Well that’s one way to put it:

The coup-de-grace is the fact that when they're done benching everyone's best squat, those guys also tend to roll out of the gym with the hottest girl anyone's ever seen.

Yes, those hot girls do like a big dude to escort them to their cars where their much smaller "hollywood fit" boyfriends are waiting to take them home..

I'll give this routine a go for the hell of it. 6 weeks isn't too long. I've been training a couple years so I don't expect to add an inch to my arms. My current arm routine already calls for a ton of volume (32 sets twice a week) always supersetted so I certainly won't have to get used to the volume.
 
I am going to give this routine a go as well, why not... I just finished John Meadows 6 week program about two weeks ago. Need to give my joints a break and then I'm going to give it a run. If I gain anything on my arms I will be happy.
