MK-677 (Somatozine by MA Labs) Blood Work Attached

Hello all,

Simple lurker, but thought you guys might like some more blood work showing MK-677 result / effectiveness etc. This will be for MA Labs Somatozine. I have a good solid baseline of my IGF-1 levels. Do note I am also on TRT (2 Years), but still have my baseline from before I started along with what I am like while I am on TRT. So you guys will be seeing the whole picture. Nothing else have been ran strictly TRT + MK by MA Labs.

Right now just waiting on my RX to do blood work this week and or next week and will be about 3 weeks ish on MK-677 by the time I do that. So this is like a placed holder / info to get started. I will be doing more blood further out 3 months etc. I will do one with a week of and a week on to reset MK-677 as this will also show the peak.

I am at full dose 25mg. I take it around 5-6:30pm well before bed.

This is the baseline before starting MK-677.

Baseline = 227
4 week = 380
5 week = 244
7 week = 230

Thanks! I’m also interested to see this myself. Also a good thing knowing something is working even if it’s minor or if things are not. It’s also good to translate proper blood work / information showing this, so everyone can make an informed decision if the product is legitimate or not or hey maybe I did get a bunk product etc. So overall this going to be fun.

Updated: 09-06-2018 Bloods was done @ 6:30 am. So now we wait till next week about this day or the day after for results.

My goal or what I will be doing while on here is backing up my all claims/logs etc with blood work period. No question ask and no BS. I'd rather provide true results then just my word. So hopeful over time I can gain the reps/status of a good logger etc.

In the meantime would anyone like to see a similar log and or mini log on GW from MA Labs. As stated bloods will be included. I do have a lipids history also. Lucky enough that blood work doesn't cost me a thing, so I have access to any type of panels needed. Anywho I would start GW Friday.

Overall update on MK-67: I have no hunger problems, no bloating per say, but maybe a tab puffy on lower stomach/waist. Sleep been great, and pumps once or twice have been little to crazy in the gym especially when I am carb heavy. So far all is good, but I do sit high on my IGF-1 levels and if you factor in the Z-Score it's even better. So for me I may not notice benefits of higher levels, but the benefits will be there. Hope this make sense.

cool, thanks brother Admin_Error looking forward to results! thanks for taking a baseline which reveals 227ng/ml.

I just had bloodwork done today after being on mk677 25mg a morning for 6 months now, and will post my results in my similar thread on Wed of next week. I took a baseline too 6 months ago, and then mk677 bloods 2 weeks later. I have also done a 4iu chinese pharm grade hgh blood in the past so i could compare everything.I pay around $69 per igf-1 test.
 
I went through your thread while back and ever now and I pop in to catch up on any new post. Very good thread! $69 Is a bit much for IGF-1 test, you can get much better price elsewhere. It cost $30 for that same test via Defy Medical; I do believe you don't need to be a patient to get blood work rx from them.. Doesn't hurt to contact them to see about the blood work or view there stuff from there online store for blood work. This goes for anyone needing blood work.

Have you considered testing your (IGFBP-1, 2 & 3) Growth Hormone & IGF-2? I think it important to view the whole picture, but I do know blood work testing can get a bit pricey! My last one about 3 weeks ago about was more then 4k!, but as noted this stuff covered by my health insurance.

This upcoming result will be including Growth Hormone, while I don't have a baseline for that one, it's going to be neat to see the numbers on that.

Unfortunately my insurance sucks with it's $3000 deductible, but at least I am able to put the igf-1 costs on my health card which has a $900 balance each year. But I totally love all the tests you are doing.
 
Little mini update: Everything still good. Working on some left shoulder impingement. Right now I’ve been doing a caloric deficit for the past week or two. Keeping tract of that via carb manager and doing a reasonably cut of 1lbs a week (may do a bit more on the last leg). All my macros etc are what works for me and ever now and then I do make tad tweaks. Down .8 lbs so far. Goal 180-190 from about 205 just enough to trim up a bit for this month and then back to 225 slowly over time.

Also starting the GW from MA labs on Friday @ 20mg so about half way throughout that I will post bloods from before and after all at one time in regards to GW on a new thread.

MK-677 still giving me good sleep, not noticing any hunger problems, lethargy etc. I will try and comment more on visual changes when I’m a bit farther in like 3 months. Next test will include Growth Hormone Binding Protein (GH-BP) but there will be no baseline for that one. So this one will be good to see in general where I sit lvl wise on that one. Reference range for that is 400-4260 pmol/L.

If there are any question just ask. I’ll do my best to answer.

Cool! I’m defo thinking of getting some to try and help reverse a few grey hairs I have. And obviously other things too
 
Update in general. MK so far is good stuff. Pretty impressed with the 153 point increase @25mg a day. Literally few more caps and I’m onto my second bottle! If I keep the 153 point gain or even more for 6 months then that’s saying a lot. Weight right now weight all over the place. Fat I think is really losing up, just need to start cardio and I should have no problem melting fat away. Think I am now starting to see overall change. Sleep still good etc. Really looking forward to the longer months while on when things should really start to shine.
 
So I deiced either this month, but mostly with in two I will be adding in CJC-1295 with DAC to complement my MK-677. After my research these two go hand & hand with a synergy effect. My goal in adding CJC-1295 with DAC is to bring up my GH level to become more optimal. Right now my GH is 0.1 ng/mL if I can gain a 4-6 ng/mL I would be happy. Not looking for super physiological levels, but just the benefits of being more optimal in general.

CJC-1295 with DAC will be dose at the full 2mg a week split. Would start with 1mg to assets tolerance and or problems. Would be ran 6 weeks, followed by blood work. Then after that CJC-1295 with DAC will be use indeterminately off & on since within a couple of weeks GH & IGF-1 will become peak, so from that point forward I will continue receiving its full benefits while saving money.

MK-677 dosing will stay @ 25mg. Like to run MK for a full year at that dosing; so that my goal. If funds get tight then I can drop down to 12.5mg to extend to an extra full month or shift my budget around etc. Blood work will still continue throughout this whole process!

If anyone looking at MA Labs MK-677 I can legit say its 110% gtg! Just look at my baseline and the after results. If funds allow it by all means don't be afraid to purchase! Mike Arnold all I can say is your products are potent. :)

Update: Last week for the first time in 10 years finally had a tab bit of cold/flu which only lasted for 2 days, but left me with some sinus problems so at the moment on some antibiotics for 5 days, stuff works fast. Going to take this week off of my MK-677. Focusing on recovery this week and got a very busy work schedule so will be taking a pause on the gym.

Made some small tweaks to my trt etc, but I don't need to go into detail. Will be doing another round of bloods etc in the morning since I am officially 1 full month in, but I also need to test for a few other things.. I will be picking up the cjc 1295 w/dac this week along with some normal MK-677 without any extra stuff in it all from the same company. So I may be off longer on the MK-677 like 2 weeks.

So once I get the order in I will be doing the cjc 1295 w/dac (4 weeks on) + MK-677 along with my trt that I am on. This going to be fun to see how crazy things get with cjc! If cjc really give me a huge boost, I will be adding it off and on. As normal blood work will follow on that to.

There a good chance I may have read ever thread on mk + cjc among other things, as I always do my research and ask question etc behind the scenes.. Anyways look forward to the information.

Update: Last Thursday I picked up my cjc 1295 w/dac, ghrp-2, and some more MK-677. Will probably be mid time next week before I get my order, then I will start. Did not do my blood last week; change in plans. My sinus stuff all gone or whatever I had so I am now back to normal!

Did hit the gym today and my strength is up for sure. Blood pressure is a tad in the high normal range, which is not normal for me. I will be keeping track of that. Will actual get my blood work done on Monday.

Once the goodies come in I will start the cjc 1295 w/dac + MK-677 the ghrp-2 may be added to this, but most likely will be used after my cjc 1295 w/dac and will replace the cjc 1295 w/dac as the cjc 1295 w/dac will only be used intermittently.

All in all stay tuned.
 
All my goodies came in today! I already started cjc 1295 w/ dac and I decided to add the ghrp-2 once daily @ 300mcg morning to start (No need to be a pincushion). Hopefully next week blood work start coming in so I can post just MK result about 5 weeks in.

It's kinda crazy on the IGF-1 loss, 3 days off in a row to recovery from a sickness, then I started liquid MK instead of the caps. I will be retesting on 22nd of this month. This will put me @ 7 weeks in, but for that test I am also on cjc w/dac & ghrp-2. So results should be better overall. Will be going back to pill form of MK once I am done with the liquid due to the convenience factor. Will be dropping the ghrp-2 later on as I am just playing with this atm.

wow, that is a crazy drop!

I wonder if the antibiotics had an effect on your IGF1, etc ?
 
I don't trust liquids. The stuff comes in a powder to begin with. Making it liquid could cause it to spoil. Perhaps that's why your capsule results are better.

From what I'm getting off this... MA Research somatozine caps solo are better than liquid mk combined with ghrps.

some time off + being sick etc can effect hormones. Not going to dive into the details, that would be for another thread. Yes it was a drop.

There is no difference between liquid & caps.. Combining either liquid and or caps with ghrps is way better then mk-677 solo.

Now to those who are following. I did stop the CJC w/DAC along with the GHRP. I was only on it for a week ish, but it become to much for me so I stop altogether last week. It was putting me back it to the higher blood pressure, lethargy was definitely there along with other random funkiness to. Took few odd days of the MK677 to, not a full stop on that just a mini pause here and there.

I was supposed to do bloods last week, but I did them today. These results should be ok, but I don't expect much. My mk677 pills comes in-today so I will be back on those due to the convince factor. So In back to just mk677 + my trt for now. More bloods will follow in 2 months. At the 2 months mark think that puts me @ 4 months in.

Since I have a source now for HGH I may run that every other month, but that a little bit longer down the road.

IGF-1: 230 - Way to low. barley above my baseline.

IGFBP 1: 6 +1 point

GH 0.1 (Came back negative)

Growth Hormone binding protein: Close to 2500. This is good.

The rest are pretty much the same from below.

Here are my thoughts I need to hit the rest button. I think my hormones right now specifically my estrogen and a few smaller things greatly effecting my results and I need to get those in check.. Even with a feedback loop I should be @ +100 above my baseline. Right now I am barley above my baseline.

I do have a dr consolation Monday for my trt. Going over a few thing with him. So right now after today think its best for me to stop my mk-677. Get my stuff back in check, do blood work to make sure I am. Then restart my mk-677. Expect a 2 month break min completely. I will still be active etc on here.

Update: The problem with me is any type of Thyroid problem does effect IGF-1 levels, never had problems per say with me, but recently my reverse T3 has been slowly climbing which is not normal for me.

Once I correct my problems I will re-run, I don't believe I have a bunk product either is just that Thyroid issue does cause IGF-1 problems. Once I correct my issues then I can reevaluate the mk-677 to see if that batch is bunk or not.

Thanks for posting this mate it’s really been a good learning curve with facts rather opinions both from you and tregar ,I’m thinking maybe running on training days 3/4 days a week would be more beneficial

I would run everyday. The problem with me is any type of Thyroid problem does effect IGF-1 levels, never had problem per say with me, but recently my reverse T3 has been slowly climbing which is not normal for me. So for you there is more benefits to run everyday.

Not sure if you saw the part, but my revers T3 has been climbing and Thyroid problems effects IGF levels. It would be great if your able to do a thyroid panel to compare with me. At least your well above your baseline!

But my reverse T3 not super high either (30) im usually 17-20, so for it to effect IGF levels like that then its crazy! Or I have an under-dose / bunk mk-677 this go around. This should not be the case, but only more test later on once I correct a few things will tell if my mk-677 is indeed under-dose or bunk.
 
Is MA labs located in the USA? Thinking about placing an order after seeing this thread! How long should somatozine be ran for?
