BIO ATP®...developed by Patrick Arnold

Just wanted to update you all on my experience with BIO ATP after 4 workouts with it...
So aside from the fact that they are selling this without Patrick Arnold’s permission (which I was unaware of until after I purchased two bottles) I must say I am absolutely loving this stud!!!
The first two times I took BIO ATP I took two caps (500mg total) 20-30 minutes before my workout. Those first two workouts I was so vasodilates that I could barely bend my limbs. I decided to up the dosage to 3 caps (750mg) 20-30 mintutes prior to my last two workouts on it and not only were people coming up to me in the gym asking what the hell I was on (my vascularity was out of this world) but I was also increasing my reps and adding 5-10lbs to all my exercises. All I have to say is I’m loving this stuff and I’m so happy I have two bottles on hand....
Sadly I will not be buying more though since I respect Patrick Arnold and I don’t want to give money to a company that is basically stealing from him.

Glad you are liking it but beginning to wonder if this is spiked. I don't know much about this company and they have already proven shady with their marketing tactics. Just saying..

Right because no one in the business has ever used Patrick Arnold’s name to sell a product? Lol the whole ****ing industry is shady. Every company has done something shady at one point. Hell even SNS sells tribulus knowing that it does nothing. Even reps have agreed they just sell it because people buy it. Many companies do this. No one else sells TAA caps. No one. If PA didn’t stop making it I’d buy it from him but he stopped making it for some reason

I tried PA's TAA caps. I even still have some of the powder left. These caps are supposedly dosed the same and I was taking up to 5 preworkout. I noticed some pump and endurance effects but nothing crazy.

You are ok spraying 50x per application? Are your fingers really muscular? :) That would get old I think for me.
Wouldn't a gel contain more product and be easier to apply?

This is the thing for me, everyone seems to want as much put into a carrier as possible, but this seems counter productive to me. I actually want more carrier and less active. The trick is getting it through the skin, right? If I just run active compounds on my skin with 0 carrier, barely any will get through. If I have a carrier that penetrates well and it has to carry a small amount of active ingredient through, it should be able to do it and will have an easier time because it will have more skin coverage/more surface area to penetrate. So, ideally, there is a mix between those two extremes where I have enough carrier to get sufficient surface area to maximize delivery while providing as much active as possible. Saturating the carrier is unlikely this point because it is as close to rubbing raw ingredients on your skin as you can get before you actually are rubbing raw ingredients on your skin.

This is why I always thought PA used such big bottles. It looks like he sometimes has as much as 240 ml in a bottle for 4-5 g of actives. This is double the volume of most other companies or more.

Maybe there is another way of looking at it that I am missing?

I never said I wanted less carrier, on the contrary, I just don't want to press a pump 50x twice per day. That's why I mentioned a gel. By all means, let's have more carrier in a gel you can rub on more surface area. MuscleGelz comes to mind along with BPS Androcrine and BLR Exotherm which is fantastic.

Haha, gotcha. 50x is a pain...but not as bad as it seems. It's been a bit since I've used any of his stuff though ...maybe I just don't remember now.

I am taking 3 caps(750mg) 30 min prior to my workout on an empty stomach. Then while I’m working out I drink 25 grams Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin with an EEA blend of:
Leucine 3,500mg
Phenylalanine 1,400mg
Lysine 1,200mg
Valine 1,000mg
Threonine 1,000mg
Isoleucine 800mg
Histidine 800mg
Methionine 300mg
Tryptophan 50mg
I was always drinking my (HBCD and EEAs) even before adding in BIO ATP so I know the BIO ATP is what’s making the difference

Well $59.99 for a 40 capsule bottle is making the difference, mostly in your pocket with that dosing! ;)

$120 for a 30 day supply of one supplement. If you have 13.3 days per bottle dosing 3 caps. (Not including shipping)
Assumed you take a day off per week.

Hahaha yes its not cheap but I’m always willing to pay more for something that works and or is high quality.
For instance I make my own preworkout (I’m currently NOT on it because I’m taking a stim break for 4 weeks) and it ends up costing me well over $125 to make once I add in all my ingredient...but to me its worth it because I get a workout like no other. Insane tunnel vision, endless energy etc... basically I’d rather pay for something that works (for me) then try to get a bargain and it not working or being of lesser quality. Thats just me though

Any updates

Yes, I’m on my second bottle dosing 4 caps (1,000mg) 20 min prior to my workout and this stuff is off the charts! My vascularity is at a new level. Aside from the aesthetics, I have increased my numbers in all my exercises (more so in my squat and deadlift) but also in my Lat down, bench press, bent over rows, and standing overhead barbell press. This stiff is worth every penny

There have been two (that i can think of) oral atp studies that have shown gym relevant benefits to supplementation. The first was at about 250mg and only found 1 parameter out of 3 that improved. This one went with 400mg 30 minutes pre heavy lifting and found some pretty cool stuff -

Sadly, it's 'pay to read' - but im pretty sure they didn't use some fancy "more bioavaiable" atp. Probably just 400mg of PEAK-ATP or something - which is fairly cheap at 1 cap per workout. Take it 30 min pre and start with your heaviest training that day.

The bioavailability isn’t really the issue it’s the incredibly short half-life of the compound that makes it run it’s course in minutes. Pats TAA has a much improved half life which makes it much more effective
