If youre afraid of the side effects of Clen do not go anywhere near DNP as it can kill you much more easily than Clen ESPECIALLY if you don’t know what you’re doing

Going on low carb that max 100 grams a day and more fat and protein 220 gram per day

If your seriously considering trying dnp DO NOT just ask around here. Take your time and do some real hardcore research on the drug. It is a crazy tool but it comes with serious side effects as blockbuilder says. I could be wrong, but I don't believe anxiety is an issue with dnp like it is with clen. It will raise your core body temp to the point where your getting rid of fat at a profound rate. There are stories of people taking too much and taking themselves to the hospital. All the docs can do is try to make you comfortable- they have no way to get it out of your system.

Awesome tool but to many not worth the risks. I think you can take it responsibly and reap the rewards but there is 0 room for error....plus it will probably make you feel like sh!t in it's own way
 
Low intensity cardio 20 minutes a day works for me. You can adjust it from there. Once you dial it in and your in the "zone" you just inherently know what you need to do for that day. Many times I adjust my cardio for the day on what I eat at lunch. It becomes second nature. The problem is you havent found that spot yet. You will but you need to go looking for it. Its not going to magically appear. Start with X amount of cardio every day and then adjust. Sure drugs will help but without diet and small deficit your not going to get ripped. Drugs are not needed and you cant take them forever.
 
Neither winstrol or anavar burns fat. They increase metabolic rate while in deficit.

The more muscles the more energy burned, both these drugs preserves muscle which means more calories burned.

And yes winstrol dries you out while anavar causes intramuscular water retention. There really isn't any comparison between these two but for sure someone will disagree but no there's no comparison.

And any fatburner like clen dnp etc are obviously more effective but not much cause they also increase metabolic rate but the steroids builds way more muscle which in the end can be more pleasing.

I have almost 3 years of experience, exclusively in abs development and tried everything imaginable.

I still can't see my abs.
Conclusion:
There are no abs. Its an illusion.

As cardio is only for girls, I'm not giving it too much credit.

Except there are studies on non-exercising/dieting human subjects demonstrating that oxandrolone does reduce adipose tissue, particularly in the midsection.

That it reduce fat in the midsection in middle age men doesn't mean its a fat burner. It helps burn fat but it doesn't directly target fat cells.

Lol I feel you bro. I've just always been in shape and my diet was never a problem. I understand to get this last little bit of fat I do need to take it a step higher. I'm going to give that app a try, never heard of it.
 
You’re looking a lot bigger than 160 lbs right now.

Cycling was mentioned and I agree with that guy. You could burn more calories by doing cardio activities that you actually enjoy. Ride bike, swim, play pickup basketball, whatever. It doesn’t have to be running on the treadmill. That sh1t is so monotonous.

If your so curious about winnie then what’s holding you back from trying it?

Thanks bro. I'm only 5'6... I think I'm roughly 14% BF give or take. Some days the abs pop through but 80% is just an outline. My buddy runs Winny once a year and says it ruins his hairline more than anything else. I'm going to run it, just need to bite the bullet. I could use the drying out effect.

Ahh, okay. I think 160 lbs is a good weight at that height.

I’ve heard the same thing about winnie being harsh on the hairline. Do you have the mpb gene? Supposedly at least 25% of men start balding by age 35 anyway. Of course you don’t want to speed it up with drugs though.

I’m only 25 and I’m pretty sure I’ll be bald by 28-30 regardless of whether I use anabolics or not. It happens around that age to all the men in my family so I’m sure it’ll happen to me. I look forward to going bald so that way I don’t have to be afraid of going bald anymore haha.

Lol so I'm full Italian and have had the thickest fullest head of hair ever. Been cycling on and off since I was 22 (33 yrs now). Once I started messing around with DHT based compounds, the crown on each side by my temples started thinning out. Noticed it around age 28...it hasn't gotten any worse since then but I'm definitely thinning out...to the point I'm self conscious. Nobody in my family is bald mind you. So yes, the juice has done it to me.. 100%
 
And I think Stano was the main culprit. So if Stano is structurally similar to Winni...that's why it scares me so much. Lol
 
Well they say it can’t make you go bald if you don’t have the mpb gene so you must have it. But people have it to varying degrees. You might have a light case of it, where if you avoid DHT based roids it might take you 40 years to bald. I, on the other hand, have it full blast. It’ll probably start and end for me in a period of 3 years. I wouldn’t take any drugs to combat it either. If you purposely tank your DHT to save your hairline then you just end up having new problems, like ED.

And winstrol is stanozolol.
 
Low-dose anavar for a long time is the best way to end up with permanent abs. Anavar has been clinically shown to burn off abdominal fat in relation to everything else. As a matter of fact, it's even been shown to exhibit apoptosis in abdominal fat, which is(to my knowledge) literally the only substance in existence that has ever demonstrated this.

Dude, I'm half Italian and I'm the total opposite of you haha. Never had thick hair on my head, but man it's thick everywhere else lol. It started to thin on the crown in my early 20's. I'm 28 now, and it's pretty noticeable now. My dad was almost bald, and I don't know if my years of sex/fapping expedited the thinning process but I recently decided to buzz all my hair off and now people don't notice my hair loss as much. Plus it feels so much better and I can grow a pretty awesome beard to go along with the buzz cut too. I'm also trying Rogaine for the first time ever tomorrow and I know some people who swear by it so if it can truly preserve and even regrow the part that's thinning, I'd be stoked. If not, oh well. At least I will have tried and I'll still look good without much hair regardless. Not everyone can say the same thing.

I know you're being sarcastic, but I do wish hair loss was better understood in the AAS community.

So many people ask "Can propecia prevent hair loss from X steroid?" and the answer with the sole exception of testosterone is no. Finasteride/Dutasteride only prevent free testosterone from converting to DHT. They do nothing to DHT in the system. So they don't do one thing about DBol, Tren, Winstrol, etc hair loss.

But there are hair-safe steroids. Namely TBol and Anavar. Though Anavar is a derivative of DHT... it just... doesn't cause hair loss for seemingly magical reasons. I don't think anyone can really explain why Var doesn't cause hair loss. It just... doesn't. And the hair loss that will come from testosterone can be controlled with dutasteride(which inhibits up to 95% of DHT),

So a hair safe stack can be test+var; or test+tbol. While using Dutasteride to prevent loss from testosterone.

For the 10% of guys who look good bald - awesome. Go stack Tren with Masteron. But there are other options for the guys who will look more like Rick Scott than Dwayne Johnson.

For sure. I find 10-20mg is plenty during a recomp or cut. And its so damn forgiving (cutting without it usually means I have to be much more rigorous with monitoring kcals).

I’m not being sarcastic but I see why it came off that way. I don’t think you can guarantee that var doesn’t cause hair loss in everyone. I’m on lgd and technically sarms shouldn’t cause hair loss but I swear I’m shedding more than usual by quite a bit. I think messing with your hormones in anyway could potentially cause hair loss.

LGD causes your free testosterone levels to rise by 50% over baseline. Free testosterone is what leads to DHT. So LGD elevates your DHT levels significantly. However, it does so in a way that Finasteride/Dutasteride could prevent.

And if you're stacking LGD with Creatine or a DHEA based cream as often suggested for LGD runs, it will be even worse. DHEA is toxic to MPB prone hair. LGD+Creatine can have a similar hair loss effect to running 350mg of test-e.

As for Var causing hair loss... it does in very rare cases. But it appears to be TE instead of permanent.
 
Stano is winstrol and no.. No steroid directly targets fat cells and I have no idea why some people are insisting on that. Both var and winstrol are great to burn fat with they are not fat burners.

If you lose hair on var you're extremely sensitive cause it's one of the least androgenic compounds out there.

You're right it shouldn't be possible since even while being androgenic they don't attach to the same androgenic receptors as aas. It literally goes against science

Haha bro, buzzing my own hair felt like a challenge. I don't know how I'd feel about shaving it all off now lol. As it currently stands, it's not too far gone yet. Fortunately for me I was given a 3 month supply of Rogaine for free so if I don't see any real difference by October, then I will shave it off for good and embrace the new me like you said. No harm in trying things...well some things at least once, you know?
 
Started shaving my 3yrs ago and I do not regret it. So much less hassle and worry gone. Just like once a week I run over my head with clippers and blam hair done, lol.

At this point, to me, its just semantics (sorry science).

If adipose tissue reduces without having to also change diet/exercise, its a fatburner. The specifics of the MoA are somewhat irrelevant to the endpoint results, from a pragmatic point of view at least.

Now you’re scaring the sh1t out of me. I’m on 22mg of lgd and 4 pumps of dermacrine. Dermacrine is supposed to have something that helps reduce the risk of shedding hair. But I think it works by stopping the conversion of free test to DHT.

Yeah man you might as well try and see if it works. It’s going to be strange when I first shave my head. My hair is as blonde as possible and I wore it long for most of my life. People definitely identify me partially by my hair. Strangers on the street often make comments, usually calling me Thor, hence my AM name.

But if you ever looked at studies/surveys about how people perceive bald men, there’s some interesting findings. They’re seen as more mature, dominant, masculine. They get more promotions at work. People overestimate their height by an average of 2 inches. Those are some of the things I remember the article I read saying. If you throw a grizzly beard into the mix then it will make you look even more like a boss.

Well, my measures are endpoint results and reliability. Var reduces my stomach fat much more reliably (ie in wider dietary contexts) than any other steroid, remarkably so.

The researchers even discussed this very point. I wont pretend to understand lipolysis and whatnot, but I wouldnt think it contentious to claim var is anecdotally and scientifically much more a fatburner than test, deca, EQ, mast, etc.

Yeah but mast is horrible if you're not stacking it. The rest are definitely good during longer cycles But if we're talking winstrol primo tren etc it's another level and none directly targets fat cells that's all
