Intro:
Hello all. I have been reading threads here for a while but just recently created a profile. After much consideration, I have decided to run my first PH Cycle in the coming weeks. I've tried to learn as much as I can before posting this, but I was hoping to get some feedback on my plan from some of the seasoned pros.
Background:
I am a 27 year old man. I have been working out in some form, on and off, since I was a teenager. I've somewhat recently shifted my focus back to weightlifting.
My lifting routine is built around what I consider to be essential compound lifts: squats, dead lifts, bench press, bent over rows, standing overhead press, pull-ups, and dips. My personal goals are more targeted towards strength and performance rather than aesthetics.
Tentative PH Cycle Plan:
Cycle:
-HT 1-Testosterone (1-androstene-3b-ol-17-one) 220 mg/day for six weeks. (I know it is not literally 1-Testosterone but a brand name)
-Ar1macare Pro by Olympus Labs at the recommended dose
PCT:
-Tamoxifen Citrate RC (Nolvadex) for four weeks at 20/20/10/10. (The source is a sponsor, not sure if I'm allowed to post it)
- Sup3r PCT by Olympus Labs at recommended dose
My Questions/Concerns:
- Am I missing any critical components?
- I am aware that the consensus on this PH seems to be 330 mg/day to mimic the results of the infamous study. I thought it may be smarter to use
the recommended dose as this is my first cycle. Is that notion misguided?
- I understand that a SERM is essential in PCT, but is an AI as critical for a cycle like this?
- I have read that 1-Testosterone can cause serious lethargy and kill libido. Lethargy sucks but prolonged lack of libido is a deal breaker as I am a
married man. Does anybody have any recommendations to combat this?
- Does anybody have any feedback, suggestions, advice, tips, etc. for a first time PH user?
