Didn't get it before hand, so probably not. I should've though. I'll definitely be running this again at some point, so I'll do them pre and post then most likely.

Weekly update. Went up to 70mg on Wednesday and quickly discovered 70 is not for me lol I got shin pumps from a light job and my quads and glutes were sore for the rest of the day. Got back pumps from walking. Dropped back down to 50 today, because I had no sides there and hadn't felt diminished returns. Whether or not I will now because I've been above 50 for a while, we'll see. Finished my first bottle of tore, and I can say it is not.labeled correctly. The way I was taking it should've lasted 60 days, only lasted 39. If you want the brand of the tore I'm taking PM me. I honestly don't mind because it's working like a charm, but I'm just glad I bought two bottles.

IME, var produced virtually crippling pumps in my forearms, when I got overzealous with dosages.
I remember being at work, shoveling/spreading stone for a walkway and the pain in my forearms was unreal.
I think I was pushing upwards of 80mg var with 500mg test e back than; sweet spot of var IME is indeed a max of 50mg ED.
I will say that running var without test, for almost 2 months, is going to hurt your cycle recovery.
Tor or not, I'd say cut the var out now; 30 day cycles of orals is more than adequate.

I also tried 75mg with 500 test. 75 was to much. Couldn't runn, got cramps, big night sweats... 50 is also the sweet spot for me.
Re 30 days: imo that's not enough. Var is light and slow, also not much stress on liver. So 8 weeks is imo a nice time frame for var.
I still get frustrated when people take sarms like ostarine for example for 12 weeks. And that stuff is 100x more hepatotoxic then var...

Yeah, I took 50 mg today and I feel fantastic. Even 60mgs was getting rough.

Since I’m 10-15 kilos heavier and semi ripped (12%bf) I might need a bigger dose, or what you think?

Huh you can always start with a lower dose ie. 50 and get used to that in a weeks time and then up the dose to 75 and stay at it for a week or more if it's ok.
One thing is wheight but a completely different thing is pharmacokinetics. You might metabolise var more or less effectively then me and it also might have a different effect all together so no way to know.
I notice the effects of var quite quickly, so it's easy to addjust the dose.

Yeah I actually can't feel the effects of var within the first 2 days of taking it. The first day I took 70 I felt terrible
