I haven't peed standing up in the middle of the night since listening to this... LMAO!!! I definitely fall back asleep more easily now!!!!

Haha I'm only partially joking. When i was experimenting with parmi, for obvious reasons ;), there was a day I needed to do a lot of studying so I took some dexedrine. Carbs at max 100gr/d, often only half of it. Protein at 180-190gr/d . Total cals 2500 kcal/d. Only fat source from eggs and whole milk.
Making the best progress ever experienced on a cycle. Progress pics on Saturday.

Smith machine squats? Seems as that would be harder on your knees, as it would not allow for natural/proper pelvic hinge. Thus throwing the knees more forward. Which could cause some damage.

Placing feet a bit off center to the front, knees don't get over toes this way. Had bad knee pain last time after regular squats.

Agree, but when I reduced carbs to even 100 g per day, I felt flu like symptoms. Electrolytes were the solution.

Meh... I wouldn't be so sure you aren't going into ketosis. You have a lot of muscle man, the average person needs to be below 50g a day, but you have far more muscle than the average person... You could be going into ketosis with 100g + of carbs a day.

Yeah electrolytes is one of the things people forget when they go low carbs. YOu start to flush then dehydrate quickly without the carbs to help hold the water in. However there is definitely still a lag in switching from carbs to keto as far as becoming efficient enough at burning fat to supply the energy needs but that is not something I would refer to as Keto flu either. I guess I am lucky to have not had Keto flu, just lower energy levels. I tend to eat salted nuts when in low carb / keto so it helps with sodium and potassium levels from the jump so that could by why I have never had keto flu.

You're telling me, Ive done and still do some stupid stuff for puzzy! Honestly kind of tired of it though, and a bit of and old man, as I rather just have a good girl to go home to than try to slay nightly. Even if I'm not getting tons my sex drive is way less when I'm with someone I truly care about. Now I could still bang it out 3 times a day if they want, but I could as go once or twice a week if that's what they want.

I have a bodybuilder buddy who is 250 in the off season and he tests with keto strips and gets in ketosis around 150-200g of carbs a day.

Actually I would be lying if I told you his real name. He is a pro, and doesn't share his real name on Facebook when he posts because he shares some stuff they wouldn't like sometimes... I have been talking with him for a few years now. However he stays in the 10% range all off season. so that is a lot of lean tissue burning through those carbs.

Does anyone have an idea how to handle high-ish dosing magnesium throughout the day while intermittent fasting?

To be honest, I'm to scared to fart atm.
