients in general.

I should clarify - I have no idea if it's enough of an improvement to make a big difference. But hurting the process should not be a worry whatsoever.

I’m sold. Going to pick up digestive enzymes, got ACV at the house already, and last week I added stool softener and a Shytload of Citrucel Fiber. Greek Yogurt has been helpful but I physically can’t get much more food down and I haven’t even completed the first 10 lbs yet. fcuk this Kratom shyt it’s gotta go asap too.

I’m lethargic and hoping I can recuperate this weekend and can get back into the swing of things. Barely ate yesterday and weight is dropping. Wednesday had a fantastic workout that I’m still sore from. There’s no way I can continue bulking feeling like this so any suggestions are welcome. Hoping rest will cover it, there’s no way I should be this lethargic and have this poor of appetite from Dbol. I’ve felt amazing until this week. Am I getting old?

Do you want to achieve your goals? If so, you can. All you have to do is put in the calories. It doesn’t have to be pretty - if you are losing weight, consume more calories somehow.

JM would melt a tub of full fat peanut butter with Hershey’s bars and a stick of butter into a big bowl, and people said he would eat a dozen doughnuts immediately prior to his benchpress session (which would include a few snickers bars throughout).

Nice, satay rice, lol.
Switch to white rice and pour mtc oil on it. White digests faster and the mct skips the liver pass from digestion unlike other fats.
 
This was the second to last brown but I’m on that white rice and I use a lot of coconut oil but I’ve been thinking of adding more too though.
 
If you have dextrose I really would consider sprinkling it on your white rice to improve digestion by salivation. Cinnamon is also a tasty option if you want some variety too (Lantus is already managing the blood sugar levels).

Would it have the same effect chewing up a few dextrose tabs after every few bites? I’m definitely craving sugar more after heavy meals lately too, when I’ve pinned Lantus that day.

Well Stan Efferding says he has his guys do it because the sweetness triggers more saliva, but might as well experiment - maybe that would help? The calories won’t hurt you certainly!
 
Hey brothers.

Day 17.
Yesterday was a good enough day to get back on track. There has been too much going on in my life and rather than keep making excuses, I’m working the problems out so that I can stay on track to gain the size I need. I got with my manager yesterday to take an extended lunch daily so I can get the majority of my training in. My commute is brutal and I work a fair amount and that hour is wasted 4-5 days a week. This will free me up to be able to handle the responsibilities in my life outside of work. I’m not making nearly enough progress.
Calories are needing increased as well, still barely up 7lbs but I’ll get back up to 10 by eow.
 
How you feeling on the NPP vs the trest? Maybe you should switch back?

I feel like nothing works anymore although I got a great boost in strength. I’m just gonna increase calories by an absurd amount. I know Kratom is making this difficult too with how much it slows down my bowels and irritates my stomach. I’ll see this run through, I truly believe I needed to switch compounds for a bit. It’s barely over two weeks too, so I’m betting this run is just starting to get good.
 
Are you still drinking water, or did you switch to caloric beverages only yet?

Soda, milk, juice could be an easy 1,500+ calories/day
 
Ya I may have to. Definitely switched my energy drinks to sugar ones but no soda or juice yet. Carbs gonna have to keep going up. Fcking crazy how gnarly my metabolism is this year. If I ate these kinds of calories 5 years ago I’d be so fat it would be ridiculous. Thyroid is a crazy little organ.
