Today I got me a nice hamstring tear. My first. Lets group hug.
 
shoulder is slightly more mobile however there is a sore neck muscle that has developed and is part of the same issue rearing its ugly head... I don't like the timing but what can I do.. I plan to try legs and just stay on all machines in the morning.. I will report how it goes if it happens at all.

I made it in today for a bout of chest and arms.. my shoulder was feeling better today, unfortunately, my shoulder didn't want to cooperate to well..

after my warm up I started to up the weights.. but by the time I got to about 225 incline I couldn't bear any more on my shoulder.. it was a real struggle to get 3 sets of 8 mostly because I had to go so slow to not be in pain.. that's a lot of weight when your concentric portion of the lift is 4-6 seconds.. all in all I did a lot less volume today but really tried to nail my form and focus.

didn't do much in the way of cardio because I ran into one of my clients during my warm up and some dude stole my ride while I chatted her up.. I even had to grab my phone, towel and drink of the damn thing~

that made me mad enough that I didn't do any cardio after the lift sesh.

When I had my supra spinatus tear, I switched to DB hex press and pull overs, avoiding any other presses for about 6-7 month. DB press, when holding palms almost facing each other also work. I also did a sh1tload of rehab cable exercises.

its interesting you bring that up, as an auxiliary lift I did a couple of sets of what I like to call incline 21's
I did regular DB incline presses for 7 followed with palms facing each other for 7 and finished with hex presses for 7 no rest between.
wasn't much relief but I figured I would at least run through a couple variables to discern weather or not I could do any pressing in place of the usual stuffs

Every thing got better when I was able again to do push ups (not with elbows out!). Doing them elevated substituted bench press completely, because after 6-7 month, only doing push ups (HGP way, like lowering 4 sec. and other masochistic variations), I was able to bench my own BW x10, without ever having tried before.
 
update: weight @ 209 lbs. super hot this week and working on a school four months behind schedule and we are there to make it happen.. 400+ cabinets in 7 days ? you don't need no gym to get swole... these fukers are heavy too so im actually finding it hard to recover in the heat.

food has been hit or miss out of town.. but keeping the calories lower than usual to offset the unseen cals.

tons and tons of water + potassium pills on the daily.
 
missed an update for Tuesday..
was chest and bicep feeder..

was a good work out but now that im getting fairly lean I can feel my strength getting a little weakened..

only did 15 mins on cardio for 175 cals.

today will be back and triceps.
 
swapped ticeps for biceps... o and my back sesh was bomb!

again only 15 mins cardio.. 163 cals burnt.

biceps were swole as faurk, with major veinage,

I do it on a squatting smith machine.. one with a slight pitch or lean to it... I stand infront of it so the angle is going away from my back.. it also requires you to forcibly contract the forearms.. this keeps the bar just off your ass and allows for a good pull. I didn't have straps to go heavier, though I could have held onto more in the conventional style shrug to the front.

today was legs with a short bicep feeder

**** went down on the HS seated leg press. that one in our gym is the old ancient version with a single platform so its not isolateral.

started low.. 2 plates and 2 quarters... worked up to 490 not including the sled weight. so not sure what the total was but that was a tough set to 8...
started the strip down and finished at the OG weight.

DB split squats. 3 sets 60lbs

Romanian DB SLDLs worked up to 110

seated donkey calf raises 3 sets

15 mins cardio today.. 153 cals prior to lifting.
 
Research update:
ive dropped the SR9009.. rather I ran out and wont be re upping this.

Ive increased the test dose t0 400mgs per week

I used all the trest ace I had so I am upping the trest e to 375mgs

upped the winstrol to 50 mgs

upped the Mtrendiol to 3 mcgs pre wo

dropped the anastrozol to .5 mgs per day

stopped the t3 for a couple weeks.

this would be the last month of research, but im thinking about blasting 4 more weeks after this.. which would pput me at 20 weeks total.. I have my sides reigned in and feel pretty good.. my BP is pretty high but I have meds for it I would just take it.
 
Arms today

had to get it done real quick.. 15 min warm up

almost all cables today.. I literally grabbed a functional trainer and went at it.. after the bicep and tricep trashing there, I went to the band machines then performed machine dips and preacher curls~

good stretch on the skin today..

ran the clock up another 15 mins on the cardio ... todays total cardio cals burnt= 239
 
heh, yep. however I am not sure of its actual place here as it may or may not have a desirable effect upon my test subject. I don't prescribe to the whole don't use more than one 19 nor at a time thing. I have several studies using multples including tren/trest/dien and other various combos with no deleterious effects including recent bloods showing very good balance considering.



You have a study with dien??? Please post a link.

ok so I am down to the final moments of my 20 week research session. that's it.. its all but over...

im quite happy to announce, I have been asked to beta test Eclipse by Apex Alchemy. it is a OTC AI prep that has anti-inflammation properties.

its got a spray applicator and with my research protocol it will surely tell us if its a worthy entry into the supplement market.

there will be about 2 more shots with about 5-6 days of winstrol left... after that I plan to wind back down into a cruise. I almost made it too 205.. I would say about 12% BF.. even though I still hold some under my chest and a bit on the lower back that make it seem like more, but ive got good vascularity including that which is showing in my legs now too..i could easily starve it out, and get down to 205.. Im literally 5 lbs away, and feel like im happy with my results.. I will continue to update this log as I cruise it out a bit with this new AI ..
 
ive noticed a dip in the ability to get a wood at this point.. my sex drive is lowish and staying power is now lessened.

BP is high. will need to clean up my medical needs over the next few weeks.

I will keep updating on this issue.

oddly enough.. I'm sore this morning.. my chest is tight. this usually doesn't happen when I'm on trest.. My body has finally had enough.

second to last shot for this research round going down right meow.. the Eclipse AI seems to be working.. I haven't taken any anastrozol in a week. by the time the new AI showed up, my nips were good and itchy. seems to be in check now so I have high hopes on this one.

today is going to be legs. preparing now for the abuse I'm about to endure.
